Most of the toddler girls clothing I have bought from Zulily recently are cheaply made. I wont be ordering from this website ever again. You are stuck with what you buy, since they have a no return policy, and I hate wasting my money.

I would not recommend using this site or buying anything from them. I tried to return my "gift" today because it is 2 sizes two small and was told I was not allowed to because I was not on the account. Nothing they could do to help me. Thank you for being a total waste of time. I will never shop here and I will not recommend that anyone else I know does either.

I do at least glance through everything daily, and I do end up buying things I would never have gone out of my way to look for. I have learned some brands or topics to totally avoid. I see things that are perfect to save for a specific someone as a gift. However, the return policies have gotten much worse. I used to get a refund without having to return something that was not what it promised to be. In particular, clothes they say are 90% cotton often have no cotton at all. I wish they would say what country imported from, not just "imported," that often makes a difference to me, so I just don't buy.

No one can tell me a thing. I was billed for a cancelled order and they keep saying we are reaching out to a vendor. I imagine if they accidentally over billed you, you would have terrible time getting money back. Stick with Amazon!

Has lots of items I check it everyday and always see stuff I like sometimes prices are not the lowest but low. I also kind of wish they would match other stores like target but have done some price matches and had great experience.

Sport bras on Zulily? Who makes a "padded" bra for a D cup? I purchased 6 bras D cup. Just arrived with super padded cups, thin straps and when I put one on... the back of the bra is up in between my shoulder blades! Way too big around (without hooks) with straps way too short straps and padded cups. The website may look sumptuous, but you are receiving 'knock offs' from the labels! NEVER AGAIN...

I am totally bewildered by the one star ratings for Zulily! My experience has been the best--great clothing, books and toys for our grandchildren and superb household items and affordable clothing for their parents. None of the items which I received could be considered of inferior quality. Much of my shopping for Christmas was done at what I consider a fabulous site. Furthermore, I have found the customer service team to be responsive and pleasant. Zulily will always be the first place I go to shop!

First time ordering. Yes it took a while, but I am patient. We live in such a "gotta Have it now " that we become so impatient. Anyhow, 2 tops ordered, one fit and the other one didn't. Called Zulily to day and got full refund for the one and applied that to another order. The top I got I can keep and will donate to homeless shelter. What store in your area offers you that?

I have been ordering from Zulily for the past several months and being a plus size, I am so very happy over how many different style and color tops there are. They wash up beautifully and I have put most even in the dryer and have had no problems. You can not beat the price anywhere. I am in love with their clothes and will continue ordering from them. I now have more than 20 new tops and and love going out and showing them off.

Many options to choose from. Prices are good most of the time but, shipping is turtle slow! If you need something in a hurry, this is not the place for you. All and all, I still would recommend this site.

Easy navigation, notifications for brands you are interested in, great prices, wish free shipping was an everyday option but they have specials throughout the year. Items come packed well. Great variety of high end brands like Scout, Anthropologie, Jack Rogers, Melissa and Doug, and Toms.

I agree with the person who said to know what brands you are ordering. The "generic"
Unknown dresses are terrible in fit and quality. However, known brands like Keds sneakers are great. Actually, almost all the children's clothing I've ordered has been great. But it's the women's clothing that I have a problem with. The returns I've made because of poor quality and fit were good and handled well. But I object to being given "store credit" when I paid with a credit card.

Don't buy shoes from Zulily, and clothes are hit or miss (sizing runs SMALL), but if you're going for toys, sketchbooks, and other fun stuff, you'll be happy. Shipping does take awhile, but I do believe they let you know this when you order. Between myself and my daughter, only two of 23 items have been disappointing.

If you literally want to wait a month before your product arrives, order from here. I ordered on 5/2 and was told "Your product is scheduled to ship on 5/18" Yeah... not what they had posted when I ordered. Well, the good news is, I'll be spending that time waiting for my items spreading the word on not to order from them!

I love shopping Zulily. I gets so many ideas from their emails. The items I buy are 90% just what I wanted. If not, I return them if possible. I've had a few issues along the way but have always been content with the solution Zulily makes with me. (And sometimes I've learned not to buy that type of item from Zulily because it just doesn't work out!) Overall I'm very happy with shopping Zulily and recommend it to all my friends.

I used to have a good experience with website a year ago - items were good and delivery took not more than two weeks - although it is a long wait - this is what they initially promised so I can't complain. But something happened - suddenly items I ordered took more than three weeks to arrive, sizes way smaller than standard. Poor quality, but the final Fri was when items were sent to the wrong address. It was dealt with VERY poorly. String of email sent back and forth until I managed to convince zulily that sending items to the wrong address is THEIR fault. Very disappointed! Not using them again and certainly not recommending!

You guys are idiots for that, and will see user acquisition rates decline. I'd love to browse your site, but nope, not if you are going to start out by demanding my info.

Zulily makes it clear how they work - that orders are made first, then shipped from their vendor to Zulily, then from Zulily to you. If their vendor can't supply the amount of orders they received, then there can be surprise & disappointing cancellations, but that should realized. They also list the estimated time for wait on each product page. I mean it's clear that you WILL have to wait possibly a few weeks for your products. I also think their customer service is great! Every time I've made a complaint (once received a candle that arrived broken, & once received the wrong size shirt), they refunded me AND provided me a $15 store credit immediately. I've never even asked for the store credit! I do agree, it's annoying they don't have reviews on their site, even though they do sell some of the same products over & over, but I just research it via search engine & read reviews on other sites before I purchase.

I have ordered probably a 100 items from Zulily over the years. Out of those, a few were poor quality. The good news is that the customer service is outstanding! They offer a full refund, no questions asked, when you are not happy with a product. I love the selection, prices, and convenience of shopping with Zulily and would highly recommend it.

I have ordered several things from zulily and most of the items have been pretty good, although a couple have not met the quality I expected. After this last order I am done with this site. I thought I was getting a pair of black shoes and when they show up they are actually navy. The website description, picture, and packing slip all said black. Now I have to go through the difficult return process. This was a complete misrepresentation and I won't be using them again.

Sent wrong item. A month and a half later and numerous emails, I have been told sorry you are unhappy. No replacement. No refund. No credit. No solution. I have referred many people to Zulily and spent a lot of money over the years. Zulily historically had a strong interest in taking care of their customers but that is not the case any longer. Do NOT waste your money with them unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

I love this site! Many items for women, moms to be, newborns, children and home deco where you will find many good buys. The people are kind, considerate and helpful. I live in Canada and even though there is a no return policy for Canadian customers they are always willing to help find a solution. They have even given me full credits on items order even though they do not accept return merchandise. I highly recommend this site!

If you need something soon, don't order from them. They do take forever to ship. I think, sometimes, that they don't have some of the items in stock, and hope for the best when they buy them from the retailers after their sales. Someone explained it on another forum. The problem I have with them is not so much the wait times but the clothing is not all that good. Some items are listed over $70.00, and they are selling them at 75% off. However, the quality of the item when eventually received is not that good at all. I have found better deals elsewhere direct for the retailer when they have their sales and free shipping as well, and within 3-5 days, and sometimes 2 days. You can try it out, but you might be disappointed.

I have bought a wide variety of products from Zulily, from Boxed to name brands. I notice that the major complaint of most people is the shipping time, but that is clearly stated in the description of each item. Your shipping rates are reasonable, and if you shop on Friday you get free shipping all weekend! What an incentive! I also liked the one fee for shipping all month you offered at one time. That would be a fantastic promotion for the holiday season.
