When placing my order all on Oct 29, all my items were supposed to ship at the same time. So far I have received 3 out of the 5 items I ordered. It is Dec 4 and my order status for the remainder of the items show in transit. I have called customer service 3 times, the first time I called wondering why I received notification that only one item had shipped, they said it was normal because they were coming from different locations but to let them know if all did not ship by Nov 17. The last two times I get the same answer, that is in transit it will ship in about 3 days. I've still have not received the last 2 items.

I have purchased several products from Zulily, and will purchase no more. I thought it was ok at first because I live in a rural area and thought the items presented for sale had some quality, basically it only is if it is a name brand item. Everything else is extremely cheap and you get what you pay for. The baby book I ordered for my son was damaged. Some of the baby clothes I ordered looked like knock offs and not what was pictured when I received them. All in all very cheap merchandise, if you are into that. Don't even go near the jewelry, I received a bracelet with a stone glued in sideways. And a so called diamond ring with stones so cloudy they looked like opals. BEWARE. Anyways you can find the same items for cheaper or same price on amazon, and you will get them faster.

Love the variety of products and the convenience of having all the "shops" in one place. Every time I have had to deal with customer service they have been amazing and really made me feel like a valued customer. Few negatives - I have found that in the last year or so orders are taking longer and longer to get. Sometimes I buy multiples of something and they may be sent out in 3 different shipments. This makes it difficult when you are trying to complete projects. Would like to see something like free shipping on all orders over $40. And one last criticism - sometimes things are really poorly packaged and have arrived damaged.

I've enjoyed shopping on Zulily since the conception of this shopping sight. I enjoy the bargains and the ability to find clothing in my size.
I'm petite petite and have done well purchasing clothing and anything else you can think of for the home. The sizing charts usually lock it in for me.
Customer service is A+ and a delight to work with and my only complaint is the wait time but I'm getting used to it.

I ordered a picture keeper, dress, and size 5 sandals from them. The dress was two sizes too small and the size 5 sandals fit my friend who wears a 7 1/2. Now I shop a lot online and am a retired attorney, but I have never read any "Terms and Agreement" on any website that had such unfair customer policies. I gave the dress to my granddaughter and will give the pretty red suede sandals to a friend, but it is so sad when we trust a company and receive such bad customer service... to the point of being a fraud ( shoe sizes a 5 fits like a 7 1/2). There are companies out there who have deals and will accept returns... If you have never used Zulily... don't do it... it is not worth it.

I am so disappointed! I ordered adorable shoes and they arrived today. The quality was good and the price affordable, but the shoes did not fit. (I've been wearing the same size for the past 10 years.) I wanted to return them but they told me I had to pay the postage. Crazy. No one should ever buy a pair of shoes on the net unless there is free return. After several phone calls they agreed to take them back, but I do not need the hassle and would not order again from this site. (They are also having problems with e-mail FedEx labels and so they are mailing me the label and it will take 7 to 10 days! I will not get a credit, if I ever do, for several weeks)

I love Zulily. But, understand where you are shopping. Zulily's business model seems to be to purchase quantity at discount. Some of the deals are amazing; some of the deals, not so much. At the end of the day, the positives far outweigh the negatives. One caution, now that QVC owns the company, I am concerned about changes to increase profits at the expense of the customer. QVC tends to squeeze every last penny out of the customer and constantly comes up with ways to manipulate profit while decreasing quality.
Time will tell, but for now, Zulily is my go to.

Read reviews before buying and don't expect easy returns, it's not, and if they do they will give you a store credit only. The clothes I ordered were very cheap looking and the fit was very small. I have kissed my money goodbye apparently, I will not buy from them again. Maybe their kids clothes are great but the plus women's clothes are not. Use caution. Especially regarding returns.

I order quite often from Zulily! Customer service is always very nice and helpful.
I wish they would be more accurate on their sizing. And double-check to make sure the right size is being sent.
That would be great after someone orders a certain dollar amount they're shipping is free. Just a suggestion for incentive to order more often!

Zulily has very reasonable prices and such a wide variety of items available. The marketing is genius! I also like that fact that now some items are eligible for return and more items have reviews. The flex pay is also a winner! What Zulily really needs to improve on is the shipping time! It takes forever before some items are shipped, then once shipped, there is still a long wait. I have had multiple items miss the shipping deadline, then ship out just before a refund is issued. Some items I have got credited back on because they never shipped. It is just very disappointing and frustrating. Not to mention, after waiting on your items, some have arrived damaged or broken. Cudo's goes out to your customer service team for making those orders right. Zulily also needs to work on more consistent sizing. A lot of the clothing and shoes I have ordered are not true to size or do not fit right.

I will never order from Zulily again. I ordered 3 items in November, and never received any of them until The first week of January. Not to mention, a 4th item that I was looking forward to was cancelled without any reason. Save yourself the headache, don't even bother. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

I have ordered several items and have been more disappointed with each purchase. I ordered two necklaces that were not only cheaply made but arrived broken. The final straw was a bra I purchased that was not sewn but glued together. Really? Who glues a bra? It did not stand up to one washing before falling apart. Never Again!

I have purchased many items from Zulily. I am not very happy when an item is NOT as described. I have purchased clothing, and have better luck with brand name items. Returns are too high priced. I am now careful as to what I purchase, and when I think I'm going to buy something, I will hold back unless it's an item I know for sure is as described.
Lots of brands are not made in the US and the sizing is completely off, or the material is horrible. Please upgrade your products! Leave more detailed descriptions and measurements. Keep return charges reasonable.

I ordered 4 items on November 28 and 4 more items on December 2 all of which were guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is December 21 today and I have received 2 items. I got an initial delivery date of December 19, then the 20, then 21 and so in until today when they are now saying December 24. One item is still in Hong Kong! This website is a joke! Will never order from them again! December 24, that gives me essentially no time to have the gifts ready for my daughter. She is essentially going to have nothing under the tree! Thanks Zulily for ruining a 7 year olds Christmas!

They started as a real, legitimate company a few years ago. I made purchases that were completely fine, though their turn around time was long. In the last year, I have made purchases that are just a straight rip off. In the case of shoes, they sell them as European leather with even European sizes and make them appear as comfy leather. Once delivered, they are the shoes you would find in a $5-$10 shoes manufactured in China. That's just the beginning. Cheap clothes, cheap plastics, knock offs, $99 cent store decor, etc. RUN!

I received from Zulily a package (invoice# *******313) that contained merchandise I did not order. I called customer service and explained I didn't order this merchandise and wanted to know how to return it. The rep told me that item is not returnable. I explained to her I didn't order the items and certainly needed to return them. This conversation took place on Nov 5, over three weeks ago and still no contact from Zulily. I contacted American Express and they have credited my account for $659.99. I'm beside myself with your organization...

I use to order all the time from Zulily, but over the last couple of years the quality of the merchandise has gone down and their prices up. I ordered some things before Thanksgiving and am still waiting for them and their response was they were not sure if I will get them. Zulily needs to only use companies that can fulfill the orders and Zulily needs to communicate with the companies if product hasn't been mailed out or received. This reflects bad on Zulily!

Size charts are not accurate most of the time. Return policy is ridiculous that we have to face so many items (8) maybe within a month in order to not be charged for shipping. Selection of items is really good and communication from the company is excellent.

The clothes are ok at best. I will never order from this company again. Not only did I have to pay for shipping but my items, all ordered at the same time, took over a month and more to receive. The items shipped separately. Not worth it

I order a pair of black stiletto boots and they fell apart the same day. The velvet came off right where you bend your foot, and I didn't wear them in rain, I was in my house. Grant it the boots were $24.99, but come on Walmart had better quality. I recommend don't by the cute black stiletto boots, unless you just want too look at them in a glass case.

I love Zulily, and find that this site has such unique, stylish and affordable items. I have ordered from them numerous times over the past year, and yes, their shipping can be a bit delayed, but most items have always been what I expected and more! So happy to have this site, they have the cutest clothes for kids, not to mention toys, etc.

Beware of this website! So today I was shopping at zulily and they were selling clothing from orange zone inc. This is a wholesale website out of china. Zulily was asking 12 dollars for the sweater I was about to order, while the wholesale websites lists the price as 8. First of all wholesale clothing is usually cheap quality and second I can't believe Zulily is trying to make a profit by selling these types of clothes in the first place. I will take my business somewhere else!

Never Again! I have now been waiting months for my entire order and the status on the website says STILL that part of it will be shipped in 2-3 weeks! Part of the order arrived yesterday with the top and no bottoms. I wonder if I ever see those?!? There are so many other online shopping sites. I will never use this one again.

2 stars because I'm feeling generous today. Same trouble here... bought an item and it took 2 weeks to get to Zulily to ship. They sure spend a ton of money advertising... maybe they should spend it in distribution first. I figure this is a good site to order out of season... because by the time the seasons change; I might get my items.
