The orders take forever to get filled if they get filled. I placed an order Early March for 2 dresses for my niece. I have called twice to see when the items will be shipped - since they were easter presents - I go into the site today and the order states cancelled. When I call I get told the inventory was low. How can you trust these people with kids gifts. Now my niece did not get an easter present and I have to scramble to find something else fast. I would not trust them and thier vendors.

I ordered 3 tunics from this company. So far, I received two of them. Neat less to say, the fabric quality is bad for all of them. I think you can do better at Wall-Mart or the dollar store. The responses about returns is confusing and the clothing is nothing like its pictures. An advice, try Amazon or EBay. They can do 100% better.

I fell for the tv ads so I ordered two little dresses... with taxes/delivery $53... so roughly $25 each. Took 10 days to get here and the quality of the dresses was horrible... I can't imagine how they'll survive even one hand wash... seams not sewn properly and threads hanging everywhere. I e mailed them and to their credit they refunded the amount of my order; did not ask that the items be returned and gave me a $15 credit on their site. However, I don't intend to use the credit due to the fact the dresses were pathetically poor quality and the length of time for the order to come. I'm back to ordering from Bay and Sears where I know I get good quality and items arrive in 2/3 days.

I ordered a Gray-button Accent Layered dress from zulily. Simply couture label. I wore it twice before the second layer gauze came apart. The seams simply tore apart. I am perplexed as to how the garment could fall apart after the second wearing. Buyer beware. This garment is very fragile and falls apart easy. It retails for $99.00 but was on sale for $29.99.

Tip for consumers:

I have ordered server all things from Zulily over the past 2 years. Their customer service is terrible. They have a no refund policy, shipments take a long time, and their shipping costs are way too high. After getting emails for 2 years straight, I am un subscribing. Customer service is what makes or breaks a company and they are failing in my book.

I recently ordered and received four sets of drapes for my living room. All but two panels arrived stained and several had pulls in them. All eight panels were covered with short black hairs. GROSS! Can't return them. I laundered them and took them to Good Will! A very expensive mistake to order from Zulily, a mistake that I certainly will not make again!

I wrote to the a couple months back about jewelry that said the original price was $300 more than it really retails for. They wrote back and said they'd pass on my concerns. Now today I'm seeing a bedspread on "90% clearance" from $400 but the original price is really only $90 retail for that item. If the discounts were really what they said they are then it would be amazing deals they're offering. Upping the retail price to a ridiculous lie is terrible business in my opinion.

I do buy a good amount of stuff from Zulily. There are good points and not so good ones. I am usually satisfied with the stuff I buy. I have, however, ordered a couple items and then a few days later have received a notice that I will not get an item. I have also received damaged items. Zulily has always refunded the cost and sometimes also given me a $10 credit. Some of the prices are so low, I just cannot order them. My bigger complaint is the shipping time. It does take a longer than average time to get purchases. You really can't depend on getting your stuff by holidays or birthdays or events like that. If I buy from them, it is usually for stuff I am not in a hurry for.

Terrible. Never again. It's been a month since I placed my order for 1 shirt and it's still not here. They said it was shipped via FedEx 9 days ago. When I tracked it I saw that it spent 3 days in a Utah. Now it's hanging out in Wisconsin. It was supposed to be here today but apparently it's having too much fun in Wisconsin because they changed the date to Friday.

I am glad I found these reviews before ordering. The prices seemed to good to be true, so thought I should check it out. The items look beautiful on the internet. All I can say is they have done a great job advertising as it got me to take a second look.

On December 24, I paid for a gift card. After not receiving the gift card for days, I contacted Zulily. In just 3 minutes, the Zulily phone representative told me 3 different stories about why the gift card isn't here, such as a) the Paypal payment is still pending (it's not), b) the computer system takes time to process a "first order", c) the transaction was flagged as fraud and no further information is available.

After searching for Zulily Complaints and Zulily Fraud, I see there are many reported complaints and instances of fraud. Stay away from this company. I had to file a Paypal Dispute against them.

Quality is poor & sizing can be very different than advertised. This is what is called fast fashion (cheap to make) but ironically delivery is about a month. Zulily doesn't care about keeping return consumers as there are so many out there. Zulily doesn't care if sizing is off they are only interested in what they make from each sale. Buyer beware I. Canada you have to pay for tracking if they let you return item & if you send item back I. Regular mail (no tracking they throw out your package & therefore don't get a refund - is this still not your personal items until they take possession?). Tracking postage is expensive so buyer beware you will be stuck with item that is not as you expected.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful of what you order. Look at all sizing guides for each brand which is still no guarantee that item is sized correctly.

I recently bought capri leggings. They sent regular leggings... I then purchased 3 tunics... was sent all the wrong sizes but wanted to charged 8.95 to return for mistake they made. I will never purchase items from them again and will definitely let everyone know not to buy anything from them. Very dissatisfied with this company.

I purchased several baby items which were very nice. However, I purchased a pair of boots in my size and were too small. I again purchased an item for myself, a cardigan, when it arrived it was not as described, poor quality cotton type weave pattern and enormously huge! I followed size chart and it was way… off. The worst part of it is I requested a refund and their representative said they would be happy to refund and of course I never received. I have since deleted my account and have told my friends to beware of this site.

I love shopping on So Lily. I bought several things I have been very happy with my purchases. A couple things didn't fit as I would've liked so I sent them back no problem. I like the way that the website changes every day and new and different products are for sale. I recommend it highly.

I decided to order something that looked great on their site last week. I noticed after placing the order that although it said free shipping, I was being charged. I called the 1-800 number only to be told it didn't apply to the first order but I could order as many other things as I liked until Sunday... Less than 48 hours away for free shipping. Explain the logic with that. I didn't have a good feeling so I cancelled as I was encouraged to do by the customer service agent within 10 minutes. I received the confirmation of cancellation. The credit card went through immediately. I called today to inquire about a proper refund only to be informed it takes up to a week. How fortuitous for me! Also the customer service guy basically told me... Who cares? I will never give them my business! Don't do it!

Zulily is one of my FAVORITE places to shop. It is convenient to do the shopping online and they have a great variety of things to purchase. I love the BOXED stuff too. However, it does take a while for delivery. This is my only complaint. If you are looking for something different in children's clothing, this is the place to shop. Their kid's clothes are so adorable. I would recommend Zulily; if you don't mind waiting on the items to be shipped.

Poor quality fabrics and bad fit. Horrible customer service. Extremely slow shipping. Return policy not clear but Zulily NEVER issues refunds. Zulily requires you to pay shipping to return items and the wait months to receive store credit for more low quality, cheap looking, ill fitting merchandise. STAY AWAY!

Takes too long to get items from this company. They handle no stock and items have to be shipped to them before they ship them out to the person that orders. I am still waiting after nearly two weeks and Zulily has not even received the items yet so that they can ship them out. They must have suppliers in China. Will never order again. Savings is not worth the poor service. Amazon my favorite.

I won't order from Zulily again. I ordered a very cute lamp that I absolutely love, but when it arrived it was broken. I wrote an email explaining what happened and I have not heard a thing back from them. I'll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere from now on.

I've been shopping on Zulily for at least a year now. Honestly it took a while to learn what were quality items and what was really a good deal. Now that I'm a savvy online shopper, I've got many great deals on quality clothing and shoes! When I order, I read the item description thoroughly. It normally tells you the materials, washing instruction, whether or not it's imported or Made in the USA, and how long it will take for delivery. It also gives you a size guide for that item and tells you if it's a junior size. So if you take the time to read about what you're buying, you'll find some awesome clothing and shoes at Zulily! I love shopping online at Zulily!

Zulily has many great deals some better than others but you have to know prices and also what you want to pay. I have gotten many great deals with prices way below other places. There return policies are pretty good also if you need too. Have been shopping Zulily at least 2 years and never miss a day to check out the merchandise but must say prices where much better before the merge with Qvc.

Zulily is great for the most part. Some of their vendors' products are nice and as shown. I had only one issue where a vendor sent me the wrong product because they were out of the one I ordered. And they dragged me through a lengthy return process as a result. If not for that incident, I would have given one more star. Other than that, rules of thumb for me: don't shop too often for clothes (too inconsistent) and never shop for large electronics (too risky).

If I can't get to the website to look unless I sign up for their junk mail, there is no way in hell that I would give them a penny of my money! That's like asking me to pay at a restaurant before I order my food or even before I look at a menu.

I do not want to see their ads or links on any website I visit!

Thus, the rating should be minus 10.

Ordered from Zulily, it was actually Gymboree stuff and the prices were awesome, so I impulsively purchased. Several days later I got click bait from Gymboree themselves and clicked on it. I once again ordered more stuff for my granddaughter. A week later I have received my order from Gymboree, everything is awesome and it was FREE shipping. My Zulily order, no ETA on when it will ship from Zulily. Seriously? Do they use Pony Express? Did they take a time machine back to the 1960's? It is really not acceptable in our instant gratification society, especially since babies grow so fast, you need to get those clothes ASAP. Not impressed at all. Slick advertising makes it seem like a really together company - they are NOT!
