I received a pair of boots that were well worn, and was quite upset, wrote a negative review.
Then managed to contact Service via phone, Robin was very courteous, and helpful, asked for photos. Thought I could do that but was unsuccessful yesterday. Today, my son assisted with the mechanics of transmission, and photos were sent.
I received a response within 10 minutes, the cost was credited to my account and a gift certificate credited to me. Well done, Robin for Zulily. Nancy Ann Smith

Good site. Wish I had a way to remove initial negative review.

They advertised in thier Canada's website that guaranteed on time shipping before Christmas. So, I ordered Christmas gifts for all my nieces and nephews and found out few days before Christmas that my order will not be arrived on time. I got a "Big" apology from their customer service person. I will guarantee them I will not order from them ever again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them as well. Let see if Zulily can take advantage of Canadian any more!

There is extremely poor customer service. When I called to find out what happened to my order a month after it was made, they told me that each item had been shipped out separately. The first item's estimated arrival date was already two weeks past and all they could tell me was I needed to check my local post office.
Furthermore, to tell me this they put me on hold for 5 minutes. The representative told me straight out that they only have access to what I see under my own account. There was no one available to explain their shipping procedures and the second time I called I was hung up on. I thought it was a disconnection, but when I tried to call again they were "busy". I regret making a purchase on this site and I would like to close my account.

I have ordered numerous thing over the several months for my new apartment and have loved all of them. Sometimes hate the wait but so far it has been worth it. I have only had one issue with an item and customer service was great and problem was taken care of within a couple of emails and less than an hours. Been customer service rep for over 30 years so GOOD customer is important to me and they knocked it out of the park.

I generally like the products and clothes that are offered on this site. Some things can be unique and unusual. That's what I really like about it... the unusual finds. I like the pay options on certain items, where you can split the payments in half. That works out with my budget. The only thing that I would have a negative for is on some items, it takes longer than usual to get things shipped and delivered. However, I have noticed Zulily getting better with that.

I have shopped here almost every week, but this last purchase was the end of it. After not receiving a product I have waited for over a month and having the runaround... that was it. I will take my weekly purchases where I am treated right. They are not willing to communicate to vendors to see why they delay shipments, then they eventually cancel your product... Do not shop here!

Placed an order in late July. I moved and then discovered order could not be forwarded to my new address 4 miles away- sent back to California. Repeated phone calls and emails and just discovered tonight that the last piece of my order was sent to my old address.
Requested refund for shipping, express mail, etc. We'll see.

As others write, my order is coming in 3 different shipments and nothing is returnable. That was not mentioned until after I purchased the clothing. My bad for not checking but I have never encountered this issue.
The quality of the clothing so far (i have received one package) I would not ever purchase in a store.
Lesson learned, I only hope this saves someone else for ordering this crap.

The customer service reps are wonderful, (otherwise I would have scored a 3) but having to call them more often in the last several months is not so good. I do study the size guides but have had to return more items due to being too small or large.
The quality of clothing has been less than desired. I have bought more jewelry lately, but even that I found I need to measure carefully.
They do have unique interesting items, so I do peruse the emails, but not so closely now.

I have to say since many store have closed. This great if I need a Maxi skirt they have them. They have cute tops, pants etc. Handbags jewelry you name they most likely have it. You could buy an outfit from head to toes. It takes a little while to get to you. And if your a big returner this not the company for you cause you only get half your money back but I understand if they refunded all your money people would used them a return clothes store. Everything is always comes nicely packaged

I enjoyed looking through the app for some window shopping but when I finally came to buying items, I was very disappointed. Items from brand names like joules and Roxy were great products but other products from brands I didn't know were horribly disappointing. I ordered a romper which was 40.99$ and an eyelet tank top among other items. The other items were still not delivered after 3 weeks of wait so I cancelled them. The romper and tank arrived at that time but the material for both was so cheap. It was horribly overpriced, the wrong size than specified and just greed by the company. I'm never ordering from them again.

I just stupidly bought 8 tops from Zulily... just got them... the material is awful but the pictures are awesome. Big mistake didn't know! I'll give my tops away to someone that may need them... not happy at all with their merchandise! Ugly low class material! Very sad... please stay away from Zulily I will never order from them again! Done! Done! Done!

"1. Long shipping period (more than 1 month)
2. Huge shipping Fee
3. NO combined shipping (even they are saying ship will be combined for free but they treat it individually and don't care afterward - meaning that after they charge you, they will not refund or credit back to you.
4. No guarantee for shipping (they charged more money for Christmas delivery but it will come on Jan. Next year. What the?!?!"

Spent $100 on 5 items and NONE of them are wearable! Like flushing money down the drain since you cannot return. I checked ALL of the posted dimensions very carefully and in some cases even ordered up. None of the items were close to the specifications posted. Was almost like they were seconds. Just horrible! This was my first - and last - Zulily purchase!

I have learned to buy nothing other than a major brand they are promoting. Even then, i may look and find the item cheaper elsewhere. Things can take several weeks to get. They may post that an item is sent and coming by UPS, but most times it is actually coming from china. Everything is poorly made and overpriced. Often i go and look on ebay for the item they list and pay. 99 rather than their 9.99. Returns are a whole other scam. You can return something for $8.99. They say that you may add 5 other things, but it has to be from a little list of items that they have selected. Of course that list is of the cheapest things that you bought. I returned stuff over a week ago. I havent heard anything back yet. They also will not refund to anything other than a store credit.

I bought several things from Zulily and always felt more disappointed than happy. For most clothing, the size chart is wrong. Don't be surprise if you buy a blouse size M and then feel it as L when you try it on. It is annoying not having the chance to return the products you will never wear or use. Zulily makes you feel that buying from them is a good deal, but it is not. Every 5 products I have bought from them included always at least one or two or even more items that I wish I could return. Most of the time, the actual product looks way different from the picture on the website. After having bought many times from Zulily, I can tell it is more the money you waste than the good deals you get. I will not buy form Zulily anymore.

I have shopped with Zulily for many years. Not paying attention to the free shipping like a fool. I bought some things for my daughter today after purchasing some things for myself and I took a closer look at the order and there it was the charge for 8.99 for shipping. I thought it would be free, however, because I was sending it to a different address they slapped me with another charge! That is fine print some where and I will not be shopping here anymore! QVC now owns this company and I won't order from them either! Thank goodness for Amazon. I would rather pay for prime membership and know i am done with all these added fees and sloppy returns that these other companies have. Bye Bye Zulily. I

I must say I like the majority of things I get from Zulily. Sometimes the shirts have been off when ordering in size but great quality. I don't like having to wait so long for products, can't understand why it takes weeks sometimes a month to get something. I like the variety and different things you can find on here vs a store.

I guess I take some blame for not reading the "fine" print on the website about how Zulily works. You purchase an item, then have to wait for the manufacture to send to Zulily that will in turn ship to you. They say 10-14 days to ship and another 3-5 to arrive. If you are looking for something you need within a 30 day time frame, this site is not for you. I won't purchase from here again.

I ordered items on 12/26. They are still not here. I have wasted so much time tracking my packages and at this point they seem to just be lost in space. UPS says they are with the post office but the post office shows they still havent received the package from UPS. None of the items are returnable, and for $9 in shipping (for only $30 worth of merchandise) I expect them to arrive in a timely fashion. Never again.

I'm so frustrated with zulily.com I returned $60 worth of light up shoes that won't work with my son's (who has cerebral palsy) leg brace. My son just wants to be like all the other kids who have light up shoes. Zulily is saying I didn't use their return label (WHICH I DID) so now I don't have the shoes or the refund. I should have donated the shoes. At least someone could have gotten some use out of them.

Worse place to shop. Takes too long to receive your order (like a month). And they always send you damaged or wrong size and they don't do returns. Very bad management and customer service. Will NEVER shop from them.

Clothing and shoes are a 50/50 in quality and fit. If you buy known clothing or shoe brands generally you will get what you expect. If it's an unknown brand, prepare yourself for potential disappointment.
Decoration items with light features are again about 50/50. About 50-60% will work, the rest... junk. Read reviews and learn what brands are more reliable.
Returning items is not cost effective, so know the brands and you will be much happier with purchasing items here.

I have been ordering things from Zulily for about a year. I love the different product offerings that the site offers. Shipping is sometimes quick other times very slow but shipping times are stated with the product you are ordering. Returns are expensive but they can be shipped in a group for one price. Other vendors charge by item. The products I have received are flawless. Overall, easy to do business with, easy returns and great customer service!

I order from Zulily all the time. During the pandemic, Zulily was a life saver. You can order clothes, sheets, pool toys, and lots more. I have had problems with two orders out of hundreds, and both times customer service was the best. I love Zulily and highly recommend it.
