I like to shop Zulily because of the sales and variety of products. I have ordered several different products over the years and have never been disappointed.

I have purchased many things in the time that I have had my card. I have enjoy everything I have bought this far and hope to enjoy much more. I have bought some wonderful gifts as well.

We ordered a petti skirt for my grand daughter and it arrived within 3 weeks and was beautiful, it was half the price we had seen them else where. We will definitely order again.

Discounts to quality items. Shipping is long. But I enjoy the price of the items. I enjoy the entire 24 hours of shipping and on the weekend the entire weekend is free shipping.

Always fair and pleasant to work with, quality merchandise and easy to get ahold of if needed. Been with zulily for over 4 years, easiest and best online shopping ever.

I always love what I purchase from zuilily and you can't beat the prices. The only issue is sometimes it takes awhile after it has been shipped to receive it.

Only a couple times have I not loved something purchased from Zulily over the past 3-4 years (and this was before they allowed returns). Quality has been top-notch.

The quality from this place has been the best of any place around this price point. The first time I ordered I was nervous but I have NEVER received a single bad-quality item.

I don't think anybody should feel compelled to bring down their score just for not keeping the same rules as a lot of other huge retailers. You can't just throw your credit card out at everybody and assume that all of these strangers are going to financially care for you. Zulilly gets good deals because of deals they have with manufacturers which ships them stuff in bulk after customers order enough to ship the quantities out. That's a pretty awesome way of passing on savings for stuff like organic cotton and small-time boutiques from across the country that you wouldn't have found otherwise. Their rules are right in front of you the moment you sign up: no refunds! If that matters to you so much you shouldn't have placed an order.

Check the charts, make sure your screen is displaying the colors correctly, be realistic about how things are going to fit, and for god's sake, LOOK at the types of materials they use for their stuff and start learning what this stuff means. You'll know exactly what's coming in the mail if you'd stop drooling enough to do some research.

Zulilly is a wonderful place to go for almost anything baby and a lot of the times they have cute stuff for moms, too. If you're smart about what you're ordering and you can be patient waiting for stuff, this site will make your buying experience worthwhile every time.

I've been ordering from Zulily for a few years... many, many orders of clothing for the grandkids... and toys as well. My daughter and I have been more than pleased with what we've received.

They sell items made by many different manufacturers and, therefore, have no control over quality or fit. Research the brand name, if you're not familiar with it.

Zulily takes orders before getting the merchandise from the manufacturer... once the necessary number of items are sold... they order them from the manufacturer. Then Zulily has to receive the merchandise before shipping it to customers. This is explained on their site. It takes time to receive your items! They're very upfront about that.

One of my orders, which was divided up into four separate packages at no additional cost, was not delivered around the Holidays. My mistake. I used my last name instead of my daughter's married name... with her address. Christmas Time at the Post Office! According to " tracking" on the Zulily site... they were returned as "undeliverable as addressed." Very small Massachusetts town... Post Office didn't recognize my last name with my daughter's address! Zulily had no record of the return... other than the shipper's tracking info. They did not know if packages came back to their warehouse... but... they credited my charge card and gave me a $10 voucher to be used on a subsequent order. Easy Peasy!

Don't even want to admit how much I spend! Love Zulily! I buy way toooo much. Love everything but the clothes. Wish they had free shipping all the time.

If youre not in a big hurry to get something, then Zulily is the place to shop. They have multiple categories that change all the time so there is always something new to look at. The only thing I would not recommend buying from them is shoes and thats only if you have an odd size. They have some of the best shoe sales, even on comfort shoes that are usually pretty pricey. Just a hint: if there are multiple items that you want to purchase, buy one by itself first. You will pay under $6 to ship that item, then everything you buy for the rest of the day is free shipping. Also, I try to wait until Friday to buy because then I get free shipping all weekend. When you see that they dont take returns, dont let that deter you. I have only had a couple of issues where the item didnt fit like I thought it would (and I buy a ton of stuff from them). On those occasions, I messaged them or emailed them and explained what was wrong. They would have me take a picture for them, then I would get my money back and they would ask me to give the item that didnt fit me to someone who could use it. Please dont abuse this. Their customer service team is amazing. The fact that they would let me donate an item I cant use is so socially responsible and completely sweet. For the most part, it takes about 4 weeks or so to get products, but Im usually just buying artwork or stuff for the house. I also buy clothes during end of season clearances, so Ive never had to worry about my orders arriving in time. Zulily wants to keep their customers happy and thats why I will keep ordering from them. Theyre a pleasure to shop with!

I have been ordering from zulily for over a year now, and I have been very excited each time. They kids clothes are super cute and for a great price! I've read some of the other reviews on this site which talk about clothing not fitting correctly or not making the person look flattering when they wore it. Of course youre not going to think it looks right on you, when the model wearing it is 5'9 and 120 lbs! That's a selling tactic! All stores do it. So when you shop zulily really look at the item and think of whether or not it will actually look good on you, and not if it looks good on the model, because clothes will not make you look like the model. Be realistic about what you are purchasing and you will be happy with your purchase. Again, I've order a few things for myself, tons for my kids (including shoes which I was really really happy about), and even gagdets for the kitchen and they have all been amazing! They sell real brands (like Carter's, little tykes, fisher price, etc). They do sell some cheaper made brands too so you do really have to look at what you are buying. But if you are realistic in your expectations and what you are buying then you will be excited at your purchase, as I have always been.

I love all the unusual items you find, I love all the beautiful rugs they have on Zulily for a fraction of what they cost in the store, and most of all I love the CUSTOMER SERVICE ZULILLY gives! They are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond for the company you should do they are right up there with all the higher up mail order online outlets.

Yes, I have to wait for most items I buy, but I am a bargain buyer and I have not found anytthing that can beat theri prices, unless it is used in ebay. And yes they charge $9 to send things back but I buy so much from them the $9 you can send back 5 items at a time. I have bought linen dresses from them made in Italy and they take a while to get to me, but I could not afford them in even a discount store. Soooooo I LOVE ZULILY! And I heve never had a problem with customer service.
