I ordered a Jim Shore figurine from them. So i thought they would have it in the ware house but they do not. So they had to order it from Jim Shore. My item was supposed to ship on the 10-11-15. That day passed with no item. I emailed them saying how horrible this service is and all they could say was give us a chance and heres $15 off your next order. I just called today to hear that the company still had not received my item and that it wasnt looking good! This was supposed to be a birthday gift! So if your planning on buying from this company dont waste your time or money!

If your reading this then you must have concerns. I will tell you this I will NEVER order from them again. I don't know where to begin let me sum it up real quick and you can make you own mind up.No returns, sent me wrong order 2 times, took forever to get refund, takes forever to receive order, better order a bigger size for you child, because by the time you get it they will have grown (not kidding). The customer support is the worst.
Oh did I mention no returns, no returns. Think about it why would your order from a site that you hope the items fits, and it it doesn't you out of luck and money.
I do a lot of shopping online, offline I gave them 2 try's after reading theses reviews, so good luck try them and come back to site and give your reviews.

I want everyone to know that if you buy from Zulily you get inferior materials and ill fitting. They vary in sizing so much it's hard to figure out how it will fit. If you call to report that you are not happy with your order they tell you they don't want anything back and to give it away, throw it away or donate to an organization that will resell it. If you ask for your money back you just get the run around and you never hear from the same customer service rep twice. I have a $55.03 credit that I cannot get refunded by them and I have been asking for it for over 1 month and someone different tells me something else each time. Not a reputable company

I appreciate the fact the Zulily brings such great deals but the fact that you can't return items if they don't fit (which is going to happen with online shopping) and the fact that it take 3 weeks or more to get your items is crazy! By the time it comes I don't really need it. Wish they could do better. Not really using them too much unless I don't need something for 2 months out.

I have taken a chance and ordered several times and each order took 2 months to receive. If you need quickly, forget it. Some of the clothing was adorable and some was cheaply made. Unless I can get a good deal on good quality clothing, which is hard to find on Zulily, I won't order again. I'll wait till department stores have sales and I won't have to worry about shipping cost and lengthy delivery time.

I have ordered many items from Zulily and have been generally pleased. I have learned not to order any clothing, boots etc as the sizing is always off. It is a long process to receive purchases but I'm ok with that. I will say however, that the home products (ie) holiday decorations are gorgeous, completely unique and well priced. For this reason I will continue to order these items from Zulily. Clothing, I will purchase elsewhere.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 5-23-17 and I am still waiting. Zulily still hasn't shipped them according to my order information. It also says the approx. Ship date is 6-16-17. I don't understanding why it takes so long to get an order. There is no explanation for the delay in shipment. I can get a shipment from Amazon in 2 days, why does it take 3 weeks for Zulily to even ship and item? I'm not sure I will order from them again.

When I first ordered from Zulily I sent site jabber a bad review as I waited so long I didn't think anything was coming. When my order finally arrived I was happy with everything, and have been happy with aliens I have received, buying lots of baby clothes. Some really fun bits for little ones. They claim is sterling silver. They not they turn up fingers green in less than a week. I ordered another ring and its plastic. It was supposed be sterling silver. This company just wants to sell whatever n lied to customers. Customers service keeps telling you they r the only person you can talked to. I don't think customers service owns this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I placed an order on 11/25/15, my credit card was charged that very day. As of 12/14/15, I have not received the items ordered and when I contacted zulily (called twice), customer service cannot provide any information as to when I will receive the items either.

I ordered off this site after seeing the tv ad, I was very sad to get such bad service. The shipping was so slow & came in two separate parcels. When I did get the items, the top was only fair quality. The leather belts are ok, guess I will see how long they last

I ordered from Zulily on 12/28/16 and finally my order has shipped on 1/11/17. Here is the kicker. I still will not get it for another week because it is coming via UPS regular mail. I am going to receive items from China quicker than this Company. REALLY! Never again will I order from them.

The quality of the clothing was questionable, the sizes were way off, and the company will not refund your money - only give you store credit. It was difficult to figure out how to return items, and they charge you "shipping and handling" costs, so you lose no matter what. And since I do not like their clothing, why would I want a credit for more?

I can always find something amazing at Zulily. Just wish the shipping was faster. Especially if I am buying baby shower gifts or clothes for my grandchildren. Unfortunately they make the shipping fees higher to discourage returns. Especially when you had paid for the shipping upfront.

I have never been so disappointed with an order as from zulily. Save your money people do not shop here. Clothes do not look like the pictures. They are larger than the measurements and made out of cheap cheap cheap material. Don't order from this website.

Always find unique items on Zulily. Sometimes it's clothing, don't it's something for the house or the dog. Also have found many gift items. I shop Zulily all year for Christmas, just put it in a closet and when Christmas comes I am more than ready.

I actually had an awesome experience -- I ordered two pairs of shoes on sale for my daughter. One fit; one didn't. I emailed to ask about the return policy and customer service replied, "We credited your account for the purchase price. You don't have return the shoes. We suggest you donate them to a charity."

This is the second time I ordered from zulily for my daughter and the package is lost. Although I put the correct address for shipping, it still get delivered to another location. Then they tell me to wait 10 days for a refund and that ridiculous. It was a birthday gift and now its missing. The only good thing, its nice things for cheap price.

Very disappointed to have purchased several items & upon arrival they are Knock offs made in China. I've called customer service to notify & weeks later still see items not corrected. The packaging of items hit and miss and many of my items ordered arrive damaged.

I've had some good experiences with well known brands, but there have been a few times where the products/sizing of products were super inconsistent. Compared to other sellers, the shipping costs are pretty high with Zulily. And the products take FOREVER to ship! Honestly sometimes I completely forget I've placed an order by the time it ships out. Thank goodness I order a size up for anything for my kids because by the time it arrives, they would have outgrown whatever I purchased.

I like Zulily, a lot. I have been shopping here for years. Almost everything I have bought has been great, and unique. I like that you don't find these things anywhere else. It makes it special. It's takes a long time to be delivered, but you know that before you buy it. And sometimes, what you order is not up to par, but that happens everywhere. I don't agree with the return fee. It should be free, or at least lower. But I will keep shopping here, because I have so many pretty clothes, and kid's stuff, beautiful items for my home, and shoes. I can always find a deal and 99% of the time, it's just perfect.

When you're buying something you can't return, you take a chance the fit is right. But the prices were too good to pass up. I bought some tops that were marked for juniors so I went up a size & it was perfect. I also bought an avalanche jacket that also fits perfect and the quality is great on both items. The only down side is that I waited a couple of weeks and it may be another for the other 2 items but the price makes it worth it. I will definitely buy again. The quality is about what you would get at a kohl's or similar place.
