I ordered a dress over six weeks ago. I still don't have it, but I got an email that says the shipment day is Nov. 22, that will be eight weeks after order. There is absolutely no reason an order should take eight weeks to deliver.
I finally got the dress I ordered, and it is terrible quality. Hard to explain without a photo, but the seams don't match up in the front, (it's a printed material), so it looks like the skirt is falling off of the top, and the hem at the bottom is uneven, (which fortunately, is not as noticeable when on). I have read many reviews that say "order brands you know, and you'll be fine". I think a company should stand behind the products they sell, and the companies they support.

Out of all the companies out there, Zulily is one you can trust to get your merchandise. I have been a customer for over three yrs. Now. Customer service is great. Every now and then you will get someone that must be having a bad day, which we all have. Because I have never had a problem returning or exchanging things. Yes, the shipping does take some time, but look and see where the product is coming from. If the product doesn't match the description on the site and size is not what it is suppose to be. Then contact customer service, by phone or e-mail. I have never had any problem getting a response from customer service. E-mail take a day to get a response sometimes. But there is always someone there when you call.
Zulily is a company that is a honest and trustworthy company. I have no complaints with them. I have ordered quite a lot from Zulily and plan on continuing in the future.

I have been shopping Zulily pretty much since the beginning. I have found that there are certain items that I won't buy due to quality or sizing. If you know the brand and know it is what you want you can sometimes score some great deals. I have found sizing and colors to be inconsistent. They finally offer returns on some items. However, the return fees eat up the return you would get. I often look at items and go to look for reviews elsewhere to price check and well as determine if it is a good product. You can get free shipping if you order the quantity requested, usually $30 dollars from one category. I like Zulily, but sometimes the shipping fees take away from the great price and the products are not the best. Always do your research before making a purchase.

Twice in the past six weeks I had the following experience: I purchased an item I needed and never received it. At the 4.5 week mark I inquired about shipping on the purchase (i. E. where is this item? I know it usually takes 3-4 weeks). At this point I was told that they are unable to fulfill each purchase and they are sorry for not notifying me (at all). This is very frustrating, what a waste of time! They sell you items that their retailers don't have in stock and then fail to notify you about it! So you think you got a nice deal and are waiting on a needed item that will never arrive. Take your business somewhere else! If this happened to me twice in 6 weeks on 2 separate orders, it must be happening all the time.

This company should be closed down. They sent me 2 of each item I ordered. The items were so cheaply made. They said before I ordered If the items didn't fir they would work it. They said that I could get a refund with merchandise credit. Do not order from these people.

I have had several purchases from Zulily... I have kept only one top. The pictures of the dresses are made to hang like they are of material with some body. For example, the skirts will be flared out slightly at the bottom. Most of everything I have received has been of the same flimsy, clingy material. I am a seamstress so I look at the materials closely. The dresses are not true to color and look very cheap. Most tops have abnormally small shoulders. I am not a large person and can wear clothes from almost anywhere. The gimmick seems to be that it doesn't matter if the product is satisfactory because you do not get a full refund for your return and they make a lot of money anyway. I will not be ordering clothes from them anymore.

I have been a client with Zulily almost from their beginning. I shop here more than I do in stores now. If I follow the sizing charts I rarely go wrong. The best advice I could say to a new shopper is take your measurements and stay true to the size accordingly.

Honestly I used to like Zulily.
I ordered a month ago and I still haven't received my package! I can order stuff from over seas and have it within 2 weeks!
I'm done ordering through zulily. It should not take this long. And if it is, then free shipping!

I agree with the other reviewers. About half of the stuff I have bought I have kept. You really have to research the items before buying. Check prices on Amazon. Sometimes they are higher than amazon. No name brands can sometimes be good but sometimes they are poor quality. Especially if the prices are really low, they could be poor quality. And they do charge shipping... And they do take 2 weeks to ship. And there are no returns. So I only buy things I am not concerned about fit. But. I have been taken before: bought some cool shirts that came back huge... Had to try to alter them. Lately I have not found much worth buying with them. Usually these are Marshalls items that a brand is trying to get rid of. But sometimes you can find something special that's worth buying.

All of the clothing and a purse that were of an unknown brand were poor quality. Sizing was off, the item was made of flimsy material and in general did not meet my expectations. The don't accept returns so I won't be ordering from these strange brands. The goods were not worth the money I spent. SHIPPING is ridiculously long.

Don't care for the return process and charges.
Other companies offer free shipping.
I have some great purchases and some terrible.
Also some products ship from other countries and take way too long.
Have had missing orders and received wrong stuff.

Zulily offers me the opportunity to buy high end products and extremely cute clothes and accessories at an extremely affordable rate. Their customer service is above par. If there is a problem with my order, the handle it to my satisfaction. I have been a Zulily client for over 10 years now and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I really do love Zulily. I don't have tons of money to spend on clothes and gifts, but on Zulily, I can get quality items at a great price. And, not being able to return some items purchased from Zulily actually makes me more thoughtful about my purchases (so I don't buy on a whim!). Keep up the good work!

Six weeks had passed and my item had not arrived yet. Then I received an email explaining that there was a further delay and I could cancel my order because of the delay. I cancelled my order and the two emails from customer service regarding my inquiries had spelling and grammatical errors. I'm not sure who is running this ship but I'm never going on board again.

I ordered boots on two separate occasions, Both times my order shipped and arrived in reasonable time. I just placed a third order two days ago for three sets of bedding, some prices do seem unrealistically too good to be true, but so far they have been legit, For anyone Who is hesitant to order because of a lot of bad reviews, I would suggest to at least visit the site and if you're apprehensive start with a small order and go from there, and base your experience after on whether you go back and order again later, that's how I made my decision to continue ordering after a good experience each time I ordered from them. And as long as they continue to give a good service without any problems, I will continue to occasionally order through their site and recommend them without hesitation from my own experience..

They claim big discounts, but check the prices on other places. I ordered a shampoo at zulily for $10 and they claimed 40% discount. However the regular price of the shampoo everywhere else was less than $5.00. And, yes I compare everything - the brand, model and size. They have good deals on brands, but still you may find it somewhere else on better price and free shipping.

I never write reviews, but my experience with this website was so classically bad that I wanted to warn potential customers.
I was lured to the website by its really cute selection, and as an avid online shopper, I assumed that the website would be similar to others. Not the case. I received the wrong item--completely their mistake--and was told that my item "sold out" and that basically their role was to advertise vendors under one website. They did not issue refunds, except in rare cases (the fault was completely theirs) and after contacting them 3 times, answering the same questions over and over, I was told they would take back the item they sent. Two months later, no refund. It was my first and last experience at that site. Don't be lured in by their selection!

Junk! Really poor quality clothing at grossly expensive prices. I thought I would get designer quality children's items and ladies clothing but the same items at Walmart would look like them came from Holt Renfrew. Disgusted! I love Ross, Winners and TJ MAX so thought this would be a great alternative. Don't be fooled - you might find the same stuff at a flea market or swap meet.

I spent hours shopping the site. Literally hours! My kids and I picked out clothing and we so excited, until I went to check out. $250 worth of merchandise and I have to pay shipping? Are you kidding? How do they compete with other online retailers? Plus, none of my items would ship for a month! What a huge waste of the better part of two days. Now I have disappointed kids. Btw, I'm going to find the clothing I need elsewhere for free and fast shipping because literally everywhere else I shop offers that. Don't waste your time with Zulily. (By the way, when I started shopping the banner ad said free shipping was available and items ship quickly, so it was totally reasonable that I would think my huge order qualified for free shipping and at least some of my items would ship quickly).

Awful. I ordered an item, got a different item. They said they would send it to me. Got the replacement. Wrong item again. They issued refund which is all I could hope for, but I'm done.
Another item came (sheets). Listing said 100% cotton. Upon arrival they were 60% cotton and 40% polyester and 100% awful.
I am done with Zulily. Don't waste your time or money!

This company rips off everyone that places an order. They don't tell you until after you place an order that you can't return anything. I ordered 3 dresses. I can only wear one. If you order a size large it might fit someone who wears a small. The quality is sub par. One of the dresses I got is so thin you can see through 4 layers of the fabric! I'd I could give them minus stars, I would give them -100!

I have been shopping Zulily online for many years now and it's have to say it's always been a great experience. I have needed to use customer service on occasion regarding faulty merchandise. I was helped immediately each time and issues resolved very fast. I am a huge fan of shopping online because I live in a very rural area and have to travel 75+ miles to do any shopping. I love that I can come back the same day after a purchase and shop more and it ships free! And getting emails for "deals" makes it even more rewarding!

The top I ordered looked lovely on the Zulily website but the reality when it arrived was totally different, shabby colour, shabby shape and nylon thread sticking out at each end of the bottom of the item, which when I pulled it, ruched the fabric. I looked at their return policy and found they do not refund the full price of the article, even if the article is substandard... I won't use them again and the top will go to a charity shop.

I bought a ton of clothes from them, based on previous comments regarding size, I followed the recommendations. These clothes are made with a size 2 as 'extra large'. None of the clothes fit and I returned the three packages. One of the packages I sent back was unopened, and they sent it back stating that it do not met the requirements for 'return to sender'. I paid over $12 to return the third package to be returned. It's been 4 months, no credit and no refund. Don't waste your money for a company who will not honor refunds or stand behind their product.
