I bought a tunic in a size XL as I wanted it roomy. I normally wear a large top. Item arrived and the sleeves were so defective I could hardly get my arms in. The garment in general was at least 2 sizes too small. Obviously they have sizing problems on this item. Customer service said I could return the item for a $7.95 fee and they would give me a store credit. They would not refund my credit card. They said they don't have the item in a larger size. These kind of return policies are deal breakers for me. I don't want to buy from them again, therefore, a store credit is useless. I just totally wasted my money.

I've ordered quite a few items from Zulily and have been very pleased with the majority of my purchases. Last winter I ordered a pair of toddler boy size 6 1/2 shoes, which were more like a boy size 6 1/2. I didn't call customer service and figured I would just hold onto them until my son is older. I recently ordered a Robert Matthew purse, which was delivered very fast; however, it was missing the top, center piece of hardware on it that holds the two zippers together. I immediately called Customer Service and they were able to rectify the situation almost immediately. Everyone was very friendly and apologized for the purse arriving in the condition it did. I'm not one to write reviews, but I was so pleased with how Zulily handled the situation that I felt I needed to write the review.

I am still in the middle of a two month nightmare from my first and only order from this site. The issues with extremely long waits on shipping is not information that Zulily provides until you try to hunt down why your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. Their projected dates are worthless and since they use fedex and usps on the same order, it is impossible to find out who screws up the delivery and of course Zulily cannot be bothered to provide a refund even if you never receive your item. Completely terrible website - DO NOT USE -

I have ordered many things from Zuilly and shopped here often. Not anymore. One of my orders was lost by UPS. It was a combination of 5 orders. No follow up from customer service. I used a combination of Paypal, Zuilly Credit Card and a Visa. I know my PayPal was credited but I do not know about the others. Impossible to tell from their website. This experience has turned me off. Once you pay this company takes no responsibility for shipping problems or customer follow up.

Buyer beware is the best way I can put it - I've learned to check the prices offered against other sites, or via Google, and factor in the shipping to see if it's really a 'great deal.'
When Zulily first came onto the scene they really did offer some great bargains, I'm just not seeing that so much anymore.

I buy from Zulily constantly.My friends have the same addiction. The quality of the clothes can be cheap and I only order items that are casual or for working out. But the shoes and purses are fantastic! Perfume, lights, kitchen items are all Yes. I bought one pair of shoes that were too small out of 50 pairs purchased over the years. I gave them as a xmas gift. The shipping does vary so be aware of the shipping delays and plan ahead. I have not sent anything back and I receive compliments on all my purchased items!

There is no customer service and the website in very vague on when you will receive your order.
It is going to take 3 months for me to receive my order but they want payment within 30 days.
I'm sorry but what is wrong with this picture.
For some people this maybe acceptable but for me unacceptable.
I will never order again.

Don't order not sure you if you will ever receive.

Do not waist your money. The clothes is cheap and poorly made. The customer service horrible and not ashamed to lie. According to their site they are allowing returns but in every email I've received from them they are telling me they do not. I spend over $130 for stuff I would never wear. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Tip for consumers:
Zulily has no service, value is way to expensive for such a cheap and poor quality clothes; shipping is way too slow (I waited over a month for my stuff), no returns; cheap! they should be ashamed of the qualify of what they are selling.

I have been to this site many times and have been "tempted" to buy everything I saw, the products and pricing are excellent! But with so many choices, I had a very difficult time making up my mind what to buy, so I just waited until I found that perfect "item". I finally found it a few weeks ago, it looked so good on the mannequin! I placed my order and within minutes I received my confirmation. The information they provided in their confirmation made me feel at ease with when I was to expect my item, so being that it took about 3 weeks to arrive, didn't really bother me because they were upfront about it. But more importantly, when I clicked on the "My Orders" tracking link - it actually worked! What I also liked was their constant communication with me and letting me know that my package was on it's way to me. Unfortunately the item didn't look as good on me as it did on the mannequin, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I will probably order from them again!

I ordered a shirt as a gift. I paid for shipping, but it was pretty slow.

Shirt arrived, was probably 2-3 sizes smaller than listed.

In order to return, I have to pay return shipping. But they won't refund, I'll get credit for them. No, I don't plan on wasting more money with a bad company. I'll take my business somewhere better.

I have always been quite satisfied with my purchases from Zulily. If there has ever been a problem, it's never been too hard to return anything... they always seem accommodating. They offer a wide variety of products and clothing. Most of the time items are shipped on time and if it's not, they always notify you by e-mail. Enjoy shopping with them!

Zulily has great customer service. If you have an issue with an item they will solve the problem. I do have issues sometimes with the product, especially clothing. What you get a lot of the time is not like the picture on the website not to mention the size being one or two sizes to bit or small. What I would like to see is spilt monthly payments. Also shipping is a little over priced.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful when buying clothing and some shoes you never know what you’re going to get. Most time not what expected. Others item are most time a good buy.

The kids and men’s shoes. The clothing had to be returned because once again the size was too small.

I ordered a few things on 2/27/18. During the order process, I pressed the Paypal button. It did not take me to Paypal. My Paypal account is set up to use my preferred credit card. The next day is when I found out that under the table, Zuilly made it an instant Paypal payment and tried to take the money out of my personal bank account without permission. Calls to both Paypal and Zuilly got nowhere in resolving the issue. Instead my bank and I had to close my bank account and start up a new one because of the fraud by Zuilly and Paypal. The merchandise has not even shipped. They could have easily cancelled the order. What company hides their transactions with Paypal so that they can use an instant payment instead of a credit card, all without the buyers knowledge or approval.

Why does my order get transferred to so many delivery companies/places, still haven't received my order (coming from fed ex) now tracking is telling me my post office has it, Why fed ex passed my house twice yesterday! Like the items I have already received but I'm glad I don't need my other items for a gift.

How could I have never heard how terrible this company's policies are?! Why is this not better known? I see them advertising all the time and some of the stuff looks sorta cute. I have gotten casual about ordering stuff because I've never heard of a company that literally straight up offers no refund AND NO EXCHANGES. Both tops are made of crappy cheap horrible fabric, and don't fit. Straight to a charity shop. Lesson learned.

Do NOT buy from Zulily unless you like to spend money on items you will never receive. I've been dealing with this issue since February 2016. It's now September. I ordered something that never arrived, and they refuse to give you a refund - only a credit. Since I don't want to just throw money out the window, I've placed THREE orders that have never arrived. They keep placing the credit back into my account, I try to order something else, and the same thing happens - it never arrives.

I saw Zulily as an advertisement on Facebook. I placed an order and was very dissatisfied with the items. I ordered 3 sizes larger than my usual size, allowing for sizing to be inaccurate and they were still too small! When I placed the order I was told when they'd arrive, but they arrived 4 days later! So, even if I'd received them on time, they were worthless to me because I needed to take them on a trip; they arrived after I left. I was charged $8.95 for each of the 3 items! The only way I see I can get satisfaction is to blast it all over Facebook and ask my 800 Facebook friends to share my story.

I'm giving 1 star because of poor customer service. I haven't received my product yet and I don't care if it's the greatest sweater of all time, I won't shop with Zulily again. I simply didn't receive confirmation and come to find out the wrong email was input. The representative was nice but condescending to me and kept telling me what 'I' did wrong. There was no right or wrong in the situation just help me find my order and re-send confirmation to me. I work in the hospitality industry and the client is 'never' wrong. We all work by that rule and while we do not like it at times it's just how it is. Be kind. You simply help with the given challenge and make sure they are pleased with the outcome.

I only bought one dress to try out this website. Actually, it was the first time I had ever bought clothing online. I purchased a dress weeks in advance hoping to receive it before my birthday. I gave it the maximum 24 days to arrive and set a countdown on my phone. Today was the last day I had any hope of receiving it, and after reading reviews I am assuming I will not receive it at all. An unfortunate experience.

Do not buy clothing or shoes from this company. You will very displeased as sizing is very random and pictures are misleading. Cheaply made non brand items. Do not trust you will get what you pay for, after a month of waiting.

The sizes for their clothing are way off base. The dress I ordered looked as though I had borrowed it from the circus strongman. Free returns? Well, store credit minus 8.95 for shipping makes it extremely unappealing. Don't order from here again.

I love Zulily and have a full cart at all times but... since nothing is returnable for a refund I would appreciate more than 1 picture of things and a bit more in the descriptions. The reviews are very helpful when available.

Sometimes it is too easy to find all the things you've dreamed of buying all in the same place. But it is true. Zulily is like an enormous Costco and just as friendly. I enjoy shopping on line with Zulily. Thank you.

Always find something I want. Shipping deals are great! If you find something else you want to order on the same day, it ships free until midnight. The only thing i wish they would do is have more true plus size options.
