My order was a birthday present and when I ordered it said about 5 to 10 days and
As yet the order is still processing even though it is 12 days since I ordered. I love the
Clothes but can order from other internet sites and have delivery within a few days.
Extremely disappointed in the delivery service. It would be better to say that delivery

I have don'e almost all my Christmas shopping for this year on Zulily because they are always offering great deals on items I want. I have gotten great deals on shoes for myself, better than sale prices at the department stores. I have bought name brand toys at great prices and items I can't find in my local stores. They have everything and if you think you want it but need to check something, just mark save for later. Not everything comes back available but if it does Zulily will remind you which I love. Highly recommend but it is addictive.

For me, my opinion of Zulily depends on what I'm shopping for. I no longer buy clothing from this site, UNLESS I know the manufacturer/maker of the garment. I absolutely will not buy "no name" clothing because in my experience those items are of inferior quality & not worth the money. I've also noticed that the prices are rising & I don't really consider Zulily to be a "bargain" or outlet store at all anymore. I'm hoping, without much hope, that Zulily's quality will go up & their prices down.

I got two damaged ( broken) clay flower pots. Contacted Zulily. Instead of offering an immediate refund, the customer service asked me to send them pictures to prove that the items are broken. Also they have asked me to describe the condition of the box in " order to prevent the same happening in future". Is not it their job to prevent it? I was using Zulily for a few years. This is my last order.
The company shipping is very slow, one month and longer. I was OK with it. But not offering me a refund was the bad move. No longer their customer.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware that many items they sell could be found on other websites at the similar price, very often with free shipping. Do your shopping research before ordering..

I have ordered from Zulily many times and had all great experiences. At first I was concerned about my orders and checked on them frequently, but now I know to expect about a month of wait time. I have had success ordering gifts for holidays and birthdays 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time. The people I have gifted have not been disappointed either.

I placed an order over a month ago and the order still hasn't arrived. There hasn't even been one email to update me on the status of my order. This company is a joke. Please avoid at all costs. I fell for their slick advertising and polished website. I wish I had been more diligent and read the reviews of this site before ordering.

I ordered a gift for my son on here in the beginning of December. It did not arrive by christmas or within the month after that. Apparently there was a shipping issue and they could not send it now. They held my money for 2 months and disappointed my son greatly. Avoid this site and dont give them your money. They are a SCAM.

I purchases three shirts for my daughters for Christmas. One of the shirts had a tear at the seam. Within 24 hours, Zulily responded to my complaint and refunded my money. I am very impressed. I did not expect such a prompt response, let alone a refund. Will buy from them again for sure!

Ordered a pair of TOMS. Their website clearly stated FREE shipping until 11:59 today. When I went to check out there was a shipping charge. I emailed the company and they told me that the free shipping is AFTER I place my first order then the next order that same day would be free. Seriously? It was so ridiculous and the customer service pretty much said "Oh well". I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered from this place. Stay away from this place. Their customer service is worthless.

When I placed my order there was no indication that shipment would not happen for 30 days. In fact, the site indicated to "hurry only 2 left". I wanted these items well before 45 days... 30 days to ship and two weeks after shipment to receive. They did indicate they would refund my money

I ordered a set of King size sheets about eight days ago. They were delivered in a week's time. They are very nice and the color is exactly as shown on the website. The price was fantastic! I payed less than $40.00 for a set of 600 thread count sheets! Wow! What a deal!

I ordered merchandise from zulily last year for christmas gifts and was very pleased with all the items; however, can't say that I feel the same way this year. I am very disappointed with most of the items I have received so far (too small, low quality, far superior compared to last year's items that I bought). I ordered 3 vests and those were fine but other clothing are the problem. I am expecting more shipment but I don't have much hope that they will be any better than what I have received so far. I will now have to go into the store and buy Christmas gifts for my family and friends. I would like to cancel the orders that have not been shipped yet but seems it's impossible. I don't plan on ordering from Zulily anymore.

I was very excited to buy a couple of my fragrances from Zulily however when I received the order it was all fake. Smells different because of all the synthetic in them. I am a fragrance expert and the box said made in Switzerland. Customer should be aware of buying fragrance from Zulily. I am trying to return the six bottles That I bought.

Can I give it a negative 1? Don't order anything if you could possibly want within a month. They have all kinds of excuses but no solutions on how to get your order to you faster. I'm sitting here waiting on my last and final order from this company. Buy what you want from anywhere else and have it within the week. What a concept zulily!

I have bought quite a bit from Zulily for 2 years now and have NEVER had a problem with them. The only thing that could improve is getting rid of the Reborn clothing line. It is a very bad line & poorly made. Other then that everything has gone very well with them and customer service has been wonderful.

Zulily is a convenient and easy way of being introduced to new and exciting companies and their products you might spend hours looking for yourself. Excellent array of sizes and styles to suit everyone. Customer service is top notch, and Zulily is incredibly flexible even with their no return policy on some items. They realise the consumer is taking a chance buying a final sale item, and therefore, are quick, professional, and friendly in making sure the customer is happy. Should your item be defective or not perform the way you expected, they are eager to make things right with you, no questions asked. Zulily always has something I want or need! I love all the selections and the prices! It is a great place to shop to get unique gifts for family and friends that they have not seen in stores in our area. I like to get my clothes so that no one else will have them in our small town.

I love the selection and for the most part the prices are great. The shipping has a lot to be desired. It takes a long time to receive (even on the quick ship) and sometimes it never comes. I've had packages delivered with only 1 of the items listed and the others MIA. Their customer service reps are great and understanding but it is very disappointing.

I have been shopping at Zulily for about a year now and have spend over $3000 at the site, buying things for my daughter, myself and the home. This is one of the sites I check everyday.
I am taking off one star for the no-return policy. However, I have contacted them twice for defective items and they have issued me a refund (and given me additional store credit) within 24 hours.
If you shop carefully, you can score a lot of lovely things at the site.

I've ordered several times, a couple ok transactions, but my most recent blows. Fleece lined tights, according to SIZE CHART should fit women to 6 ft. No way, maybe 5' could barely get them over my knees. In a hurry, so ended up cutting open the toes in order to pull them up. No more EYE CANDY brand, beware. And yes, exceptionally long ship times, quality can be iffy. And I waste too much time shopping there, lol.

I've been waiting for a month to receive my order. I track the package, and it's bouncing around in New Jersey. I've already paid the credit card bill, but may file an appeal. Not a good way of doing business for sure. They advertised Free Shipping of over $35. My order was over $35 and I was charged shipping. They said it's Free Shipping on the Second Order of the Day. Now that just not make sense to me at all.

The sizes are WAY OFF. I opened my package and was shocked. I'd say the clothing items I ordered were at least 4 or 5 sizes too small and way too long. Shipping took over a month and prices were too expensive for what I paid. I can't review the items on the site to warn other consumers. Buyers beware, you won't be happy with what you get.
