Oh God, wish I would have read the reviews before I took the bait. I have ordered several items from Zully and am still waiting. I can understand their time frame of two weeks, but after two weeks and a search for my order, I see that it will be shipped in another three weeks. If you are planning to wear boots this winter, you probably will not receive them before winter is over. Forget Christmas goodies, Go to Amazon, or somewhere else and spend your money. This is not consumer friendly at all.

Tip for consumers:
Look somewhere else for items. It is not worth waiting and waiting and still waiting for an order. Website is beautiful, I am beginning to think that they really do not have any merchandise behind the photos! It is a sham.....

I had ordered some clothes on nov 20,2016. It's been 20 days and I have still not received my order. The status on my account shows that just today, dec 10,2016 that my order has been shipped. This is ridiculous. The worst shipping & delivery service that I have ever come across my entire life. I will never order anything again from Zulily.

I appreciate Zulily's one-stop shopping. I can find things for family, house, yard, automotive, electronics and groceries. I like being able to choose items and am given reminders when items I had on wish list come in stock. The ease of returns and credit is also an advantage. I shop daily and then purchase all things at once. The quick 99cent deals are great too! The picture is of my new step stones for backyard and if ya look close you'll see doggie dish I purchased earlier to the black rain jacket also.

I have discovered several great brands on zulily and been satisfied with most of them. I am disappointed in the customer service at times. I have had products canceled several times before finally buying(with confirmation) and actually receiving product. Also there can be a quality control issue. I have had a couple items arrive broken and had to fight to get store credit back because I had ordered gifts well in advance. Overall because of my persistence it is always made right but it is not a positive that it requires the consumer to complain 4-5 times to be made whole for a purchase received broken.
I love Belgian brothers and you can find great deals on clothing just wish the company had more consumer friendly policies.

I love the curated collections and the shopping deals, but sometimes shipping is inconsistent. I know it's not entirely their fault, but frequently things I have ordered will come in much later than expected and promised by the site. At least once, an order never came in. However, the prices and selection are good, and I've been happy with the things I've ordered.

These items are drop shipped. It has been 6 weeks since I paid and still no merchandise. They will tell you they've shipped items but it is several days after that date before the carrier receives the merchandise shipping from Hong Kong. Then added delays in customs. This is ridiculous! Never again. No Customer Service support. Buyer's beware -- their great deals aren't so great if you never receive your merchandise.

Takes one month for delivery and my order arrived incomplete. Customer service repeatedly apologizes but do not have the ability to do anything but try to call the actual vendor on your behalf. In my case, vendor appears to be unreachable as I am still waiting to hear back several weeks later. It's not an effective system and not worth it. Now I've called three times and spoken with three different customer service representatives. I wanted to speak with a manager but none were working at the time I called (approximately 9:30AM EST). I thought I was getting a bargain by shopping at this site, but now I just wish I had gone to the vendor directly and will do so in the future.

So first about a year ago, I made a large order of girls shoes, most of which were poor quality. I thought I would try them again and ordered some women's clothing looking for unique pieces, but I think I would have done better going to a flea market-thin material which does not look like it hold up more than a couple of wears/washes. The only item that appears adequate is a vera bradley puse ordered, but i could have gotten it for the same price on their website, so definitely done with site. Poor quality goods, particularly the new or unknown brands.

It's fine if you know the brand and do not mind waiting for shipping which can take over a month! Products I have purchased have been in good condition, as described, but not everyone wants to wait forever for a product they've paid for! Also it is ridiculous that you have to pay shipping and then get free shipping on more products SAME day! Why wouldn't I just buy everything I want at once? At least make it the NEXT day when there are new deal.
This site was innovative and neat when it first came along but eventually will sink when someone else figures out how to get these deals (which not all products are) and can get them to you sooner!

Just recvd a sweater from Zulily that I ordered 1 month ago. The quality is horrible at best. It was a black sweater and the seams were sewn with white thread and worse than that, most of the seams were ripping out. The sleeves were only 3/4 length and were not even hemmed. WOW! It would have cost me more than the sweater is worth to spend the time going thru the return process. Their clothing always looks so cute, but it's only the photos that are of any value... the clothing itself is of terrible quality.
Please don't waste your money. Seems as though there could be something done for companies that sham people like this.

I don't know where Zulily gets their clothing but I suspect there are a lot of knock-offs being shipped from vendors they do business with. The sizing and quality are never as advertised. I call them the land of misfit, mislabeled clothing. With the latest un-returnable order I just received I had to call it quits and unsubscribe. I am still stuck with capris that look like bell bottoms on my calves and a size large shirt with a 26" bust. I'm sure these two items are NOT quality Reebok as advertised. I would have known this if I were able to read item reviews but Zulily does not publish bad reviews. The pants came from Lesotho Africa and the top from Vietnam. Total loss of quality control by both the manufacturers and the distributor. Fool me once…. I'm done.

Stay away from the clothing and shoes.

Love Zulilly. Just heed their warnings about lead times. Sometime it can take up to a couple of weeks from placing your order to receiving. Well worth it if you have the time to spare. Also noticed sizes can run a little smaller than typical sizing. Great prices different items. Love Zulily

I used to like Zulily a lot more than I do now. I find the quality has become "iffy" -- lots of stuff from Asia with flimsy fabrics and cheap construction. That being said, I always find something, be it bird feeders or nightshirts for my grandkids. There are many things I'd like to buy but don't because they cannot be returned. I have a whole box full of things that I purchased that don't fit. However they are quite fair about their return policy and state on the site (before purchase) that an item is not eligible for return.

You can find some great deals at Zulily, and I enjoy checking out the site regularly. I wish there were a way to qualify for free shipping, though. And likewise it would be nice to qualify for free returns. The other frustration is how long it takes to get some items when they ship from China. There's no way to predict if something will take a week or a month to arrive. However, it's usually worth the wait if it's a good price.

One more complaint: sometimes the item descriptions and/or photos are not adequate or accurate. It would be nice to see jewelry modeled so that there's a sense of scale.

Zulily offers not only great variety, but most importantly, the company has fantastic customer service. Hands down, this is why I keep shopping with them above all others. Do you have to wait longer for your items compared to other online shops? Yes, BUT I don't mind because it's worth it because I've found soooo many great items AND the customer service is top notch. If I had any issue with an item I've purchased, it was resolved immediately. I'm a fan of this company.

I have never heard of a company that doesn't offer returns of any kind. I recently purchased a bra on Zulily and it didn't fit. They wouldn't take it back or exchange it, even though it was in the original packaging. This is very bad business. I highly recommend that you purchase clothing items at other customer friendly sites.

Ordered some maternity clothes on June 19th for a vacation I just took this past weekend. I just received my order today (1 month later) and am sending them back! The site says 10-14 days which I would have been okay with. I sure hope they do not give me grief about the return. I made comments on their facebook site and also via email and got a generated auto response both times. I have a feeling they are going to give me store credit for my returns which means I will have to order something for my baby that is due in 5 months instead of maternity clothes because that is how long it will take to receive it!

Shoes definitely not true to size, had to order larger, and still tight fit. Pair of crop pants advertised as 1X (16) barely fit my sister, a size 6. Very slow delivery. Merchandise looks better in the ads than in real life.

Placed an order Aug. 25 and finally received it Sept. 20! Glad I ordered a size bigger or my kids would have outgrown the shoes before we actually got them! However, all three pairs of shoes arrived in one box and were exactly what I had ordered. Overall, the prices weren't exceptional and the shipping time was deplorable, so I will not order from them again.

The worst online experience ever. Placed 2 orders 2 weeks back for my daughter's b'day which is only in December giving them lot of time to deliver. Today I got a mail stating that they are still holding on to my order coz they couldn't authenticate my card. Seriously? After charging me 2 weeks ago and now they have a problem. Ruined my happiness. Never will recommend to anyone. Why should I put other people through misery. I should have read the reviews first

I wish I had the opportunity read the reviews on this site before ordering from Zulily on the advice of a friend. While it appears they have "really great deals" on paper, you really need to consider if the wait and potential for disappointment are worth the so-called "bargain". I ordered 4 items 2 weeks ago, and just received an e-mail saying 2 of my 4 items aren't available, and the other 2 are still in line for being packaged and shipped. I'm hoping I receive them before I'm supposed to gift them at Christmas time, but I'm not holding my breath since it's more likely that I'm going to receive another e-mail telling me my other items also aren't available. In the meantime, I've already purchased backup gifts for those two members of my family. In this day and age, that sort of turnaround time is absolutely unacceptable.

Then they try to give me a $10 credit at the website - like I'm really going to EVER use them again. No thanks, guys.

I've ordered from this site dozens of times. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is that the shipping is slow. But given I know that I just order stuff in advance (I am normally ordering a future size anyhoo). I haven't had one bad item (quality) at all in children's clothing and the one women's item I received that was really oddly sized they did accept back with a full refund despite their policy. (I sent them a picture showing that the arms were literally a foot too long).

For shoes and children's clothing I use this site almost exclusively. Occasionally I order housewares or women's items. I'd say that 99% of the time I'm thrilled with the items I receive, but then again I look at brand names carefully so I don't get an off item.

Buyer beware, Zulily is a hit or miss. It takes a long time to receive an order for starters. But, the quality is not very good. Thus far the worst buy for me was a pair of boots. The picture showed beautiful cozy looking boots, not the same ones I received... the ones I actually got were cheaply made, very narrow, and small, and couldn't even wear them once, they feel like cardboard. Highly disappointed shop with caution!

After debating on trying the site out for many months I finally broke down and purchased over $100 in clothing. On the site it said typical delivery takes 10-14days. It took almost one month for me to get my first package. I ordered 8 things and they split my order into 3 separate packages. I am still waiting on my last package. The clothing I did get was very cheap and the pants were see through. They sizes were also not correctly described. And worst of all there is a no return policy! I will never order from them again!

Ordered 3 sets of glass jars for storage, 12total. All came shattered. They were not packaged for freight. Someone wrapped the box on the outside with bubble wrap but not the actual glass items that were left to roll around in the box and ultimately hit each other and shatter. I got glass dust, literally. So who have they hired in their shipping department? Not only does the order take a lot of time but it comes broken... obviously no return. Will have to fight to cancel payment. Bad bad service. I am not shopping here ever again.
