Don't waste your money and time! Quality is HORRIBLE - see-through, itchy material, does not fit well and just a terrible representation of an online clothing store - Items are not returnable nor refundable - they just give you store credit - now why in the world would you want store credit to buy more just that you are unhappy with. Very unhappy with this service and will not be using them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your money and time! Quality is HORRIBLE!!

I ordered two bed spreads, original price on king size was $199.99 reduced to $19.97, the twin $69.99 reduced to $19.97, I should of known better, I've never seen such thinand cheaply made bedspreads, I have bath towels that are thicker... and no returns, ugh, they will have to do for now, done with Zulily...

Zulily started out as a wonderful place to find a reasonable deal on some unique items. Now it is nothing but a sweat shop churning out ill made and cheap clothes. Unless I'm buying a brand that I absolutely know will be high quality such as Keen or Columbia, I have sworn them off. In one instance I thought I was buying GUESS brand clothing for my little girl and it ended up being a knock off. There have been at least two times that I was charged for an item and it did not arrive.

Usually their clothes are nice but their purse was disappointing. I payed $175.00 for a purse. It was smaller than a pimple. I tried to print up a return label but was unable. The purse is so small Im embarrassed to even carry it; and I have some small purses. This one was barely big enough to put my phone in it. I am so disappointed especially considering the money I spent on it. Hard earned money thrown away

First time ordering. 4 out of the 5 items were ok. One item was much too large and also had a front pocket on sweatshirt sewn on crooked! I opted to return it. Only to get a USPS label that they want to charge me nearly $9 for. Excuse me? I'm pretty sure if I had went to my local post office, it would not have been $9! What a rip off, especially for something that was a mfg defect, the item was NLA on their site. It's like they are making money off you for shipping, TWICE!

Bought an Oneil hat that took forever to arrive.
Quality was disgraceful after reading reviews I have realised why.
It was made in China.,!
They should have big signs on site made in China these people are taking advantage of hard working people and spoiling internet shopping for everyone. Thanks for being so dishonest. Zuilly

I've been a member for a long time now. I did most of my christmas shopping via Zulily. Great buys. However, lately has been very spotty. I've received items broken, poorly made and very low quality. Now I reserve my shopping at Zulily with brands I am familiar with only. I do a lot of price comparison with Amazon. Another thing is the amount of time it takes to receive an item. Sometimes I really do not mind the wait and understand how Zulily wants to "check" quality before shipping to me. Unfortunately, I still wonder what measure of quality is actually acceptable because I've received items broken, bent or not in the greatest shape. Another disappointment was buying tickets to Broadway. I paid for Orchestra but when we arrive at the theater they seated us in gallery... around a group of High schoolers! I had to fight this with Zulily who eventually refunded the difference. I often doubt renewing my membership.

Love Zulily, have been purchasing from them for 5+ years. They are a reliable company to shop with! I have never had a problem. Found some very nice items. Prices are reasonable. I did notice their prices increased slightly. I believe that is a result of them now excepting returns. Where as before they did not. So I can understand the price increase. The only issue I have. Is that some or most of the clothing items are from foreign countries and have a tendency to run VERY SMALL! So I have learned to order a larger size. That tends to work for me.

I have been a zulily customer for almost 3 years. I have purchased shoes, clothes, outerwear etc. The sizes are hit and miss at the best of times, and while I have always found the strike-through prices to be inflated, it hasn't been enough to stop me shopping. Until now. The quality of the garments has become so poor that the strike-through is completely laughable. Even the "discount" prices they offer are much more than the products are worth. Many items are final sale, so you are stuck with the ill-fitting or poor-quality items. Very disappointing. There are better sites out there. Don't waste your money here.

If you are a shopper (and know pretty much the prices of items), this is a great store. While there are some great deals, there are also some very overpriced items. Quality of items is usually good and packing of items for shipping is usually spot on. If buying clothes or shoes, I'd suggest sticking to Brands that you know how they fit. China is where much of the clothing comes from and fit can be "iffy". Also with Zulily you must be patient as most items may be received 3 weeks after you placed your order. While now you can return items, the return shipping fee is nearly $9.00 so unless you are shipping back more than one item, return shipping is quite expensive! Lastly, your return monies are for store credit only; your money is not returned to your method of payment. A great positive is all my experiences with Zulily customer service have been wonderful.

I've been using Zulilly for years now & often find great deals. My only complaint is returns. They now allow you to return most items, but the restocking fee is high. Because of this I don't order clothes because you never know how they'll fit. Can't tell you how many brand new things I've donated.

I love Zulily. From clothes to toys to camping stuff everything I have bought has been incredible. So easy to order and comes right to my front door. I can't wait to open my email every morning to see what is new

Zulily has so much cool stuff to look at. I have gotten some great deals mostly for the kids. I've gotten some duds as an adult. Mostly product names I've never heard of but I hate to spend too much as I know you can't just send it back for an exchange. You need to be so sure that's your size. I wish there was more detail and pictures on some things like in my favorite catalogs. One time I did order something, got it, the bag had the correct size but the product inside did not. I called them and they quickly refunded my money as they did not have anymore for an exchange. So that made me keep coming back.

I wish i had seen these reviews prior to ordering. I think the biggest problem is the absurd shipping time. Takes way too long! Can't return anything, so you take a big chance. I had to give a skirt that would normally fit to my neice, as it ran small and was non returnable. I will not order from this site again.

After ordering from some other online sites I was very scared to try this out. But the product display were so good that I could not resist myself and order 2 dresses, 1 blouse and a bag. After ordering I read the reviews about the product here at sitejabber and was more scared. They said it will take 20 days for delivery. I kept my patience. And in 20th day the products arrived. After seeing the product I really don' have any complains. The products are good. The size that they mentioned were proper. They keep their words on delivery date. I don't have any complains with the product and price. Only thing is they could deliver it a little bit more than 3 weeks. That would be really great.

I ordered Crocs for my son and niece for a trip we have planned over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I just got a notice that they shipped today, but we leave on our trip tomorrow, so I won't get them in time. It's too long to wait for a shipment in my opinion. I probably won't order from here again.

I absolutely do not get all the negative reviews for Zulily. I have ordered about 8 - 10 womans clothing items and have received them when they said - about 2 -3 weeks shipping. The quality was excellent on the dresses, the tops comparable with department store goods and the styles different and cute. I am so pleased that pretty much every day I pop in to Zulily and see what's new. I just don't get it. Are people REALLY getting ripped off that much? I guess I've been the lucky one!

Zulily always takes forever to ship, that's something I came to terms with, but when I ordered a two piece bathing suit and only one piece arrived after almost a month after ordering, I'd say that's pretty bad service. I wonder if I'll even get the other half. And if I do, I'll probably have to wait weeks to get it. Don't get sucked in!

My review is mainly about their customer service. We moved recently and I mistakenly didn't change my address when placing an order and my packages were sent to my old house and subsequently, refused. Zulily customer service changed my address for me and immediately had the packages re-sent to me. Unfortunately, one of the outfits I ordered appeared to have mildew or some other stain on it, so I called customer service. They could not have been more helpful! Not only did I receive a full refund for the outfit (because they showed no others in stock) but I also received a $10.00 credit because it didn't work out. The entire transaction took maybe 5 minutes and I couldn't have been happier. Very please to see good customer service!

This is my 3rd time to order. The first order took about 4 weeks (in which I knew would take that long). The quality of material was pure garbage and was what I would consider "a screwed up sewing job". The second order was made on November 15,2013 and I still haven't rec'd - they told me it was due to FedEx Christmas disaster - Uh, what?
Yes, I went for a 3rd order (placed on Jan 1,2014) We'll see if Zulily can redeem themselves... if so, I'll raise my star rating!

I ordered several items on a single day. The items were apparently coming from different sources & some were out of stock. When the first items arrived they didn't fit & I reached out via e-mail and phone to inquire as to how I might return and/or exchange the items. I never received a response to my e-mails (over several weeks). I continued to receive numerous inferior products without any recourse. One item arrived wet & smelling awful. It must have missed the portion of the packaging process in which a silica packet is inserted. I am extemely disappointed in the products & SERVICE is non-existent. I spent a considerable amount of money for items that I will simply have to donate to Goodwill or some other charitable organization.

I purchased a pair of boots through Zulily back in early January and received it early February. It took a month for me to try them on! Not acceptable.

Then, I returned the item incurring $15.61 via USP postal charge, because it didn't fit well. When I contacted the customer service, their store policy is to give me a store credit back at Zulily and could not offset any return charge. After showing the customer service personnel this ridiculous return policy in an age where much free shipping and returns are prevalent online shopping mode, she reluctantly agreed to credit original purchase amount to my credit card.

Bottomline: Zulily may entice with an awesome deal but with return policies as stated above, it does not elicit future sale for me. This is my first and last buy from Zulily. I hope my cautionary tale of $15.61 down the pocket for trying on a pair of boots with no product to show, steers you away from them completely.

Zulily is extremely dangerous and addictive! Guard your wallet because if you click on an email from this retailer you will always find items you cannot live without. Something for everyone with most prices 60%-70% off. Most of the time I will move my Zulily "New Today" messages directly to the trash because I know opening them means I will be severely tempted to make a purchase. The associates are friendly and helpful. If there is an issue, Zulily will work to resolve it favorably and even issue a credit to ensure a happy customer. I highly recommend this site but remember, you have been warned. You WILL fall in love.

I love seeing new items at Zulily every day or so but some items are more worth-while than others; thus, checking size charts, fabric content in clothing, etc, measurement charts is a must in order to be pleased with one's order. I find Zulily staff very friendly and accommodating if/when issues arise with an order or something is missing from an order... just contact them asap with questions. The only negative points would be the time of shipping/receiving an order sometimes and the fact that when a new day's listings reach my area(midwest), some items are already sold out; apparently those in the western side of the USA get first "dibs", I suppose. As one shops the website, which brands. Esp of clothing... are better-made and of higher quality... are easier to distinguish. So, as with any online website... caution is an absolute necessity in order to be happy with one's order... do your research first!

Over the years, Zulily has dramatically improved. In both selection quality and abundance of varied products. Everything is priced so well and so affordably that it's hard not to shop every day! Getting carried away is a constant result of shopping Zulily. I'm also thankful the returns have become easier. I was tired of providing pictures every time there was an error.
