Responded to ad for "Grandkids Clothes, $9.00". Figured it was worth checking out site, especially sales in this economy. Immediately shunted to registration, and the first questions is "Are you an American citizen?" I am, but why would that factor in their registration process? Registered anyway, and then find there is no way to access any sale merchandise. Classic bait and switch. Add that to suspicious registration process and many reports of late deliveries and poor customer service, and I am "un-registering".

Zulily shipped shoes in the incorrect size; I ordered 13 and it sent 11.5. Since it could not ship the proper size, Zulily as a condition of my getting a refund forced me to pay the cost of returning the improperly sized shoes, stating that "it could not" refund the shipping cost. All it could offer was a store credit. Since the company seems unable to fill orders properly, I am unwilling to purchase anything more there and am out the almost $9 in costs for the return shipment. Buyers beware!

Absolute, complete, and utter garbage. The pictures DO NOT display the actual merchandise which are cheap imitations of what they display. Horrible quality and false advertising is all Zulily.com represents. NO REFUNDS unless you complain till your blue in the face.

I was already upset because my order took three weeks to ship. When I finally received the blouse, it had streaks of white where the dye hadn't taken, so I decided to return it. I couldn't find anything about returns on their website, so I called and was told by a Zulily representative that they didn't accept returns. I will never do business with this rip-off company again.

I ordered two sweaters, the size L would fit my one-year old grand-daughter, when I unbuttoned one of the vest, two snap buttons came off. I won't even try to return them because I probably will have to pay more money then what I paid for to buy them. I' done with Zulily.

"I've ordered from Zulily several times. The quality of the products varies widely, especially the sizing. Having read reviews of the company and knowing that many customers have complained of small sizing, I ordered larger that what I usually buy. I ordered a pair of shoes that were a half size larger and they were tiny! At least a full size smaller than my actual size. I also ordered bras in 36D. The bras I received were so small, it was comical. The "36D" bra (pink one in picture) is several inches shorter than one of my current bras (black bra in photo). Obviously Zulily is selling clothing intended for the Asian market. I would definitely NOT recommend shopping here unless you want to end up with a bunch of too-small crap you can't return.

As a small business of children clothing, we sell our products via Zulily and so many times they said we short shipped. We doubt and even triple count to make sure everything correct but every event, we got the notice that we short shipped them. We quick selling on Zulily from now on!

I've ordered tons of my sons clothes\shoes\room decor from zulily and never had a problem whatsoever! I recommend it to any and everyone! I LOOOVE Zulily! You save money which means slow delivery but so worth the wait! You definitely get a bang for your buck!

Unfortunately, I couldn't give 0 stars. This company is the worst! Ordering from here you have got to be very careful. They advertise one thing and they deliver another... but conveniently (for them!) they don't accept returns. Never trust a company when they don't make sure its consumers are happy/satisfied... and the free shipping/ship date crap is a BIG JOKE!

BUYER BEWARE! Save your money or buy for another company that is reputable. This farce isn't it!

Well let's see, I ordered a dress shoes and a jacket Nov. 1 for the Nutcracker which isn't until Dec 14th. Just received everything but the dress which they cancelled, said company didn't send them enough. 3 weeks to deliver. I will not order dresses from here again every one I have ordered they have cancelled.
As far as the kids jeans can't beat the price and they do ship pretty fast, quality good... Just don't order from here if your in a hurry or have your heart set on an item. They will cancel your order if the company doesn't send them enough. They credited my pay pal account right away and gave me 10 dollars credit.

I am a Zulily addict! I check in every day, always looking for that one-of-a-kind item, my house is full of unique Zulily finds. My family says I am their favorite Santa, because I give the greatest gifts ( most all of them Zulily finds).
If I could find fault, it would be that it takes a lot of time to get your order, but, "Good things come to those who wait" or so the saying goes...
I wish you would carry larger plus sizes, 5 to 6x. More often. Love you guys!

I really enjoy the variety Zulily offers. I don't always like the wait, and i have had some problems with orders, but Zulily's customer service is impeccable. My favorite time of year is Halloween, so i am always watching for the seasonal items to pop up, and constantly recommending the site to friends.

Overall very happy. Would like more choices in under garment wear. (Depends underwear and assurance wipes as well as briefs. I love Voss water without flavors due to exercising and needing non carbonated water. Very good for losing 1 pound a month. Since I'm home bound and can't get out to drive this store really helps me get what I need minus what I listed.

Like everyone else, I couldn't believe how long it took to get my order! Being a first timer, I didn't read the return policy. Now I have a credit from a place I would never do business with again. Is there somewhere to donate credits to an organization so they can use them up?
Only thing I can think of to do with it. Mind you, who really wants synthetic blends that don't make it after a few washes?

I've placed a couple of orders and I understood that shipping would be delayed, I could live with that. I received the last thing I ordered in a week, all good. I just received the first thing I ordered a Nino Bossi (beware) 'Leather' purse (they call it a tote - no way!). This thing smells (not like leather, more like a tire shop) and has an odd feel, it is not leather and the quality could only be called a 'second. This purchase / rip off / lesson, cost me $89.99 (including shipping $97.94). Proceed on this site with caution.

I haven't any issues with my purchases from them so far. They do have deeply discounted items but it takes awhile to get but they tell you that up front. So yes, get a great discount, it takes longer. I don't mind that sacrifice. You get what you order as long as you're familiar with the brand! I've ordered several things, some familiar and even brand unknown and haven't had any major issues.

My attention was caught by the website's nice pictures of the dresses. So I ordered 3 dresses for myself. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for the items, it finally arrived. What a big disappointment! The craftsmanship/quality of the dresses were so bad that it look like it was sewn by an amateur. Dangling threads all over the dress, the color of the thread does not match the color of the fabric, overlapping sewing stitches, etc. What a waste of money. That would be my first and last order.

I am not a Zulily user and had never heard of it until today, which was the day some scumbug stole my debit card info and went on a $6.99 shopping spree at this $#*! site. After calling Zulily to alert them to the fraudulent charges, they responded there is nothing they can do. This site promotes consumer fraud and doesn't care about taking action to prevent it. Zulily is a joke. How does one give a zero rating.

First off, Zulily is very upfront about their shopping plan on their site. It takes a long time. I think some people are not reading this before ordering. The shipping times are very inconsistent. The reason I'm not ordering from them again is because of how they charge for what you buy. It's a confusing PITA. When you order, they charge you (authorization). Next, you'll see a reversal. Then when you're item actually ships, you'll see another charge. This is asinine. Nobody else I deal with she's this. You are charged when your item ships, period! No authorizing and reversals; if your card I'd declined, your ish doesn't ship, plain and simple! Zulily took a good idea and made it horrible. Just avoid unless you see a really good deal, but be prepared for the shipping wait and credit card shenanigans.

I ordered a sweater and boots on October 4 for a gathering on October 21, thinking that would be plenty of time... WRONG! I should have read all the fine print because I will definitely not receive my order in time, when I contacted them they tried to sell me on how they can offer us such great offers and how great they are. If that's the case, why does the vendor have to ship to zulilly first, then zulilly sends it to the customer, taking over 30 days for delivery? What a waste of shopping time and money. I am so disappointed. Their customer service is nonexistent

I just received my second 'immediately into the donation bag' purchase. I should have learned from the first. The quality of the linen dress I received is so poor that it is virtually transparent, maybe could be a bathing suit cover? I did get a pair of shoes that were fine in quality but found the same thing on a 'real' site for the same price where I would not have had to wait for weeks for delivery and could have returned if necessary. So this is my last purchase for the donation bag and have taken my name off the email list..

I resent the fact that the site would not let me search it. Every time I tried, I got a big block I could not get rid of "making me" join the site and agree to terms and give them my address and info. How can you know if you want to join if they won't even let you look first. Poor arrangement as far as I am concerned.

I just got an email with some beautiful boots for sale. Absolutely loved them they were priced around $135.00, down from over $300.00. I thought what a huge saving. Then I just thought I would check other pricing. WOW what a difference. One website was $150.00 full price for the same boots and then another website had 60% off and was down to $59 for same boots. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have made many purchases from Zulily over the past couple of years and highly recommend. Some things to know going in: some items take longer to reach you than others and this is specified in the listing. I consider myself a savvy shopper and I often to price checks for the items that I purchase. Zulily almost always beats the prices that I can find elsewhere.
