I have ordered several times before and was always pleased. Yesterday I had a blouse arrive that had some defective stitching so I emailed them. In less than an hour they resolved everything and PayPal has been credited! Wow

Since finding the Zulily shopping site, I have purchased many products - for home, bath and bedroom; toys, unusual gifts, wall decor, and much, much more. And I have contacted customer service on a number of occasions. Each experience was positive, and my issue was resolved.
Sometimes there is a longer delay receiving purchases but Zulily is really working to expedite deliveries. I am very happy with Zulily.

First and foremost, Zulily customer service is outstanding. Any problems that I have ever had with anything has always been addressed and resolved in a very timely manner. There is such a variety of companies and merchandise available. As with anything, you have to be careful when ordering clothing or shoes for proper sizing information. I really enjoy shopping on Zulily and have for many years now.

My wife ordered two (2) electric cars for 2 of our Grandchildren. She ordered them last February and April months ahead of their birthdays, yes she is that organized! The problem arose after she did not open the boxes until mid June when to her dismay she found that they both were used and missing key parts.
Zulily Customer Care gave us a credit for one of the cars and replaced the second car. Customer Care does NOT get better than this!

Saw a sale, bought the product, received the product within Zulily's stated timeframe. What's not to like? I saved over 75% on the normal retail price and the product was exactly as ordered and in perfect, new condition.
I will definitely use Zulily again.

I've ordered from Zulily numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. As long as you go in with the expectation that it is going to take a bit (around a month) to receive your order, it's not an issue. The quality of the clothing I have ordered from here has always been fantastic. Brand names at bottom prices for the most part.

I don't think Zulily deserves one two or three stars but five stars. I buy all my children's clothes from them and have saved a lot of money PLUS I receive high quality products. Normally expensive brands are almost half do the price. What I do is I order the coming season clothes with one or two months ahead of time. Of course, if you are in a rush it won't work but normally the items ship within two or three weeks. I have always received ALL my orders and any issue that I have the customer service is excellent. I've gotten a lot of great deals and it's an affordable place for me to have a shopping addiction. My only suggestion is that they come up with a shipping program. I hate paying shipping everytime. It would be neat to pay a one time annual fee for shipping like amazon.

I've placed several orders with Zulily for women's clothing. I had one sizing issue where using the size chart resulted in the dress being too large. Sent email just to bring it to their attention, suggesting they double check it for accuracy. Received an apology email stating they would put a credit on my account for the full amount and to gift the dress to someone it would fit. Credit received and used. Great customer service and happy with quality of all items purchased to date.

I just received my first order and just had to say how pleased I am. Everything I purchased was amazing quality and fit my daughter perfectly. The sizing charts are very accurate. I've been shopping for a very picky 21 year old college student. Finding stylish clothes that fit her small but curvy frame is difficult. All of the clothes I bought look great on her and we are both so pleased.
Tip for consumers:
If like me, you are used to getting items really fast then this store's shipping policy will take some getting used to. Everything I ordered was well worth the wait and the amazing prices more than made up for having to be a bit patient.

As long as you read everything to know what to expect, this site is great. Since they offer many brands, sizes can vary. Shipping is also varied depending on if product is in stock. Some things have arrived within days, others in a couple of weeks. I had only one product to return and they simply replaced it and said donate the old one to charity!

I have been ordering from Zulily for a few years and it is my " go to place". People comment on things in my house or my apparel, asking where I got them. My answer, Zulily! I order brand names in apparel and have had no problem. I have found some items are of lower quality but you have to pay attention. House hold items are great. Kitchen ware, Eddie Bauer sheets are the best I have ever seen at a wonderful price. Be an informed shopper and you will do great. I love this site.

The Zulily staff tells consumers plainly on the site that they are the middle man. No one should ever be upset that things take a while, or surprised they order from a third party when they openly express this on their website. I think all related complaints should be dismissed as irrelevant due to the complainants ignorance about the true and posted nature of the company.

I love most of the items I purchase through Zulily. I wish they had a free returns policy when things dont fit right. I end up giving it away because its not worth paying to ship it back for a refund. More reviews on everything would help to see if items fit is too small or too large, etc. Shipping can be a little long at times and not knowing when items will ship is hard if it takes a while.

Zuilly is my number one spot for ordering my professional clothing. I have recently branched out to order clothing for my infant granddaughter. I love all of the fashion styles, the prices are really amazing, and recently I got the Zulily CARD which allows me to split the payments into 3 separate time frames. Shipping is pretty quick and keeping track of my orders is easy, as is returns in that rare occasion I return items! I do wish they had a better offer of "free shipping" than the order and get free shipping until midnight of the same day. I often order late at night and that does not give me time to order other things...

I ordered 15 items from them in Nov. 16 for my Wife for Christmas. All items showed guaranteed Christmas delivery. All but one arrived by the week before Christmas. The last one arrived Jan 3. When I called Customer service about the Christmas Delivery guarantee I got through in 2 rings to a young man who was very helpful and courteous. He offered to refund the money and I asked him instead to just give me credit for future orders. Could not be happier with the shopping experience at this online retailer. They are all made in HK and shipped from there which is why I ordered early. I have seen some negative reviews about this place but my experience was terrific.

As I stated before I was trying to return something. I was contacted by two customer service rep's. Both wanted pictures of the curtains even though I had explained there was nothing wrong with them. I remained persistent and ended up with a third very helpful cuts svc rep. He explained why they wanted pic's but ended up giving me store credit which all I was asking for and having me keep the curtains. I guess you have to hold your ground to get results.

Zulily is a great place to shop for products at fantastic prices! You will have to wait quite a while for the item to be delivered so give yourself plenty of time and also don't order clothing or shoes unless it's a brand you've tried before because the sizing can be way off from US sizing and not all items can be returned.

I am amazed at all of the negative reviews about this site! I have gotten nothing but incredible customer service any time I had an issue. Regarding slow shipping -- yes, they are SLOW. But it clearly states on the site their shipping policies and the amount of time you have to wait before your order ships.
I have twice received items that were not of good quality. Each time I contacted customer service with a POLITE and detailed email, I heard back within the same business day. Both times my money was refunded, I received a site credit, AND I was able to keep the items (if I desired to do so.)
Give them a try. They are a product preview site -- kind of like merchants "testing the waters" to see how well each product will sell. That's why there is the delay when you make a purchase... Consider it "pre-ordering" something before it hits the market.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with their products, YES shipping takes ages but that's how their site works!
These guys are truly amazing and their products to.
You are always guaranteed unique products and the chances of your friend having the same outfit as you is non existent!

I love Zulily. I have been shopping with them since they started. This is a flash sale site. The company does not have a warehouse full of merchandise. At the end of the sale, they place an order with the manufacturer. The items are then sent and repackaged by Zulily for shipping, in most cases. If you are a buyer who needs the item immediately shop elsewhere and pay more. Or you can shop their "Ready to Ship" dept. and get your item in a few days. When I first started buying from them I literally forgot I had ordered from them and was surprised to get a box of their goods a month later. I did not understand their business concept. I do now and shop ahead for holidays, birthdays, etc. I have made some mistakes and so have they with my orders, but their Customer Service Dept rocks. Also do your research on the brands if you are not sure of sizes, warranties or even competing prices. But most important don't be in a hurry to get the merchandise and have patience.
Tip for consumers:
Research, research....check the manufacturer...read the description...check the sizes...use a ruler to see the size...If the item arrives damaged contact Zulily immediately!
