After wasting too much time registering to order, the first order I placed, well ahead of Christmas, was put on back order so many times I cancelled after four months. They gave me a"trying to keep your business" award of $25 toward the next purchase. I placed an order trying to use the $25 and every item either didn't come in the size I wanted or was permanently out of stock. At this point I didn't bother to contact them regarding my dissatisfaction; I just left the credit hanging out there. NO THANKS!

Zulily has provided another great shopping option for me. A wealth of options from fashion to accessories to home decor and kitchen items. Between Zulily and a few other online sites, I rarely have to darken the door of a physical store, which I love. I always carefully refer to size guides before ordering. Since their association with QVC, shipping timeframes have improved and there's a return option. Will continue to shop on this site!

Pony Express would be faster than the shipping with this company! I ordered Oct. 10th and am still waiting for two out of three items. The one item I did receive was not even closely the size it stated on the tag attached to the article. Finding any information on how to return an item is virtually nonexistent on their site. I will try for the third time to get a hold of someone in customer service. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wish I had checked in to the company more before I ordered anything.

I ordered a dress from Zulily and it was the wrong size. I called customer service and they put a full refund on my credit card and when I asked about returning the dress to them, the customer service rep told me to donate the dress to a local charity (e.g. Thrift store, goodwill, etc)! How amazing and selfless is this company. Although they only lost about $30, many thriving companies would never even think about donating products that their customers either weren't pleased with, or in my case, just didn't fit. This was my first time ordering from Zulily but most definitely not my last! Way to go!

First and last time for me with zulily! The clothes looked so cute and prices so reasonable, I got sucked in to the too-good-to-be-true delusion. I placed the order over a month ago, and zulily just isn't sending the order! Further, it seems they think they can convert my money to store credit, though they acknowledge they don't have the items I ordered? Crazy.

I feel like Zulily is a prime example of the complainers being the ones to take the time to write a review but my experience was wonderful. The dress I ordered came within a week, I expected much longer due to the reviews that I read but it arrived more faster than orders made with major retailers. They allowed me to track it every step of the way. The merchandise was fantastic and the dress I bought is already a favorite. For a one-size fits all dress I was afraid it might be flimsy but it's not at all.

After receiving my latest zulily misfit, I'm done. They must buy only seconds from manufacturers, some better than others, some complete losses. I have donated most of the clothing after removing the size tags so people would be forced to try on/measure, as the lies from the manufacturers shouldn't be foist on the needy, looking for something nice.

I have never ordered any brands on Zulily with which I was not already acquainted, limiting purchases to babies' and toddlers' clothes. I have not been in a rush to receive the shipments, either, although they certainly can take a while. So for my needs (desires, actually) as a grandmother to be for the first time, Zulily has been a lot of fun - and it can be VERY addictive with all the cute children's wear.

I am always excited to see what products Zulily will be featuring every day. I find things on Zulily that I would have a hard time finding anywhere else. And the prices are better than anywhere else. It's always good to know that if I make a purchase I won't be charge for s&h on any other purchase I make that day. And the free s&h will apply for any second or more purchase I make Friday through Sunday night. Customer service representatives are always nice to deal with.
Tip for consumers:
If you are going to make more than 1 purchase during a day or over a weekend go ahead any buy the least inexpensive item first. Then everything else you purchase that day or weekend will automatically have free s&h.

I have purchased everything from clothes to kitchen utensils to cheesecake and household supplies.

I love the bargains that Zulily brings to retail, but their shipping policies are ridiculous. The shipping costs are too high, and it takes too long to get a lot of items. Sometimes (more often that should be) things come with the wrong number or not a complete order. Sometimes I would like to order something, but by the time I spend the money on shipping, it no longer saves me money.

Ive been shopping with zulily for some time. Most orders have been ok. Others cheap quality. Recently received a wonderful voucher for a case of wine, appreciation voucher.
When I tried to approve the voucher ($100.00 nakedwine) I was told for US customers only, sorry not for Canadian.
Very disappointed will not spend another cent on this company.

Pros: I've found many items that have kept me from creating my own solutions! Great prices on most things. Lots to choose from, something for everyone! Love that you can save items for when they come back.
Cons: You have to be fast on many items due to sell out. I miss a lot since I am unable to get on in the a.m.

I've bought many, many things from Zulily for years. Most things have been ok, but the clothing quality can be a bit unpredictable. Prices used to be much better. More often than not, now i find I can buy the same item on Amazon Prime for a cheaper price. I don't know if QVC has changed things, but... I used to like it better.

Received a Christmas gift and seemed great. Picture on the box. Then when opened for Christmas it was not the right product in the box. They won't do anything because it's been too long. So frustrating. They messed up and sent the wrong product in the correct box.

Zulily is idea for me because it offers things I want or need that are lower priced then retail. They have last chances also in case you missed you favs. Now some things are returnable it will say on each item whether it is or not.If in stock ships out quickly. You get quality brand name items too.

I ordered three items from Zulily. Absolute garbage. These are some of the worst-made clothes I have ever purchased, and they weren't that affordable of a purchase. Shipping takes forever, so you wait, and wait, and when it finally shows you're like... that's it? That's what I bought? Sure, it looked great on the model in the photo, but a potato sack would look equally alluring on the right girl. Never again.

I ordered 2 tops from this company - both the same size - one was much bigger than the other and only the biggest one came close to the right size except the sleeves were like sausage skins (on a supposedly loose over size top), The quality of the fabric was really trash and one of the buttons fell off as I took it out of the packaging! Total waste of money!

I have placed three orders with Zulily all between three and four weeks ago. As of today, I have received only two items. The total number of items that I purchased was 12. I will be lucky to receive everything in time for Christmas. In addition, the quality of the two items that I have received was disappointing. As soon as I receive everything, assuming that I will, I am never ordering from this company again. I don't know how they stay in business. Believe me, I have told my friends not to bother.
UPDATE: correction; I ordered 16 items (not 12) in three separate orders. I wrote the above review 4-5 days ago and I STILL have not received any more items! If I could give this business negative stars, I would.

Ordered a pair of heels on Zulily, came with in about five days, which j think isn't bad for turn around time. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit, my own mistake for ordering on the small side, so I asked about returns/exchanges. Since the larger size was not available for me, they issued a credit to my Zulily account in the amount of the item, and then told me to just donate the shoes for a Christmas drive. I just thought that was so kind of them. I will definetly shop here again. We need more companies in the world like this!

This is not the site if you are ordering for a special occasion or if you need your items within the normal two week shipping time. I ordered six tunics the first week of November and as of now I have received one, three weeks after the order I received an e-mail that two were not available and I guess the others are in La-La land!'

Product did not arrive until 1 month later! Zulily has no stock just a middle man stay away from this site! First and last time I use them the dress I ordered was also a misleading ad suppose to be embroidered and was just a print not happy at all! STAY AWAY!

Apparently when I signed up to have an account there - I gave up my right to get a credit other than store credit when I return something. I would give them no stars for this practice. How can one tell the quality of an item without a retail space or the ability to return something. Ugh I thought they were a reputable online retailer - apparently not.

Being a customer with Zulily for 8 months and I totally believe depends on your luck for the purchases. For sure, their delivery time is outrageous slow consider I am in Canada but that's ok, if you are not in a rush to give someone for a gift.
Anyway, I have some purchases pretty good, probably 40% and 60% are not as described or like the picture, the worse is you cannot return or refund. One even received the thing that was crooked and I believe this is the site for some dishonest supplier to flock their "no one will buy it if they see it" on this site, to take advantage of the no refund, no return, no exchange.
So good luck ladies! But one thing I already make up my miind is no longer touch this site again.

Although they claim your item will ship in 2-3 weeks I waited 1 1/2 months for my order. I will never order from this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The only good thing about my experience was the value.

Zulily has great customer service: exchanges and returns are a breeze. The abundance of information provided on each product is also greatly appreciated. I love the sizing charts. Shopping with Zulily is so addictively relaxing, sometimes I log on to just "window shop"!
