I have ordered for about 2 years through Zulily. I have had positive experiences.
Once I recieved a wrong size, but they corrected the error and even gave me a bonus to be used on my next order! Very helpful and polite customer service. Sizes can vary, but that happens even with the high dollar clothing, so I don't stress much on that! Love the leggings and all items I purchase! Waiting for 2 more orders now!

The site has some good finds - I found that it takes a while for the items to be delivered, especially if the item is from an International country.
You pay money, but receive credit for returns and you have to pay for shipping to receive and return.
I will not order any more clothing items from them, but I did get some decent quality baby shoes from there.

I always wanted to buy from Zulily so I finally placed an order. A large one at that. Part of the shipment arrived yesterday and I can honestly say that I am disgusted by the quality of the materials. They look cheap and of course the fit was horrible. Of all the stuff i bought only a t-shirt I can see myself wearing. Of course the other part of my shipment will arrive in April (place the order late February), and I already know I will not like them. Save your money and shop on Amazon.

It's been nearly a month and my stuff still is not here. I am soooo sorry I decided to give this outfit a try. If and when my merchandise gets here their emails will go to my spam. No chance of returning anything if it's wrong; I could kick myself as I NEVER order things that can't be returned. (Where was my brain that day?) But they did say that up front. However, I have a feeling that if anything is defective it'll be a cold day in Hades to get it taken care of. 12/2/13

First of all, it IS possible to get great deals on things here. That being said, there is just no organization. I've placed 4 orders with this company over the last 4 months. 2 of which were messed up. The first sent me the wrong color leggings and then of course could not resend them because the event was over. The next order I was informed (after 5 weeks) that the purse I had ordered would not be shipping to me. I was refunded and given a $10 voucher but $10? This seems trivial and do I really want to go through the process of ordering more and waiting to see if anything will come? Not likely. They could have kept the $10, if you have a retail business, at least provide the products purchased to your customers. With the problems with the orders, they have only a 50% success rate. So if you order something with them, flip a coin. That is a good indicator of whether you will actually get your items or not. But you will probably have to wait for a month and a half to find out.

I have gotten fabulous stuff, at fabulous prices. I've also gotten crap and weird sizing. Plus forget about delivery dates, its always a wait but sometimes its an incredibly long wait (like a month or two!). When they offer brand names (especially shoes, like Dansko), you really can't go wrong with their pricing... I really think you can't beat them. HOWEVER, if its a brand you never heard of, you take your chances with quality. In Zulily defence, they usually do work with you when there is a problem (sizing off or quality poor).

I love Zulily. I have always found them to be responsive. You do need to check the sizing charts because since they use a variety of vendors the clothes aren't all the same sizing! However recently I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband and it was delivered in the wrong size. I contacted them via email and within an hour a representative called me and we got it worked out. I have been so pleased with Zulily and have ordered many gifts from the website over the last 2 years!

The do ship a little more slowly as they generally don't have the items in the warehouse on the day of the order.

I placed an order of 4 colognes ($205) with zulily and the next day somehow I found out that the colognes might not be the original ones. I called them to cancel when on the website it was still saying: "preparing for shipment", and talk to somebody who told me: "sure, I can do that for you". Next day I got an email saying: "your order has shipped".
Basically the person I talked to on the phone didn't do anything to cancel the order.
I will never buy anything from them anymore.

I have been ordering from Zulily for 3 or 4 years now, Customer service is great, when there was a problem with my order, they credited my account and I didn't have to send back the order, they told me to donate it. I check their web site everyday, love to see their deals. Shipment has been spot on with the dates they have given me for when to expect my item. Like reviewer A. C. before me, I am surprised tthat so many people are unhappy, I have had nothing but good transactions with them.

It was my first experience shopping here. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes last year, soo dissapointed. Two of them are totally trash nothing compared with the picture they had on the website. The worst Chinese copy I have seen of Bellini shoes. The other pair was a nasty shiny red ordinary foil paper. Also the delivery took long time, and the worst part here is their return policy.
I don't recommend this website. Please don't Waste your money and time shopping here.

I love the huge selection of items offered at Zulily and their Customer Service Site is 2nd to none. I have never had a issue with their service. They are immediate and always addressed my concern to my satisfaction. I ordered an electric can opener that did not work, emailed them, received a response within an hour stating to not return, they would give me a full refund on the merchandise, shipping and a $5.00 credit for the hassle. It does not get any better than that. I am a Zulily customer for life.

My very first order with Zulily was an expensive linen dress although on their website it looks great and very sheik when received it, it was horrible quality linen I won't even ware it for bed as p-jay & their size chart is not correct way too small. When calling in to give them to see if I can return my item and get a refund on my credit card I couldn't they gave me a store credit. So I was tied down to use my credits. Each item I purchased and received was again very poor quality nothing like what the pictures show no their website and sizing is way too small or way too big. I have called in once again saying I am no longer interested in using their service therefore I want a full refund on my card they inform me that that is not possible they can give me a $10.00 store credit only. I guess the message is not clear enough I do not wish to shop with them anymore therefore store credits is no value to me. Stay away from this website amazon will be a better deal!

They also send emails telling you about all of the events on the shopping site. They have outstanding prices and many ways to pay, I love the Zulily card. It gives you the option to have 3 interest free payments for your purchase! They have one charge for shipping and it lasts all day long. On Fridays you pay once for shipping and the rest of your purchases are free though Sunday at midnight, so great! I love Zulily. I have ordered alot of items from them and the only time i have ever had a problem was with coffee. I ordered ground, received whole bean. They took care of the issue quickly and satisfactorily. When i buy something it comes packaged well, most things are soon to arrive, when there is a wait, i already know about it as they tell you that. You are shopping right from home with delivery to your door. What more can I say? Solid and reputable company.

I am 110% addicted to Zulily. I am astonished to hear all these ladies complaining about how they can't have rock bottom prices AND 2 day shipping. I believe it clearly says somewhere on the website that shipping takes awhile. Doesn't anyone realize thats one of the ways to keep their prices low? I have nooooo problem waiting 2-3-4 weeks for something I saved 75% on,,, no problem at all. It kind of sounds like all the people that are having problems with this site should probably stick to shopping at the mall (yuck) or Amazon. I've always admired the Zulily clothes from the pop-up ads. I finally ordered without reading any reviews. My first two shirts arrived within a week. My third has just shipped (15 days earlier than expected), but I knew when I ordered that it would take longer. They fit as expected, but I didn't think one of them flattered me. I went online and selected the return option for that product, and was immediately emailed the return label to use. I later decided to keep the shirt (it was 19.99, and they would keep 8.95 for shipping). I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, when that wasn't my experience at all. I think it is unfair to give them one star when your only issue is a longer shipping time than you wanted.

I decided to try Zulily because I had an online coupon code. When I went to check out, the coupon code was deducted as expected. However, when I was done with checkout, the coupon code was not applied to my credit card purchase! When I questioned the company, this is the response I received, "Thank you for reaching out. Sorry, we are unable to refund the $10 for the coupon code. I want to assure you that we continually strive to make things better, and are focused on what we can do to make your experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible." What exactly does that mean? Zulily.com has deceptive pricing schemes. This was my first and ONLY purchase from them. I'd rather buy from an "honest" company rather the one that would steal $10 from their customers!

Bought 2 tops, took 3 weeks to arrive. Both were ordered the same size, one was too small. ( Luckily I had a friend who could wear it) the other one was that badly made I had to take it apart and remake it. I am pleased with it now, but I won@t be shopping with Zulily again.

I have never had any problems with Zulily. Yes, the order may take a while to arrive but, if you're not in a rush for it, the savings are worth it. I've ordered quite a lot of my childrens' Christmas presents already and have received most of them. The only thing I wouldn't order is shoes for my children as they will be too small once I receive them.

Customer service did refund charges to my account. If you place an order with Zulily be prepared to wait awhile for your items to be shipped. I cancelled all merchandise ordered and went to Bealls. After the $30.00 bealls bucks savings I spent 13.47 total and got my merchandise immediately. Zulily is a reputable company after all!

No returns. Wait forever or buy what's available right now "ready to ship". One item I received in the "ready to ship" category was cut with scissors - not on the seam- cut is about 3 inches big. How in the heck can I fix it. Why did they send it with this huge flaw? Of course, no returns! I feel scammed. Another item was way, way too small. Not as pictured. They win, you lose. How many items are sent under-sized or quite damage and they know it? I wonder. I would call it a scam. They get money and you get nothing.

I've ordered from zulily multiple times over the last few months and have had nothing but great experiences. I ordered these maternity jeans that ended up having a tear in the band. When I related that to customer service, I received a full refund and a $15 store credit. In another order two of the items I received were not the quality that the picture showed. Once again, zulily credited the full amount of both items back to me within a day of me talking to them. Every other item I've received from them has been good quality, some amazing, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

So I ordered something and it shipped everything was great tell it shipped to Oklahoma and I live in Idaho! Before offering it to be resent they refunded my money witch is great but I still was willing to wait for my order! The customer service sucks! I'm really disappointed! I've been ordering from Zulily for a while now and yes, it does take a while for the items to come in so don't order anything needing it next week. From what I've gathered the way that the site works is that companies post a certain amount of merchandise on the site for a really good price, then once the sale ends the company sends the goods to Zulily who then send the goods to you. I've had two purchases not be filled, but they refunded my money on one, plus gave me store credit so I can't complain. The other I haven't heard anything yet, but it's only been two weeks. As a mom I really appreciate this site, I was able to get Little Monsters cloth diapers, Droolery and scads of other quality baby merchandise for a fraction of the cost and it shipped in a decent amount of time. I have gotten some clothing that was a little small for size, but I generally order larger than I am going to need so the child can grow into it.
