The advertising makes Zulily seem amazing. The problem is waiting for items. They do not cancel the order until 10-14 days or even longer after it has been placed so, you lose that much time thinking that all is well with your order then they zing ya, order canceled. This has happened several times. Lesson finally learned. Only order items that you are ok if you don't receive them.

I purchased two items in October. Returned them within two weeks and still have Not had my issue resolved. Every time I inquire about the status, I get a ridiculous email about how long it takes to process a return. I'm sure it does not take three months to return to blouses.

Zulilly gets reduced prices because they order in bulk after you order and pay. What I found after I ordered is that their shipping times are inaccurate. One had not even reached them a week after the estimated arrival date. The item that did reach them has been stuck as preparing to ship for 7 days and because it is technically at the shipping location (in China) they won't cancel it. I will be removing the app as soon as my issue resolved.

Like another person commenting on here, I was a loyal Zulily customer for a few years. It used to be fabulous. Fantastic prices in exchange for longer delivery times. Now, it is not worth the time to shop. The deals aren't there. The service has gone from just "long delivery times" to "maybe not at all". (Seriously. You can wait a month to find out you are not getting the item at all and THEN you only get a store credit. So, you can order something else and wait another month). Don't bother with ordering anything, "ready to ship" because it still takes as long as "regular" items. They also charge $9 to return anything and that's even WITH original packing. I ordered sandals in the spring to wear in the summer. I got them last month. They aren't wearable and I can't return them because the cost is more to return them and the wait was already over a month. How disappointing. Darn. I love a good deal... but, this isn't it anymore.

Shipping took over a month. Clothes I ordered where very low quality and look cheap. One item, which I ordered as a 1X would not even fit over my head. It fits my size 6 sister. Very disappointed in the products. Will not order from them again. Will stick with Amazon. Be vary wary

The quality of the products has been disappointing. Cheaply made, poor quality fabrics that do not wear well. Sometimes, I get something that is acceptable. The delivery takes forever and the return policy is the worst I've seen in the online business. I still do business with Zulily but only for certain brands I know will work out. I also don't want to support Amazon, but Zulily needs to change their return policy and make it work better for the consumer. Also, improving delivery times would keep my business.

I purchased 2 bras from Zulily. They looked nice in the photos... and even looked nice upon opening the box. After trying on, I finally realized they were cheaply made and not well constructed. BUT>>>even more telling was after washing, they shredded! NO returns at Zulily... they lost me as a shopper.

I did not want to access this website because they require registration first (scam), so I looked for reviews to see if it would be worth registering. I loved the fact that one of the best reviews talked about how great zulily is because when they sent the ordered item in the wrong size it wasn't hard to get it replaced. Your standards are very low...

I have to laugh most times when some one asks me "Where did you get that? It's so Cuuuute!" When I say Zulilly and they always look so surprised and intrigued. So far my interactions with customer service (4) since 2013, have all been very positive and successful. The return policy is a bummer, but I try to use vendors that I have become familiar with and keep a close eye on the fabrics/measurements/care instructions. When in doubt I order a size that is a little bigger. It is much easier to take something in, than try to make it fit.

I have spent thousands of dollars on Zulily merchandise and have been mostly dissatisfied. As far as clothing is concerned the material, stitching and fit on almost everything has been sub par. The only thing I'm happy with is name brand purchases like ( coach bag, ED shoes, NARS make up) even the bedding was super chintzy.

I have purchased numerous things from Zulily over the years. I have received broken items and shipments missing items without the company ever making it right. The final straw was receiving counterfeit Taverniti jeans. There is no customer service to this place. They do not care. How can a company sell counterfeit items and remain in business.

I have ordered from zulily many times and have never been unsatisfed. I have only had one item that was out of stock other than that I received everything within a reasonable time. I get all kinds of compliments on the items when I wear them. Guess like any other company or store you can't please everyone.

Wow. Wow. Wow. My mom and I had the same experience, months apart: I ordered two things. First, I was notified, 3 weeks after I made the order, that the items were shipping. 2 days later, I got an email saying they were "unable to fulfill" my order because one of the items wasn't available. WHAT? So I paid full shipping on a rubber bracelet and charms? Similar thing happened to my mom. I would only use the sight to see the cool vendors, and order from them or a more reputable company directly. Not worth the hassle of these guys.

I've given zulily a few chances... the majority of the time I'm super disappointed. It takes FOREVER for the order to arrive... several items were not as described, it's a roll of the dice if the size you order will be even close to accurate. I have ordered several different items at different price points, and the quality of most items is fair at best. I've seen many of the same items for sale on Amazon for about the same price, and you can have them in a day or two, if you need to return an item Amazon will also do that... Zulily will not, goodbye Zulily I'm so over you.

The first time I ordered from Zulily it took nearly 3 weeks for 2 items to get to me. When I got them 1 item was not the right size and the other was kind of tight to where I had to wear it with linen pants I've already purchased. But I decided to give it another chance. As of right now I placed an order in the beginning of June and here we are in the beginning of July and still my entire package has not gotten to me. But the one item that did come, although it was advertised as a 6x for my daughter it looks like something out of the toddler's section. The shipping, although they say things ship out after the sales are over, will take a very very very long time to get to you and when you call a customer service they say well it depends on how fast the vendors get it to us. I will never ever in my life order anything else from Zulily again! I tried twice and I am paying now for trying to give them another chance. Horrible!

Since discovering Zulilly, my wardrobe is fast become a total Zulilly closet. I love it. I just wish things shipped out faster! But I've never been disappointed and when I've had issues, their customer service has been outstanding.

I ordered 2 coats, I received one, the size chart is WAY off, ordered my size, plus added one size up, because I like loose fitting. I couldn't even get my arm into the sleeve. This order was placed over a month ago, I have never received the second coat, and cannot seem to get anyone to respond from C. S. real people I talk to about zulily say to stay away, I'm beginning to think their reviews are from the company itself... not impressed

I've been using Zulily for over a year now and have had mixed results. Most products I've bought have been house decor. The wait time between purchase and shipping can be excruciatingly long. I just recently ordered a product which I've been waiting for. It "arrived" at Zulily, they put through my payment, and then several days later canceled and refunded the order with a $10 gift for the next purchase. I thought they had unforeseen vendor issues, but low and behold the same day they've canceled my order I can still buy the item on their daily sales page! So here I've been waiting for my item patiently for nothing! I sent an email requesting the reason for cancellation and why it was cancelled if they're still offering it for sale. I've never received a reply so far to this date. Zulily has not only lost my buyers confidence, but now I've also forewarned all my friends about my experience.

I love to shop with Zulily. I have been 100% pleased with all products I have purchased there. I take advantage of the free shipping offers for cardholders every time it is available. I just wished if the cardholders purchased a certain threshold amount such as when you hit $500.00 in purchases you had free shipping for the rest of the year. I have had so many compliments on my clothes and accessories I bought from there. I bet I have referred 100 times or more!

I have been ordering from this site for over a year. I am a plus sized woman who does not just want to wear black! I love the clothing on here and most times I am satisfied. I also read the information provided that says " This order is made specifically for Zulilly so know it will take longer. They get items from all over the world and some come within days and some take weeks. If you want cheap clothing like anywhere else you buy you get what you pay for! I love that I can find very nice quality clothing and it is unique and some great fitting styles if you are bigger in the middle that do not make you look pregnant.
Nothing is perfect and I have ordered some of the cheaper tops or bottoms on here but I now know the best items and best made items, like the reborn collection, which is my favorite. Like all shopping you should always keep in mind... buyer beware.

I sent an email just to make contact and got an answer immediately which put my fears to rest. I got my goods about 8 days after the money was taken from my account. I have mixed feelings about Zulily. If you know what brand you are buying, you can get some ok deals, but never buy clothes that aren't a brand name. They are Asian sizes maybe? At any rate, they are very, very small and poor quality. I have bought several items of clothes, a sweater, skirt, and dress, and I even purchased up a size, and they were still way too small, not even close. The shipping takes forever, so don't be in a hurry to get anything.

I placed an order for a 4th of July dress for my daughter on 6-6-11. It was received into the post office from UPS on 6-18-11. I still have not received it. It is sitting in the post office plant 2 miles from my local post office for 10 days now. I would like to blame the post office but they said it was sent the cheapest way it could parcel post so it gets put on a truck last. Zulily really need to get their shipping act together. I would pay a few dollars more if they used UPS direct. Thats it for Zulily. Now I have to go searching for something for my daughter to wear 4th of July weekend.
