Sure wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Order placed on Dec. 2, with promise of Christmas delivery. This was my sons main gift. Well I'm still waiting for delivery on Dec. 26. (so much for Christmas delivery.) Now they tell me gift is enroute, to be delivered by Jan. 2. Every other web site I dealt with for Christmas, (95% of my gift purchases) made the same by Christmas delivery promise, and kept that promise. After repeated contacts, I have been given $10 credit, the inexpensive part of the gift free, and refund of shipping charges. I will be watching my card statement to be sure these 2 things appear. I do the majority of all my shopping online, but ZULILY is one site I will not be using or promoting again. Hopefully, people I have recommended the site to had much better experience than I did. Word of mouth can be a powerful weapon, so help me get the word out.

I'm disappointed that most of their products come from China. Shipping times are ridiculous. Don't order if you want fast shipping. Most take 3-4 weeks. That is terrible in this day and age. Products are being shipped right from China, no wonder it takes so long. Problem is, they have a lot of nice clothing and other items that I'm willing to wait for but not that often. Wish they had more American made products. No problems with refunds of damaged products yet, but quality has been going downhill. Shop with Ebates/Ratuken and I ALWAYS have to ask Ratuken where my Rakuten rebate is. My husband always says, why do you keep buying that Chinese junk? I have gotten a lot of nice items from them, but now I am a lot more conscience of wanting to buy American. Wish their shipping time was a lot faster. Like that they have a lot of products you can't find anywhere else.

Yes, the prices are great--if they have exactly what you want, but they may not. Their inventory is sketchy, particularly in size and color. Returns are usually impossible, and even if they agree to accept a return, they do not reimburse you, they give you store credit. I recently paid $20.00 just to look at some shoes that were too small, and now I have to find something else there I want--which may not be easy. If you are a shopaholic, you will probably love them. If you're not--Watch your step!

I have ordered from Zulily about 2 years now, but in the last 6 months I have noticed a decline in the products I Ordered. I received a jacket with a broken zipper. Got my 3 yr old a pair of shoes that started falling apart after the first week. And a shirt that was washed about five times then developed holes in it. The shipping is extremely slow, and I'm wondering if they sell seconds?

I have been shopping Zulily for at least 15 years (?)... Their customer service is outstanding... One Xmas I had purchased, for my sons (2) speed cars way before Xmas... Well, when I went to wrap the gifts, I could not find one of them... I usually hid the gifts in one bedroom because I wanted to surprise the boys.
I was so upset... so I called Zulily and explained my dilemma... did they have any more speed cars?... the customer service person said she would do her best to find another... a few days later, I had my 2nd speed car.

Shipping is basically the same for one item as several. There is only store credit so no real refunds. And you have to pay the same return shipping costs. This occurs even if the sizing is way off. So I am really cutting back on ordering much. Sad because some prices are good and there is a nice variety. Also there is a very loooooong time between ordering and receiving items. I do like the notifications once items are shipped, but still takes a long time to receive them.

After using sites such as ASOS, Boohoo, to name but a few, my experience with this site was poor. Not only did it take several days before they informed me of the status of my order, but after contacting customer service to enquire about this shipment, I was given a very "not bothered" excuse about using different Vendors. This is a very poor service and will not be recommending them.

I put my order for shoes and a baby toy in on August 20 and my order arrived on September 4. So, very happy with the timing. The shoes were "Mine" brand for children and all three of the sneakers were exactly the right size. A couple of them had small marks or color bleeding on the white but I paid $9 for them and especially for a discounted item and the fact that they'll look much worse in a months time wear and tear, I don't mind. The baby toy was in the box and there wasn't anything wrong with it. Overall, happy with my purchase but boy was I worried it wasn't gonna turn out well. They also never sent me any junk mail!

Pay the extra $20-$30 dollars for an item and save yourself 1) the time and 2) the effort. I ordered a couple of pieces of outerwear from this site to check it out because the deal seemed too good to be true. First, it took weeks in some cases to the get package. The one jacket literally started falling apart as soon as I started wearing it. The lining in the pockets did not last 3 days and by the end of two weeks every button had fallen off. This was a thicker jacket I got for a trip back home in Boston. The other sweatshirt has yet to fall apart, but using the zipper requires a surgeon's light touch. The stuff looks great and the prices do too, but it is VERY cheap quality.

I love zulily. I get good deals and what I've gotten has been of high quality. Yes, they do take FOREVER to ship but it's worth it. There are no returns but that just means you have to be careful of what you get. I've had very good luck so far in buying the right sizes. As long as you are a smart shopper, zulily is a great place to be. Also, you get free shipping for the rest of the day after your first order. I recommend buying only the item that has the cheapest shipping and then ordering your other things for free shipping.

You people need to read the information about "How Zulily Works" before you buy from this awesome site. How exactly do you think a site is saving you 60-70% off an item without some sort of restriction? I am MORE than willing to wait 6-8 weeks for an item to save 70%. And I read the information about the site before I ordered from them. So no complaints from me. Zulily sends confirmation emails as soon as you order and guess what - the "How Zulily Works" info is in that email too. Get a grip people. Go pay full price at Target and complain somewhere else. I bought my son's birthday presents at the end of April and they were here in PLENTY of time for his birthday in May - things work when you plan ahead. AMAZING!

I have shopped with Zulily for 5 years and I can't say that I have ever had a problem. I have bought multiple items and have never had a mistake or damaged item. I have even won a gift card sweepstakes before. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the shipping costs but other than that just watch the brands and which categories don't support returns and you will always find good favor. Happy shopping!

I don't shop outside home much anymore. I purchase most of my clothes through Zulily a long with other items. Shop alot and always pleased. If not pleased customer service works with me. What I would like to see is being given free shipping when you are a regular customer.

I love zulily and tell many people about it. I love the selection of kids clothes (Milly Loves Lilly) and Suzanne Betro is a favorite of mine. The time it takes to get your items can be unreasonable at times. I've waited 6 weeks for an item. I don't expect amazon 2 day shipping, but 4-6 weeks is excessive. I'd order much more if items came in a 2 to 3 weeks. I do still love it though!

Mediocre quality and horrible shipping. It was better in every respect at one time, but boy have they gone downhill. If you're lucky enough to get your order it'll take over a month thanks to a horrible untrackable shipping system called UPS Mail Innovations. Even without the product quality issues, having to deal with UPS-MI is enough that I've decided not to order from them again.

Well, I placed my order on February 15th and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them and their response was pretty much... we search for deals and it takes us a long time to get the items from the manufacturer. Typically 3 or 4 weeks. I think this needs to be stated on their website when you order. They were sure quick to take the money from my bank account. They need to do something about their shipping / order process!

What a joke. The products are really cheap quality all the way through. I even received a dress that smelled like cigarette smoke that was 100 years old. The outfits on the models do not reflect the actual quality. The materials are paper thin. They are fast to charge for the products but slow to ship. I'm returning everything.

I hate that I can not simply shop, I don't mind giving you my email each time but I hate that I have to I've a password. No one else requires this for mailing lists. I use multiple passwords and i can never remember my password for your site so I have to reset it. Really? I won't click on your site anymore or purchase from you again... its simply a pain in the butt/.

On June 27, I used Zulily for the first time to order some clothes. My account was charged fro this order on June 28. I still haven't received my order. I called today and was told that this is normal, and it can take as long as a month to receive and order. I don't think they should charge my account until they are ready to ship.
I won't ever order from this merchant again.

I haven't ordered anything from this site and I won't. I kept seeing these ads with cute clothes from Zulily and I clicked on one of them to be greeted by this box that requires your email address before you can even browse the site. Maybe after browsing the site I won't want to purchase anything and then I would be stuck with a bunch of ad email from them for their products. No Thanks!

As a first time customer I am extremely satisfied. The item that I selected turned out to be unavailable, I was informed of this and offered an additional $10 voucher to spend or I could get a refund within two days. I opted for the refund which was promptly deposited back into my account within the promised two days.

Do not order from here. You are better off driving across the country to get what you need. Not only will you be able to get it that way you would prob lanky make there and back before U would even get your items from this company. RUN. GO TO AMAZON. Or anywhere else but here. Awful awful awful.

I am turned off by it; the reason of online shopping for me is convenience and speed.
I would like to cancel my order but cannot even contact to cancel. This site is out of my favorite to trash fast. The only order I made will be the last order.

I just received my second order from Zulily and I'm very happy with my items. I'll admit I got worried after my first purchase. I ordered my daughter an American Girl doll. I was so excited at the deal I jumped on it. Then I saw it would take 30 days to ship. I started reading reviews and thought maybe I should not have spent so much my first time buying from this store. The item actually arrived one week later. The smile on my daughters face would have been worth the 30 days. I couldn't afford this doll straight from American Girl. My second purchase took 3 weeks to arrive. It was another name brand item and was worth the wait. I would recommend when purchasing stay with brands you know are good quality as there is no returning it. And do not purchase if you are expecting to receive it in a hurry. If your looking for a greats deal and don't mind a wait it's worth it.

I order a lot from zulily, but only for the home and children. Found some unique items for my grandchildren for gifts. I do not order clothing for women. I find it is cheaply made and very poor quality. Shipping takes way too long. I often forget that I ordered something. I enjoy shopping for the holidays on zulily.
