I think we all get spoiled by free shipping. It is WONDERful that they charge shipping once in a day and then all subsequent orders on that day are shipped "free." But I am finding more and more that one thing I want is expired and then another one will start. I enjoy all the rotating sales. And the prices are better on some things than others. But I would be happier if that shipping group was more than one calendar day, like it is over a weekend.

I think the bad reviews on here are unfortunate and really not fair to Zulily. Besides the fact that you do have to wait for shipping of the item, they do explain that in their website the reason for that, so I can't believe these people who are ordering these items aren't reading before they order. This is to ensure lower-priced items at a very good discount, so the wait is worth it to be. I have ordered many things from Zulily and MOST of them have been awesome. Customer service is great. They are very willing to make things right with you. You get things on this site that no one locally has even seen before. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend Zulily.

Don't believe all of the bad reviews on this site. Most of the people who are giving the bad reviews aren't reading Zulily's website to see how they operate and how they can justify giving patrons such good deals despite the long wait time receiving the item. It is clearly explained at the website how the shipping works and why the items are so much cheaper. Because you have to wait. Just relax, order stuff that sometimes is very unique and hard to get anywhere else and wait. I have been ordering from them a lot, stuff just keeps comming and I am really satisfied so far with the quality of merchandise. I wish the returns were possible, but can live without it. You can always sell the wrong size on ebay and still make money of it if you really have to.

Do not use Zulily! I understand how the shipping works and that it's a little slower. But I didn't receive my order just an email telling me "sorry the shipper couldn't deliver and your items are returned" and that it was "impossible for them to reship" They did refund my money. But that's not the point, I wanted the items I ordered. There was no explanation of why the shipper couldn't deliver which seems odd since I order online all the time. It was all just shady and when i complained to customers service there was no apologizing or offering to make it better. Don't waste your time, buy from a real company.

I wrote a review last year and see recent ones from people that are very negative, mostly one time issues they are having... this is the thing with online reviews, people, take everything with a grain of salt the bad and even the good reviews. Maybe Ive been lucky, or maybe people are just super negative with outrageous expectations that couldnt be satisfied no matter how good the service or quality is.
Anyways been over a year that Ive been using them and Im still super happy with the selection, the ordering process, the delivery, and returns Ive had to do simply because of the reality of guesstimating sizes online which you cant impose that responsibility on anyone but yourself! Give them a try!

I was a 1st time buyer with Zulily and let me tell you it will be the last order they receive from me! I never received my complete order and made numerous calls trying to get my order resolved. I spent just over an hour (mostly on hold) on my final call with customer service trying to get a refund for the items I didn't receive. The outcome was that they have no idea where the items are and would not give me a refund. This is the POOREST customer service I have ever had with a company. I will be contacting my credit card company and the better business bureau.

Mostly good. I bought a lot. Name brands. XL is not XL in my opinion on some sites. Drum set marked for 7 yr old came in box marked for 3 yr olds. Still works tho. Some things just didn't fit. Got (free?) shipping from zulily for my trouble. All in all I would not buy clothes again because sizes aren't accurate. Watch that.

I ordered from Zulily after someone raved about how wonderful they were! I ordered 4 tops and all 4 were huge on me and were at least 3 times too large! The material was horrible and all were cheaply made. It took forever for them to be shipped to me! I then find out that I have to pay to have them shipped back, so all in all, I lost over $23 in fees! Ridiculous! Never again will I order from this company! I don't know how they stay in business!

I love shopping at Zulily, I do it every day, I dont like the shipping fees, they are too high especially when you order 1 item. I usually order now on Friday so will last till Sunday.
I Tried to open a credit card acct with Zulily but the on line form does not work and they would not take my application by phone or their bank would not help me at all. I tried for 4 days and gave up... this issue needs addressing... I made so many calls to the company and their bank, I gave up. I will continue to use them but only when the shipping fees dont eat my lunch.

I have ordered shoe,toys,and a few clothing items from Zulily and have been generally satisfied with quality of the items;however, I only buy items with a name brand I recognize.My only complaint is that both times I have returned something I have had to call customer service to check on my return status.Of the three times I've returned an item,there was only one occasion when the cs rep offered a refund to my original payment method rather than a Zulily credit.

My wife ordered 3 items (jeans, shirt, and cardigan) for our daughter. Yes, 2 of them took a while to get to us, but we knew that was a possibility. When we got the items, we liked the shirt and loved the jeans. The cardigan was very nice, it however, was the wrong size (we ordered a 5/6 and got a 6X). I messaged them via my wife's FB account with the issue. They responded right away. They also reordered the item immediately and told us to keep/donate the original one ($30 value... granted we got it on sale)! I've never been this happy with the customer support from any other retailer! We definitely would recommend Zulily!

I ordered two tops - they took forever to arrive and when they did they were not at all as pictured. The necklines were different, colors weren't the same, lengths were different than pictured. I wish I had seen their no return policy, as when I went online in an attempt to return I found that they have lots of detailed information on their products - and it's like looking for a needle in a haystack to find their return policy (which is NOT). They lure you with cute looking clothes, but what you get is trash. I can't even think of anyone I'd want to give them to - they are going straight into my thrift store donations.

This is no way to do business, so I just X'd my browser tab. It made me wonder, tho, what their reputation was, so I found this site. Am glad I chose not to Register with them and possibly discover they've charged me for something.

I have been a member for several years. It offers me so much variety, great bargains and is great handling returns for problems on receipt-which happen rarely. I love that I get to decide if it's a good price for my budget. If I have to complain, I would only be the wait to get what I'm excited I bought. It has gotten quicker since I first started. I have been ordering from Zulily for Years now. I have not had any issues. Delivery is so fast as well. Every representatives i have dealt with are all so amazing and extremely helpful. Zulily is by far and away the slowest online store for getting the items you purchased actually to you. I ordered something they advertised as in stock on July 7th and it won't be ready for delivery till August 7th. They have an online store but apparently have devised a way to make it slower than pony express. I will never shop on this site again what a huge joke this online store is. Hopefully they stay in business long enough to ship my stuff to me. Didn't even have any concept that an online store could be this slow in delivery. Unbelievable... but believe it. Buy your winter stuff now because it may actually ship to you by winter. Crappy store.

Beware when you order that your item might never get to you. This has happened to me several times. They take you're $ and then about a month later they send you an email telling you your order is cancelled. A MONTH LATER! For me, this was a hugh problem. They do refund your money but it takes even longer to get it once they finally tell you they are not shipping the item. Be care this time of year because if you are counting on something for Christmas you might not get notified until it too late to get a replacement.

I ordered 3 garments from them. I knew that they did not offer refunds or exchanges, so I just crossed my fingers. One shirt was from a designer I am familiar with. I have not been able to find it in my local stores. I paid $54 and it was as I expected. It took about 3 weeks to ship, which I found was not really acceptable; however, I am enjoying the garment. Another was a jean jacket that was decently priced and decent quality. It shipped in about 2 weeks. The third was a really, really, cheaply made garment that I am glad I didn't pay much for. I will wear it a couple of times and goodwill it. Also check and double check the size charts for the garment. The cheap cardigan size chart indicated I needed to order 2 sizes up, which I did, and it was still a bit snug. Overall, given the uncertainly around shipping times and lack of a suitable return policy, I probably would not order from them again unless it was a brand that I already was familiar with and knew my exact sizing.

Some of the clothing items were less than expected and i have chosen to stick with brand name products when purchasing form this site. I check the Zulilly price with other online option such as Amazon to see if I am indeed really getting a good deal. I have learned to expect the delivery to be slow.

I ordered emilie m. Black Jane Shoulder Bag & Essentials Box Set for my daughter for Christmas, and when she opened the package, there was only the bag... none of the other items. Do not be fooled by pretty images of the clothes. I ordered two pieces and when I received them, I saw that they are too baggy and have no shape at all. I feel like I have thrown away about $80 of my money with their ripoff NO return policy! Never Again!
