It's addicting checking Zulily just about everyday. Some things I've gotten I really love, some things were a disappointment. I think the descriptions could use work. I would like to know where an item is made too. A fair number of items I've ordered seem cheaply made and of poor quality material.

I have to say that I could spend hours on this site. I have learned what to buy and what not to unless I know the Maker/Designer. I get great buys on Kitchen Aid and great brands like that. I will say that sometimes it happens to be so long before the items arrive that I forgot I ordered them, but I don't order anything I am in a hurry for.
There were things that are not perfect but I was able to give them away or donate them. I am always telling everyone about Zulily.

I think most of these bad reviews are because people are quick to say negative things but not so much for a positive experience. I knew when I ordered that it would take some time to get the merchandise. I've had extremely good luck with my orders and there's been lots! A pair of boots were cancelled, and that was a disappointment, but stuff happens. No one's perfect. I received a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I also read the return policy before I ordered so I knew that they don't accept returns. I had a pair of sandals break (they were $10 so maybe you get what you pay for) but was refunded immediately and I was also given a $10 credit. So for all that don't like Zulily, I don't get it. Just know it takes awhile and you can't return things. Be sure you know you're size and what you like. They'll keep my business! <3

I received a shipment which was supposed to contain a xmas gift I ordered on 12/20/18. When I opened the box it was not my item and not my name on packing slip. And something really ugly! Emailed three times and got nothing but the canned response. Very poor customer service

I did not have a problem at all with my Zulily order. I was skeptical about joining (due to all the bad reviews), but I tried it by ordering a pair of inexpensive boots (ordered Nov. 12,2014). I had decided that I liked the style so much, I went ahead with my order. They arrived in 2 weeks, which is what I expected. The color was a perfect match to ad photo, and the size was fine. I did not need to call their customer service, so I cannot rate their personnel. So far, so good. I most likely will order in the future, and will most assuredly rate their company again.
Tip for consumers:
Use the shoe sizing charts, if available. May not want to order anything too expensive for your first trial with this company (due to all the bad reviews).

I had ordered a polka dot dress. Last year which looked very beautiful in the picture. When it came it was horrible. It was something strange that looked like it was sowed by a child. It went straight to the garbage. I am wondering how they let this website make business.

This company lies. They don't send items and then they provide fake tracking information to claim that it was delivered. This has happened multiple times to me and each time I have had to contact my bank to get refunded and stop future payments as I did not receive my items.

My sister ordered a jacket for my daughter and shoes for her daughter. The jacket was cute but had a perfect round hole cut out in the lining. The shoes were dirty so she sent them back and got a clean pair. Seems like used items to me. Would not recommend.

I bought first time from the company. What they sold me was not even in stock. Yet I paid for it? Then when I went to check on my order to see when they were going to send it, guess what? Nobody home... there phone number was disconnected and I had no way of getting a hold of anybody. Yet they had my money, not for long. I filed a complaint against them, and changed my cc number I don't know who I was dealing with.

I have had a similar experience... the clothes run very small and they are cheap cheap cheap looking. Very thin material. My items were not returnable, so I'm stuck with cheap looking clothes that are too small. Don't waste your time with this company, no matter how good the deal looks!

Wonderful On-line Shopping in the world of Zulily. They offer so many different Items thru each Vendor. The Hardest part is waiting for the Goodies! Like they say, Great Things are worth the wait. Their Customer Service is A+.

I ordered two poorly made, ill-fitting garments from Zulilly. After waiting 4 days to hear from customer service via email, I called this morning. BEWARE-only store credits are given. I've purchased better clothing on the street in NYC than what they have to offer. Go to Overstock, Wayfair, Amazon. All of these have better customer service.

All three pairs are very poor quality and each shoe came in a plastic bag along with other items in another plastic bag and the bags were torn. Shoes are all flat with creases. The shoes are not made of leather material. Stitching is showing and material is cut poorly on the red shoes. Toe strap is loose.
When I walk in the brown and white shoes they will not stay on my feet. The straps are too loose. Both have creases. Again, I show the picture of the shoes on line and then as I received them.
Products used:
I will throw the shoes away. If I return them they give a store credit and I will not buy anything from them again.

Good variety, very expensive shipping, be cautious of clothing due to sizing, no way to know when your item will arrive. I have gotten some great items, but I shy away from clothing unless I know the company. Several times I have been issued a refund because the vendor couldn't fulfill the order. I do like Zulily though.

I can't say that I have had a bad experience with Zulily and I have ordered repeatedly from them many times. I have gotten very good deals, and a few unique things that you just can't find in any old chain store. The quality goods i have ordered have always been very nice. But with that being said, I will advise you if you are thinking of ordering something from Zulily, make sure you don't need it right away... as in if it's a Christmas present or you need it for an event order it well in advance, as the shipping process is VERY slow. (It does state on the website that it ships within 14 BUSINESS days - as in almost 3 weeks.) Also, I've noticed that most items seem to be un-returnable. It also states this on the website. So, I would say in my experience, if you don't need something right away and you are patient you can get some really great deals through Zulily.

The items I did get were comparable to something you would see in a second hand store and pass right by.
If you had a donation bag you wouldn't even give these items away.
Poor service, poor quality.
Anything worthwhile maybe was cancelled and my credit card was not credited.
I can't even be bothered to hear any more excuses.
Buyer beware.

Just after Thanksgiving I ordered several items, this was my first experience. About 7 days later, received about 1/2, the items, immediately I called, and they said the rest would be sent in about 3 days. Okay no problem. Today is the 21st, and because of being so busy and out of town for a few days, I had forgotten, thankfully I remembered today. So they blamed the post office and said it would not be here until the 27th of December. Will never order from them again. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.

I have placed 7 separate orders with zulilly and am very satisfied. Yes, the shipping takes forever but they don't hide that fact from you, it's on the site. I ordered some croc flip-flops with pink accents and was notified that they were no longer available and I was being upgraded to a 2013 style. When they arrived, they were all black and grey, way too masculine, I called and complained and was refunded the amount of the shoes plus $10 and told to keep or donate the shoes! As for the complaints about poor quality, I am just picky about what I order and stick to name brands I recognize! I did order some cheap jumpers for my daughter but they were $8 for a complete outfit and I really only need them to last a few months! Totally worth it!

I use to love this store but some thing has changed I don't know if it is because qvc took over but their stuff seems boring things that you can find at other stores I liked the fact that their things were unique and pretty esp in the home décor. I don't know if they changed who was doing the ordering for their products but its gotten boring and cheap looking. Disappointed I loved their stuff before. Wont be shopping there again

I ordered one thing from them, it was terrible quality. I received a credit and thought, this will be the last time I order from this site. I got a pair of studs and when it arrived the stone had fallen out and the posts were bent flat because the company decided it was a good idea to ship CZ earrings in an envelope without a box - just the earrings. No wonder they arrived destroyed. To make things worse it was a nightmare trying to get my Visa refunded. It took almost a month of sending emails because a different rep responds each time. So I basically had to give the whole story over and over again from the beginning. Gross incompetence. Terrible products. The worst online retailer. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this company

I ordered school backpacks 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received the package. If I would of waited my kids would not have backpacks in time for school. Disappointed! Never will order from zulily again.

I have ordered several items from Zuilily. One item came that was "not returnable" and I HATED it. I called customer service and kindly explained my problem and the lovely lady who helped me immediately sent me a return label and refunded the item. She didn't try and make it out to be my problem at all. Great service. I have never had any other issues with them or their products.

Been shopping at Zulily for awhile. Some of the stuff are cheap but not of great quality. Shoes sizing never true to size and same with clothes. I asked for return of shoes and no return option but they refunded the money. Can't return clothes because you have to pay for the shipping fee.
I won't shop at Zulily anymore and will deactivate the app. I've wasted so much money already.

I ordered on Oct 2nd. Emailed them on Oct 10 to check on order. Here is their response...
Currently, your items are being processed and should be ready to ship by 10/18/2015. These items usually take 8-16 days to ship from the order date to ship from our fulfillment center and 2-6 business days to be delivered to you.
This has me very concerned about what will show up. They obviously are a very inefficient company. Don't see a future for them.

Have a vary diversified products but usually the size is wrong and most of the clothing is made of cheap materials. I have donated soooooo many items. Too much of hassle to return and you lose even more with return shipping.
Good deals on baby/kids clothing so I'll probably stick with that line in ordering.
