Zulily's reputation reflects a significant decline in customer satisfaction, with many long-term shoppers expressing disappointment in product quality and customer service. While some appreciate the variety of offerings, a prevalent concern is the inconsistency in product quality, often described as low and poorly represented online. Customers frequently report frustrations with shipping delays, cumbersome return policies, and inadequate customer support. The shift in management appears to have exacerbated these issues, leading to a general sentiment of disillusionment among previously loyal customers, urging the company to reassess its operational practices to regain trust.

Pictures of their styles looked very nice but after you get it it's very poor. Don't bother buying from them go to a better site!
Zulily was a go to for quality items when they stared out years ago. Last 3 years with their introduction of clothing made in China sold by Romwe and other off brands The quality is less than poor. Sizes are way off, even if you order up a size. Material is very cheap now and cost to return is expensive.
Allot of money spent on returns as products are not as advertised. Therefor I am out $$$$ and nothing to show for it.
I believe QVC owns the company now. I would expect more from QVC
Shipping is weeks and weeks out.
I ordered from them twice recently. The quality of the items were as expected. I returned one (not my size) and I got credit with no problem. I have ordered a second product (pants) to use up my credit. And am waiting for it for over 2 weeks. I see now that the first delivery time was not unusual. Sore credit is ultumately a nuisance since most companies give a refund. The delivery time is a deal breaker. I would not use them again.\
First off, be ready to pay for shipping (USD 6-12). Also, don't expect to pay with PayPal because that option rarely works on Zulily (you will have to attach and un-attach back and forth etc this payment option in your account settings to no avail, then call the customer service, then call PayPal, then call PayPal Credit/Synchrony Bank, then call the bank's security team, all to no avail at the end of the day. Over and over again, every time you purchase there and pay with PayPal (you better not!). Then, get ready to wait for your delivery for 2-3 months (honestly, I don't recognize most of the items when I receive them from Zulily because of the longest delivery times in human history, and you can't check on your purchases for months, right? So, at some point you decide to go on with your life. Hence, the more the surprise when your purchase has finally arrived!). Lastly, be ready to pay a handling and restocking fee if you need to return an item (and potentially, communicate with the customer service for weeks too). So, in my opinion, Zulily is the perfect place to buy something that you don't really need and you love to be surprised. It's a great marketplace like no other where you can shop just for the fun of it. And I mean it! What a fun way to entertain the customer! This world would be a different place without Zulily. Seriously
So my order was delayed and i started to read other reviews and got worried. But one email to Zulilly and i got ful refund plus $10 credit. They responded in 10 minutes. Pretty excellent
The shoes I ordered were NOTHING like the photo or in actuality, look like a 7 year old tried making the same ones like the picture. The smell is horrific and nauseating. Do not order from them unless you are 100% sure your ok with store credit only. I don't even want anything else from them. If you know your product isn't the same as the picture you provide for your clients or of some quality they should let you get a full return as it is simply called "false advertisement ". I never leave reviews but this had to be reviewed. (Images posted on what I ordered vs what I recieved). The disrespect, does Zullily not check what is being sent to their clients?!? Who gave the ok for these to be sent out?!?
I've made several purchases from Zulily in the past year. And to my expense a lot of the products look nice in the pictures and when you receive the product which may take a while looks nothing like the picture and is very cheaply made. And not wanting to wait and return the product I usually end up just keeping it.
I have bought primarily T-shirts from Zulily over the last couple of years. At least 90% are printed sloppily (not quite straight) They don't fit as predicted, and when you make a return you lose half of your money for "shipping" since the only way you are refunded is in-store credit. Then when you are tracking the package there is inevitably some bizarre screw-up that delays your package. Not buying anything from them again.
I've ordered multiple times from zulily. A few times pleased but typically disappointed. Everything comes from China, nothing every remotely looks like what I ordered. Shipping is expensive and takes weeks or months to receive and the return policy is horrible
Be sure to do a Google image search on anything before buying it. Chances are, its from KMART clearance and half the price. Unless you pay an arm and a leg for expedited shipping, don't plan on enjoying your purchase for at least a month. Items are marked delivered but are nowhere to be found. Granted, I've found a few nice things there, but customer service sucks, the prices are NOT competitive and the wait time to even SEE your purchase is ridiculous. For instance, shoes purchased on May 29th still have not even made it to Zulily shipping center on June 27th. They have to get there and then be shipped by Zulily. So dumb.
I order from Zulily all the time. During the pandemic, Zulily was a life saver. You can order clothes, sheets, pool toys, and lots more. I have had problems with two orders out of hundreds, and both times customer service was the best. I love Zulily and highly recommend it.
I have added just a few items I have purchased.
Ordered capri pants. XL. They are medium.
The T shirt is such poor quality cotton blend you can see through it.
Earrings, hammered silver. The stars on on the wires backwards.
AND. I live in Canada and can't find a way to return these things.
Won't order from Zulily online again.
I don't know where Zulily gets their clothing but I suspect there are a lot of knock-offs being shipped from vendors they do business with. The sizing and quality are never as advertised. I call them the land of misfit, mislabeled clothing. With the latest un-returnable order I just received I had to call it quits and unsubscribe. I am still stuck with capris that look like bell bottoms on my calves and a size large shirt with a 26" bust. I'm sure these two items are NOT quality Reebok as advertised. I would have known this if I were able to read item reviews but Zulily does not publish bad reviews. The pants came from Lesotho Africa and the top from Vietnam. Total loss of quality control by both the manufacturers and the distributor. Fool me onceā¦. I'm done.
I bought a swimsuit from Zulily a month ago to wear for vacation this Thursday and still have not received it. If you need an item any certain time that you order from them, better order 6 months ahead. You might still get it on time. I'm done.
The products are inferior. I would love to return all of them but they make their return policy impossible. They deliberately sent the wrong size and now its impossible to return.
I've been ordering from Zuiliy for a couple of years and have been happy with my purchases. Never have had a problem with returning stuff. I've even ordered dresses on their site and they fit me to a t.
I understand that not every product is in stock when you order, but lately it seems that everything is WAY over 30 days out. And you don't know this until after you have placed your order. And their quality is not what it use to be. I'm done with them. They have made online ordering a nightmare for me.
I never even had a chance to order! I was so excited to find some bare root roses that were on sale on their site. I'd never ordered from them before but being an avid online shopper I called to confirm that they had them and how to do the process and was told by the most lovely representative that I should probably wait to tomorrow, which was Friday) because I would have better shipping opportunities. The next morning, less than 16 hours later, I went to place my order and it gone. Not only was it not available, but I couldn't even find it anywhere on the Internet. Apparently this company has products that literally sell out ALL THE TIME! So basically I'm SO! I spoke to three representatives (one was a supervisor who broufht nothing to the table) and the actual company who sells the product. Nobody could do anything so I'm screwed. The supervisor basically song and danced me to "so sorry you had that experience". RIGHT... VERY USEFUL... It was such a waste of time and effort. Had I not listened to the advice of a person who works for them, who should seriously know how this company works I would be a happy camper tight now and be a regular repeat customer.
I am so PISSED OFF that I am now on a personal mission to spread the word.
So aside from the fact that I won't ever order form the company (obviously) I am telling everyone I know to avoid them like the plague!
I know that this is small potatoes and the world has many far worse problems but that doesn't excuse the fact that with times being so difficult these days, buying a beautiful rose bush would have brightened my life for a nice chang. It'a the little things, right? As a side note, if anyone saw the movie PRETTY WOMAN, when Julia Robert's character goes back to the store that treated her poorly and then goes on to spend thousands of $$ elsewhere, I will share her response to express my feelings to this putrid company by quoting her famous line "big mistake. Big... huge... I have to go shopping now."
They a cute clothes, good quality and all styles for all. They have many styles and sizes. I have some clothes from zulily. I will leave images.
Answer: Zulily has awesome customer service! I have nothing bad to say about them! Definitely worth ordering from them... I have been happy every time (& I use it a lot!)
Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.
Answer: Got money to burn? Order from Zulily. There isn't enough room on the Internet to list all the reasons you should NOT order from them!
Answer: Nope... no returns accept and good luck on getting a refund. Stay away from this site.
Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Answer: Wrong size, no return policy. Beware don't order from them
Answer: Sorry I don't know the answer, but it could explain why everything is so cheap
Answer: Yes, it may take that long, but they are up front about that on the item description page. I have never had a problem with them.
Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
