I find some good deals on zulily occasionally. I add items to my cart, then when I go to check out I see how much they've added for shipping, and I cancel out of the site. Today I wanted some baby socks. $8 to ship. More than the socks cost to begin with. You've got to be kidding me, Zulily!

Didn't even receive my first order yet and I was lied to. It said "FREE SHIPPING" and when I checked my invoice it showed that I was charged a shipping fee. I sent them 4 emails about this and each time they responded with the same reply. It was as if they just sent me a "form" email. The email they sent gave me some BS about "if the them is bulky" or "the next purchase in the same day" or "over a certain amount" etc. etc. Etc. No where did it state any particulars, just "free shipping". I never checked any of the reviews before I placed my order... if I did, I wouldn't have placed an order with them. It's extremely frustrating writing emails only to keep getting the same response. It seems like they "take your money and run". I would give them a minus 10 star review but this stupid system doesn't allow this.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering... first I would like to point out that the first time I found something I liked on Zulily I checked the website for the actual company that made the dress and it was 37 dollars cheaper to order directly from the company, which I did. On a separate occasion I ordered two dresses, from Zulily, the exact same just different colors. They are terrible. The material is not even close to what was presented in the write up. And despite being the exact same dress they are completely different cuts! One has an empire waist, the others waistline sits at my hips. I will never order from Zulily again.

Been shopping at zulily for years now and some of there vendors have wrong description on there products online especially there quilts and clothing, clothing is wrong sizes and the quilts are not what the description says... overall Customer service is always helpful but sometimes you get someone who is very rude and ignorant... I will continue to shop on zulily but now I know what to avoid buying on there site

I ordered a few times. Every time there was issues with the order. Either it ran really big or really small. I always had to send it back. Sometimes they sent me a label to send it back for free and sometimes they gave me such problems returning it. There is no clear policy. After buying from zulily a few times i will not buy from them again!

Quality has truly plummeted since the early days of the site. Seems to be all cheap, poorly made knockoff stuff now (I've ordered 6 pieces within 2 months, only one of them is wearable.) Sizing is a disaster, all over the map. I have been burned too many times... the abysmal return policy means I'm just donating stuff to charity immediately after it arrives. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. You don't get a third chance: I've given up.

Don't buy from this site, they sell cheap Chinese product like dollar store!
Specially the shoes, they are copy of the good brand shoes without the quiality, made of hard plastic, suppose to be leather! You can't get hold of anyone directly to complain or return them.
Stay away, don't get ripped off! I think this site is owned by one of the guys from down town LA..

I ordered 5 maternity outfits from zulilly. I received 4 of them after six weeks. One was cancelled without my knowledge. The items were thread bare and irregularly sewn. The maternity pants were tight in the legs and butt and the cloth band was so large they still slid off. Another note... 6 weeks for maternity clothes? If I were further along they would have been pointless anyway.

I have made 3 separate purchases from Zulily. I am OK with the items purchased... not especially impressed but not necessarily disappointed, either. I am, however, disappointed with the shipping. One purchased took nearly 2 months to arrive! You are able to track your orders, online. I noticed that none of my items even began the shipping process for nearly 2 weeks.

Any smart shopper will learn quickly that Zulily is not a savings sight but rather a scam sight. I have found 90% of the items I had interest in at other sites (usually Amazon or Walmart) for CHEAPER than Zulily and at other sites shipping was free and took returns. Now, the items I did find that Zulily offered for the lowest price I could find was because every single one of those items has extremely poor reviews at other sites that sold them. So they are selling you junk for a "cheap" price. Anything worth having you can be 100% sure to find it at another shopping site for cheaper & with better shipping & return policies. Won't be long before Zulily is not around anymore.

As you can see funds have been deducted from my account - there is no such thing as falling off a debit card. I have repeatedly provided you with a screen shot of my account showing the deduction. 7-10 business is far from adequate to handle this as the bank needs me to deal with it by 5 pm today. I have completed a police report with Metro Police here and sent it to my bank. They are labeling your charges as fraud. My debit card has been cancelled so you will no
Longer have any way to access the funds you double charged me for. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against you.

I ordered a purple tunic almost a year ago. I believe I paid a little more for shipping & handling (I live in Canada), I got the blouse (tunic) that I ordered. I did have to wait 2-3 months to get it, it fit me perfectly and was not a cheaply made, wrong size piece of crap I got from a Chinese based company a few days ago. I hope to make another purchase sometime in the future, and I hope Zulily that more positive reviews keep showing up on this site.

I've found some really fantastic deals on Zulily, on brand name items. You pay for returns unless the item is damaged and it's not cheap. However, their customer service is way above par and should be the standard. Shipping can take a while on some items, but Zulily is very comunative and keeps you in the know with updates.
I recommend checking them out. And no worries if an item sells out. You can ask for notifications.

I have been disappointed with many purchases that seem like a good deal until I receive the product. I have shopped with QVC. So when I saw Zulily was affiliated, I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, this company does not live up to the same standard at QVC. Returns are such a hassle (and I don't always receive my refund, UGH). That I am reluctant to purchase more from this site

Don't order anything from here, I ordered some sheets and they were sent somewhere else which I don't know where the address came from who it was or why it was on my account, I noticed it right away asked how to change it, I did that and when the order was finally placed it still had the wrong address, i called immediately 30 seconds after placing order and was told it could not be changed. I will never order from this place again, what terrible service, they must have no security so watch your information. I wouldn't use this company ever again.

I shop constantly on Zulily and have only been let down a few times. There is such a huge range of items to choose from and the sales are great I think. I stay away from the malls because people are so rude anymore! I think they have forgotten what good manners are and I refuse to buy from rude people. Besides I want to take my time and not be rushed. With this variety I can't go wrong and so far I haven't. Thank you Zulily

I enjoy purchasing from Zulily since I can do it at my leisure and delivered right to my porch. I like the ready to ship items because I know they will arrive quickly. I find a lot of great buys and receive compliments on many of my purchases.

I love zulily & have ordered many things from them and will continue to do so. However I will watch shipping charges more closely. I was just charged $8.95 shipping instead of the usual $6.95 I normally pay. I called & was not really satisfied with the explanation.

This was my first experience ordering from Zulily. I am on a fixed income. I appreciated the offer of making two payments on items purchased. The tunics I ordered were not true to size. The colors are not as in the advertisement. The colors are dull and clothes are not good quality. I will never order from this company again! Overall rating. Negative two.

I wish you would create a "sort by" feature, i. E., sort by price, customer reviews, etc. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but usually find some rare items and gifts. Still, PLEASE create a more user friendly site, I get frustrated and just close out of the site.

Some merchandise is a good steal but shipping cost are steeps compare to other companies. Many items take way too long to get especially if it's a holiday item that you want for the holiday and receive it thereafter. It does offer a good variety of merchandise though.

I have shopping for very long time and have had no issues with returns as they send freee return labels. Sadly zulily where I have been shopping lately doesn't do that. All we get is store credit and we have to pay the shipping charges. Not a fan!

I just discovered Zulily last year and have used it frequently. They carry very good items and brands and the prices are amazing! I've learned to order very early if item is for a gift because it can take a very long time to receiveZulily does not have a large warehouse, items come from manufacturer then to Zulily then to me. Surprisingly some things do come quickly. I have been very pleased using the Zulily site. Is particularly good for birthdays and Christmas. I've even bought a few needed things for myself.

I finally received my order today after a month and a half. I ordered three SWAK brand dresses for my 3 year old granddaughter in size 3 and a 'cupcake' outfit consisting of a top and tights. The cupcake outfit would fit a five year old quite nicely, but not a three year old. The other SWAK dresses were cute, but rather cheap. At least they fit her. I also received two additional dresses which I did not order, but was charged for. So ultimately I received three dresses that were exactly the same--a kitty cat motif. I guess I'll have to give the two I don't need away as gifts to other children because you can't return. I will NEVER shop from this site again. Ridiculous waiting period for your items and then when finally received, the order is incorrect. Forget about Zulily. They're just bad news in cyberspace.

I understand that Zulily is the go between. It is their job to receive the items that were placed by us the consumer and to repackage and ship to the individual consumers. They are a HUB so to speak. But, does that mean that they take no responsibility on their end as to what is happening with all of these packages that will now, not make it for Christmas Delivery that was guaranteed. The least of which is false advertising? To say that I am disappointed is being very kind of me.
