First of all - do not order anything from Zulilly if you need it in under a month or more. I placed an order and received the wrong color on one item, wrong sizes on 2 other items, and 2 items I ordered were cancelled with no explanation.(Which is probably just as well!) The tops I got were completely different from the pictures, not gathered in the front as shown, and the fabric was really cheap and yukky. No returns. Big disappointment.

I ordered 4 items from Zulily. 3 items took 3+ weeks to arrive, 2 of which did not fit correctly. Tried to contact Zulily customer service at least 3 times about when order would be here, questions about order and how to return order. Every single attempt, it took hours for them to respond through FB messenger (if they even did respond) due to "high volume messages". I was told in order to return item, I would have to pay $5.95 shipping return that they would have to send to my email... which they never did send, and now I can't get ahold of them due to "high volume messages at this time".
The 4th item I ordered over 3 weeks ago is still in transit... will not buy from this site again.

Zulily is a great website if you enjoy waiting a month to be sorely disappointed in your purchase. I've purchased a couple tops and a pair of boots and nothing has been as described. It has all been cheaply made and very poor quality. I had blown up the pictures and scrutinized the items and size charts before ordering, and everything has been too small. The description of the boots had measurements. I used a measuring tape to measure my feet and calves to make sure they would fit. They were too small because the measurements on the site were wrong. Even though Zulily made the mistake and misrepresented their product, they still won't give me a refund. I've filed a complaint with the BBB about this company.

I've ordered several times and had great experiences. Once they sent the wrong size when I called to tell them they were great. They said to just give the wrong size to charity and they'd send the correct one, which they did. Another time I called to cancel an order and they cancelled it immediately, no prob. Other stuff I've got is great and prices are amazing.
Takes a while to get some of the stuff but they tell you that up front.

I just received the last item from an order I placed last month. The timing doesn't bother me at all - I know it going in. However, the 19.00 kids t-shirt was a really poor quality and the "Keep Calm" design was a super cheap boardwalk style iron-on. Really? An Iron-on?
My daughter was really disappointed. I called Zulily customer service immediately and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I am super happy with the results. Everything else I received was great!

I had ordered two items before reading all of the horrible reviews and was seriously concerned that I wasted my money. The two items - Japanese painting sweatpants and a Gauze Cut-out top were just fine. The size was a little large on the pants (ordered medium) the quality looks good. The shipping did take 3 1/2 weeks but it arrived before the listed ship date.
All in all I am pleased. I did not experience any of the issues mentioned by other reviewers.

I received my order and the item was broken. I sent an email to Zulily. Received a response back in an hour. They were not able to "fix" or send a replacement but credited both my charge card and gave me an account credit. They also told me to dispose of the item as I saw fit. I was stunned and blown away. Not even Amazon is this good.

Telling my age, but remember when those catalogs would come in the mail and you'd look through them all for wish lists? Zulily is like shopping the best catalogs all in one place. Great items and great customer service. I've been a customer for several years and I'm pleased with my purchases. One small complaint is it takes awhile to get shipments. If you're not in a hurry and you want good deals then this is the shopping app for you.

My husband and the mailman are about to have an intervention and I am worried that they are going to delete my account. I literally get a package every day. Great, unique finds at fabulous prices! And their customer service is top notch. On the rare occasion that I have had a problem - it was promptly resolved. Love this site!

I only wish I had read the reviews first. Order took 5 weeks to arrive in bits. Sizes are American so too small! And rubbish product. In order to return YOU have to pay and recorded delivery! Just hope my daughter likes and fits into the things I ordered.DO NOT USE THEM

Horrible horrible return policy and customer service. Why do it when there are so many other better companies that offer low to zero shipping and great returns? Good luck is all I can say. I bought a jacket, size small, which I am and XS in all other clothing but Small was the smallest size they had. The mid section was normal fitting but the arms I couldn't even get into with a sweater on. I tried on without any shirt and it was ridiculously tight and uncomfortable. They offered less than half on what I paid for on the item to return. I would rather donate or give to a friend than give any more business to that awful company. GOOD LUCK ZULILY.

This brand and everything that goes with it as mentioned in reviews is exactly the same as Newchic. I read an article online about these eastern companies which goes into most of the big ones warning you not to buy. The pictures are tempting but the actuality is not worth having. Refunds - no such thing, it costs as much to return to package almst as the cost of the item.

Beware all Singapore, Hong Kong, and similar companies based out east.

Love the deals on Zulily. Delivery is much faster than it used to be. The only negative is that you can't return items unless they are expensive. They charge you $9 to return something. Pants I ordered didn't fit but I couldn't return them because they were $10. I would have gotten $1 for returning them. So I gave them away instead of doing all that just for a dollar.

I thought their concept was terrific until I saw how it actually worked. I got a tunic top that wasn't near the colors described, and the fabric was beyond cheap, not to mention that it took 2 months to arrive, from China. By then, the weather was too cold for a summer tunic. I called to complain, so they gave me a store credit after I sent a photo of what I actually received. I then used the credit to use another item, which didn't carry the caveat that it required extra time as it was made to order. It might as well have been, as it's been over a month now, and it hasn't even left Hong Kong. Very poor quality control and extremely slow shipping.

I have ordered tons of stuff over the last few months. A few dresses for granddaughter came in ok. But this Christmas I ordered a circular track set with
Cars that glow - not inexpensive. It arrived 12/23 in a plastic bag - no box to tell

Not shipped for 15 days after order and will not arrive before 12/25. Unlike Amazon, they never follow up asking for feedback, and of course NOTHING CAN BE RETURNED. Do not risk doing business with them. Not worth it.

Have been wanting to order from Zulily for quite some time, after reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews, I gave it a shot and I was surprised.
YES the shipping does take a very very long time because they item is shipped from the store it came from to the Zulily warehouse and then shipped out again, that being said do not order if you need something right away.
YES my item was exactly as described, same quality, brand, material, size. Why? RESEARCH. Read the reviews on items, look at the size chart and for the love of God do NOT order from a company if you have never heard of it. I ordered a pair of Fox leggings and was impressed.
I would definitely order from Zulily again, the prices are worth it if you can stand the wait!

I don't appreciate that there's only women's and children clothing. Mothers aren't the only parents. On the commercial they're making it seem as if the mother is the only parent that count. I am a father, and I shop for me and my child. I should be able to shop for both of us at the same time. Women are always complaining about wanting to be equal, but there nothing equal about Zulily. As matter of fact, there aren't really any boys clothing on the site either. Seems sexism to me.

If you see something on the site you have a less then 50% chance of getting said item. They could care less about their customers. After holding onto my money for. 3 months as I waited for them to send me boots, I got a sorry we will refund you your money in 3 to 5 days. They write it like they are doing you this favor by refunding you your money. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE but Zulily.

Zulilys sizing is completely out of whack! The XL top I ordered, according to their size charts, should fit me - a standard size 16 au. It is actually a size 12/14. As they do not have a returns policy i have wasted my money. I won't be ordering from Zulily again.

I contacted their customer help - very quick response. " Hello Paula, I am sorry that the sizing did not meet your expectations and I have refunded you for the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your PayPal." You can't get better then this guys!

I have bought quite a bit from Zulily over the past few years. Almost always the best prices. Great variety and I have seen lots of things I wouldn't probably have seen otherwise.
On the rare occasion there is a problem with an order (once a completely different item was shipped, something arrives broken or a set is missing something), their customer service is outstanding!

I am a regular Zulily customer with mostly good results. I look forward to browsing their emails everyday. I have shopped with them for years and will continue to do so. Most of the items I have purchased are lovely staples of my wardrobe.
I have certain labels I like and trust and others I won't go near as they are cheap and nasty. You have to know your brands on Zulily. My complaints are that often it takes forever for items to arrive and the return postage is unreasonably high. It has prohibited me from returning some items that get donated instead. Some of the sizing charts are inaccurate as well and I get annoyed when an article of clothing is shown in the brand header but is not included in the items available for purchase.
All in all, Zulily is hit or miss but luckily for me-mostly hit.

I really enjoy shopping with Zulily. My complaints would be that you order and wait a long time to receive the items. Sometimes not at all. Also, when you complete the return request I have yet to get a response. I always have to do a phone call. The customer service people are wonderful and very helpful, but why do I need the phone call? Those are my only complaints.

I can always find something wonderful on Zulily. From shoes to jewelry, they have it. Plus, if you love an item but it's not in your sizes, just click on it and it will be waitlisted. How great is that? Great deals and great service makes shopping on Zulily the best.

As seen by the overall rating, Zulily is not really a service that I would dare to recommend. The deals might be tempting sometimes, but that's when the magic ends... Long waiting period and just overall really bad quality of the products. Would not recommend.
