I just started ordering this summer. A coworker had ordered a dress - with pockets - and I had to have one too! Next thing I know, I've practically got a brand new wardrobe! I love the prices and shipping is usually pretty quick.

Tip for consumers:
Order early in the day. You usually earn free shipping for the rest of the day, so if you decide to place a second order later, well, FREE SHIPPING!

I don't like this site, the shipping takes so long and I bought some sandals some months ago, I was so excited but the sandals were made from cheap material and difficult to walk. So, don't buy any unknown brand.

Why cant' we give negative or 0 stars? I ordered a Christmas present for my 7 year old nephew and my package was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. I was told via a generated e-mail that my package shipped on Wed 12/11. When I didn't see in change in the tracking after a couple of days, I called and they said that I had to wait 5 days just to be safe. I waited. I called back and was jerked around about where my package was. No one ever called me back when they said they would or returned e-mails as promised. I finally called again this morning, only to be told that they had no idea where my package was, that they were declaring lost and I would receive my refund in 7-10 days. They were never planning on telling me that my Christmas gift wasn't coming! They lied too. Everyone I spoke with gave me a different story. Now I am scrambling to find a last minute gift. What a bunch of Grinches and jerks!

Of the 9 items I ordered and was charged for, 4 were not as advertised and of inferior quality.
Their practices of advance billing, up to 4 weeks for delivery and switching items certainly are not in the consumers interest.

Last Dec. 2014 Purchased sheets among other items, the sheets look o. K. but when I opened them they were dirty. I had to wash them with a Clorox because I don't know what those stains were. If you are buying something new, isn't it suppose to be NEW. I also bought other items last year and each item I had a problem with it. When you tell them they become combative and argumentative. They need new management.

Aside from the long shipping times, zulily is an amazing site with even better customer service, I have never been disappointed, if something went wrong with an order I was refunded and given store credit, I love this site so so much.

I was disappointed that when I returned 5 items I did not receive full credit on what I paid. I also feel that once paying the postage for orders I was not given free postage on other items that same day. So, that being said, unfortunately my review is not a raving one.

In an era of online shopping you would think zulily would be able to get their act together and be able to handle returns and ship items in a timely manor. My order took over a month to get to me! Unacceptable.

I gave up on Zulily after I realized their items aren't actually cheaper. If they are, it's BARELY cheaper and then you have to pay shipping so it's pointless! You could go to a store today, but the item (a much better quality at that) TODAY, not pay shipping, and pay the exact same price. False advertisement. Drives me nuts that so many people don't realize it!

Still waiting to receive my order that was supposed to be here 11/7/13. I tracked it and 1/2 of the order is to be delivered today, but the other 1/2 now says 11/15/13... Not Happy! The second 1/2 of the order was a birthday gift for 11/13/13...

I love Zully! I think its a great idea! The only disadvantage for me is I feel 7.99 is a lot for shipping and it makes it hard for me to order sometimes. Its nice that you offer free shipping for the day however I'm usually scrapping up money to get something I like its hard to place multiple orders in one day. It would be cool if it last at least till your next order! Just a thought

You never know what you might find at Zulily and that is why I like it so much. I find items here that are unique, that you can't find other places. Zulily is my go to for exercise clothes and cheaper rugs.

Many clothing items and household items have multiple color options but you won't know unless you have hours and hours to scroll. A style of of an item may look great but maybe the color may not be a great fit for all people. If you can choose a size of a shirt from multiple sizes then you should be able to select from available colors as well.

I fell in love with a beautiful dress on Zulily. It looked wonderful in the picture so I ordered it. This was my first time on Zulily. I received it actually earlier than the anticipated date. The dress did not look anything like the picture and therefore did not meet my expectations for the reason I ordered it. The picture make the dress look, full, with a lot of body. The dress I got was a limp bit of material, I don't even think the dress in the picture was the actual dress they sent me. I will not waste my money again.

Zulily sells merchandise they don't have on hand. If they can't get it from the manufacturer, they just credit your card. They charge you right away and, weeks later, they tell you the manufacturer can't ship the items. They don't even have a warehouse! They need to be investigated!

So I ordered two chairs for my daughters for Christmas. Only one comes the other one they say they can't make I ordered them back in November didn't hear anything for quite a while until I inquired then they couldn't tell me why I was taking so long to ship that I only get one chair and ask for my other one is and they sent me a refund for the one chair but this was a Christmas gift so I'm very disappointed daughter. I will never order from these guys ever again. It was very inconsiderate that they sold more than they could even produce.

Tip for consumers:
Save your time save your money. Just don’t buy from them. You will be disappointed.

Received items. They were poor quality and I wanted to return them. Their return policy is not at all like Amazon. You have to get permission to return, create your own label, copy the invoice. The invoice is not emailed. You have to find a copy machine to make a. Physical copy. Then you return the item. If you are lucky, you will eventually receive a refund. I will not buy again.

I would no recommend this site to friends and family. I had spent over $300 the last 3 months and i am very dissapointed. Even walmart have better and durable clothes for kids. If you are lucky you can get a few good items but overall the quality is terrible, the clothes are not true fit and the worst is they don't offer returns.

I have a 24 old month son and a 4 1/2 girl. The clothes so far run too small and not durable. They have only worn the clothes just once.

Im small pettite. I bought two small women dresses and they were terrible. The dress is one piece, the top part was way too small and the bottom xtra large that I had to fix the bottom part. The other dress was a waste of money.

I am waiting on a 100 dollar order that I m hoping at least the cloth to be better however it will be my last time I shop from clothing.

I can say the only items I am satisfy is shoes. I bought few sandals for my daughter and myself so far are good.

I inquired about 30 days after I ordered on location of the order. I was informed I would need to wait another 60 days to inquire again. I have done that. I paid but never received the product and would strongly advise people never to order from this company. It ships from CHINA. Had I researched I would not have ordered from here either. Lesson learned. Company is a ripoff.

I ordered 4 cute tunics and 2 pairs of boots as a first time buyer around the 10th of January. The tunics finally shipped on the 30th and not only were they not as pictured but they were too big and terribly ugly when I tried them all on. They have no feedback mechanism on the items listed so there is no way to leave feedback for others about fit, appearance, color, etc. And the kicker... you can't return them.

As for the boots, they never have shipped and I eventually cancelled my order because it's past time for winter boots.

IMO - Zulily is a huge clearinghouse for stuff that other businesses can't sell. It's junk and the stuff that isn't just doesn't ship. Stick with websites that give feedback on their clothing and you'll be a lot happier.

The only good thing they have going for them is they did issue the cancellation refund very quickly. Hence the 2 stars.

I have bought clothing, a purse jewelry and several other things from Zulily. I was happy with some things and others I was not. Some of the clothing was thin and cheap or didn't fit well so I returned it. It stinks that you can't get a full refund on returned merchandise.

My big complaint about using Zulily is the speed in which you get your merchandise. If you are in a hurry there is no way to speed it up, I have only been disappointed in a few things that I have ordered, so I can say I am satisfied.

I wear wm 24, and it's difficult to find fun (yes, even 58-yr-olds want to have fun clothes!) clothes that fit. I LOVE Zulily! I even bought 3 hoodies for my nieces for Xmas. 2 of 3 made their "guaranteed by Xmas" delivery and the other one meandered in by New Year's. I see no point in sweating delivery times--you just have to know it's part of the package. I love my clothes, and this winter outfitted myself with 4 new LS tops from here. Compliments everywhere I go!

I have ordered several items from zulily over the past year. I ordered tubberware and it was great! I had ordered some clothes for my son in the summer! Worst mistake! My son had worn a couple shirts I have ordered once. ONCE! The material is so thin and already coming apart at the seams. Very disappointed in the quality. The material is really thin. Very deceiving website. Great deals and several options. But then you receive your order about a month later you are very disappointed at how cheaply made the clothes are.

I like visiting each day to see what is available. Most of the items are of passable quality. Some clothing is less than expected. Feel the shipping cost is high. Wish they was free shipping or at least free for over a certain$$. Also alot of items are sent in boxes way oversized. I would wait if more items could be sent in one box for lowere shipping fee.
