Ive spent thousands buying things from Zulily including furniture. Recently I placed order for 2 dressers, and I had a writing desk in the cart that I thought I took out. I checked out and immediately saw the desk was part of the order. I got in touch with Zulily 2-3 hours later stating purchasing the desk was a mistake. They emailed me stating they wouldn't send it out. Guess what, it was delivered yesterday! I'm not at all happy!

I have been shopping with Zulily ever since it's inception. I don't like that it takes weeks or sometimes months before you receive your order. There have been times that I had even forgotten that I had ordered something. I have ordered a lot of small child clothes. When I ordered a blouse for me, when it came, it was backless. There was nothing mentioned in the description that said that. I called and they returned my money, and I suggested they include a photo of the front and back of their clothing. I have ordered things with I thought would be plenty of time, and yet the birthday gifts I ordered did not arrive in time. The prices have been good over the years, but seems to me like the prices have gone up considerably. I still purchase from Zulily, but not as much as I used to buy.

I love Zulily! I have been a customer with Zulily for quite some time and 95% of my purchases I have been pleased with. I would say the 5% were from merchants that didn't have quality products as advertised. I wouldn't say that is Zulily's fault. I know that they have featured many new merchants but I think that they should be a little more careful with selection. Bad purchases sometimes impact their reputation. This has not changed my thoughts about my overall shopping experience with Zulily. I always refer friends, family and co-workers to Zulily. This is so evident that whenever a co-worker compliments an item that I am wearing, it is followed by "That's from Zulily, right!" I takes a lot longer to get purchases if you later discover that the are coming from out of the country so it would be nice if Zulily noted that in the description, before you purchase the item but other than that Zulily is the best!

This is my second review for Zulily because I have ordered many more items from them since my last review. Again, I love Zulily! I was credited for another item that I ordered from them that did not fit me properly and I did not have to ship the item back. They told me to keep it and donate it. I was also able to return a pair of boots that I ordered and did not have to pay to ship it back but instead got a pre-paid label for it. I will tell you that sometimes it does take a while for your items to ship but I like their prices and am willing to wait since I usually am in no hurry for the items. I would highly recommend them!

I am completely satisfied with Zulily! I love the quality and variety of products. The customer service department is very helpful and very pleasant. It is a lot of fun to shop with Zulily... I'm addicted. LOL.!

I love the constantly changing variety of Zulily. So many options! And the waitlist feature that notifies when something is back is great. The only thing I am not fond of is the returns. I purchased an item for $16 that doesn't fit my daughter and the credit after shipping is $4.85! Not even worth the return effort :(

I would suggest buy not putting the expectations very high as they are of not exactly appears in pictures. If you will magnify the images the images are blur, so you will never get to know the quality of material. It is like you are getting as much you are paying.

I ordered a small black dress for my daughter. Fist of all it took a longer then a month to get it and when I called them they told me I would just have to wait.and then when I received it was not a small it was so big it had to be a large.so I email them and they emailed me back and told me that they would credit my account $1.04 and then they would take out for them having to send me a box for shipping. When they received the dress. I will never order a dress from them again!

I bought two items from Zulilly. It took a very long time to receive them and then they were not true to size. I had to return them. That is when I found out that I couldn't get a refund, only a store credit. I mailed the two items back in one package. Weeks went by and I heard nothing so I emailed them. They claimed they received one item but not the other one. They were mailed in the same package! They have been giving me the run around. I will never order anything from this company again.

They sent me the wrong item. The only thing remotely close was the color and it was a top but it was clearly not what I ordered. When I called them to return the item they expect me to pay the return fee and to pay to ship the correct item again to me. They informed me since I had never made a return the book do it one time but if this ever happens again it was my financial responsibility. Needless to say they did not ship me the correct item at all but waived the nine dollar return fee. As if I had any control that somebody sent me the wrong item. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know how horrible I was treated. So much for customer service someone needs to give him some lessons on how to treat their customers

I have read the bad reviews for Zulily and was surprised. I too have ordered clothing online from them and must say I was quite happy. One item may not have been exactly what I expected, however, that happens no matter where I order from, and if it is not what I wanted I wear it a few times then hand it down to someone else or, I will put in in Good Will where someone can benefit.

Dont even bother ordering anything from this company i ordered something and i still had not got it a month later so emailed and told them i was cancelling. They emailed me back and said i couldnt cancel they tried to take money from my account but i had emptied it out before they could. Phone lines are constantly engaged tried near enough all day one day. Told them this would be the first and last time i would ever be ordr=ering of this company again

First and only time I have ever ordered from Zulily. Items were never shipped to me and Zulily said they could not reach the vendor to find out when the items would be sent to Zulily. I was given the option to wait 30 days to see if the vendor responds to Zulily or cancel the order. Not impressed at all. Cancelled the order and will never order again.

My mother in law ordered several clothes for my kids off Zulily for this last Christmas. Most of them arrived after Christmas. Took forever. At least 4 of the items have already fallen apart. The emblems fall of the clothes the first wash. They are barely ironed on. The rhinestones on pants same thing. Most of the sizes are a little off. Im overall very dissappointed and dont recommend to anyone

I love their items but sometimes I just want to order 1 item and the shipping is way too much. I don't want to order 1 item then come back the same day and order more to get free or cheaper shipping. I want to make one order for all, at one time. So because of this, I don't buy a lot of the things I see.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Zulily. I ordered an item and it was broken. When I contacted them, they refunded me fully and sent me a credit to apologize. I ordered another item that never came in. They did the same. When I ordered and had a family emergency, I contacted them and they refunded, no questions asked. I love Zulily and recommend them.

I have been shopping Zulily for years and never been disappointed with any of the items I bought. Goods were delivered within the time promised and I have to issues with quality and size. I am particularly pleased abut the jewelry and boots.

I have enjoyed the items I have bought and if there r any that r defected or not up to standards I normally call Zulily and they take care of the problem. They stand behind the customer and aim to provide products that of quality.

I wanted to return an item and it would have cost me as much as I paid for the item. I am now very careful of what I order and won't buy anything if there is the remote chance I might have to return it.

I ordered a size 18 in a puffer coat! I received it to find out the size was more an XS than a size 18! No way was this coat true to size at all.
Now I am stuck with this coat I cannot return. I will never order another piece of clothing from this company!

I love the things I get from Zulily for the most part, I have received things I had to get rid of. The worst part of Zulily is the shipping, no other place besides Shop LC that takes as long as they do the ship things. I don't understand why things take so long as most stores have things to me within a weeks time not a month. I don't think the buys are that good. I've had orders cx on me. Just don't understand.

My co-worker raved about this website, so I decided to check it out. I ordered a ONE SIZE FITS ALL sweater with jewelry embellishment. The order was placed in late July and received it about 10 days later. The quality of the sweater was worse than Walmart and the jewelry embellishment could have been from the Dollar Store! I could not believe I paid $25 for this crap! The kicker is that it's not one size fits all, I barely fit in it! Stay away from this site!

So here I was hoping to get my precious order, when on the following day I get an email saying "Your order has been cancelled". No reasons, no information. Just cancelation. The money was taken from my account the night before. So I go to customer support and ask the reason. A few minutes later I get a message that the credit card I booked it on "doesn't have sufficient funds", which is ridiculous because as I got that message I double check the account it definitely had more than 50$ that my order was. So I wasn't given a timeline of when the refund of that money gonna come back. The customer support is useless and sends you automatic messages instead if actually doing anything. This is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER HERE. It's not worth it. And after asking about the refund, they blocked my email address. Well, that's a Fraudulent complain.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, THIS IS A SCAM

After many trys of getting a bad product taken care of finally got the right person at zulilly to come through. She refunded me my money plus gave me a little bit of store credit and we did not have to return the rockers(which were finished terribly... to bad i did not get her to start with... so i guess its all about getting the right person(should not be that way of course)...

Tip for consumers:
well after a few months of a lot of effort finally got the right people to work with at zulily..these 2 were great..the tier 2 lady refunded the whole amount and gave me a $25 credit to boot.they changed my whole opinion about zulily..they were great...

I have been a loyal customer of Zulily for 8 years. One of my latest orders was marked "Shipped" for 6 weeks, but never arrived. It took multiple emails from me to get anyone to look into the problem. In the end, they claimed it was returned "Undeliverable," even though I have packages delivered almost daily and have NEVER had a problem. They credited my account a whole $5.00 and basically told me they couldn't care less if they lost me as a loyal customer.
