I ordered 2 tops after seeing them on Zulily. They looked so nice when they were on the website. I really was not impressed with them. They were just not attractive. They were not how they appeared on the website. I personally would never order from them again. I guess it depends on what you like. They were kind of "matronly" to me with no real shape to them. They were not flattering on me at all.

Ordered a dress. They took my money. I waited three weeks and heard nothing. I inquired. They sent a form letter. I said I wanted to cancel. They sent a form letter. They gave me back everything but shipping. Said shipping money would come in a day or two. Now, don't you think this is a good way for a company to make money doing nothing? Used mine for about a month and gave me nothing!

I ordered a couple of dresses from their retro section, one dress fit perfectly but the other (which had buttons from collar to under bust) did not fit me across the chest, there was no give in the fabric and I couldn't get the buttons done up.
BUT in saying that, I called their hotline straight away and asked if I could send it back or get a large size to accommodate my bust, the woman I spoke to was an absolute darling and she offered me a full refund on the dress but insisted I didn't need to send it back and suggested I instead gift it to a friend! They didn't have any larger sizes in stock, that's the only reason I didnt change it over.
Seriously best customer service I've experienced in a long time. AND the dresses I bought are cute as hell and of great quality. They may take a long time to be received but I've found it worth the wait.
Would recommend zulily to friends, family and definitely return to shop.
I'm currently waiting on a pair of boots and a couple of new outfits.

I have not had any issues with zulily.com at all like these other posters. I have received all of the items that I have ordered and they are good quality. I had 1 pair of sandals come in the wrong color and when I emailed them they got back to me the same day and told me that the color that I had ordered was out of stock and to just keep the pair that I got and they would credit my card for the shoes and give me a $10 store credit for the mix up. Already have used the store credit for another order. I understand the shipping takes a little longer just because they order in bulk from the places that supply the items once they have all of the orders in... I would not order anything from here that I just had to have by a certain date. =)

Don't be fooled, these aren't great deals! Had been ordering on this site for over a year spending hundreds thinking what a deal I was getting! Then one day I ordered a kids indoor/outdoor tent for $20, went to Ross the next day and saw the EXACT tent for 14.99. Fast forward a few months, bought a kids learning puzzle at Ross for $4 went on the site the next day and saw the exact same puzzle for $8.99!

I would highly recommend zulily. I have bought quite a few Items with only 1 item that had to be sent back. Wrong item was sent. I had no problem returning the item and a quick refund was issued. The only thing I wish is that shipping would be a little faster.

As many other customers said - horrible, horrible shopping experience! Takes forever to receive your order and that's if you're lucky and your items in fact are available. They never let you know if the items you've ordered aren't available or if your order has been cancelled, so you're left to wait for 14 business days, which is almost 3 weeks, just to find out that your order never has been fulfilled. They didn't charge me before shipping, so I didn't need a refund, but still this whole hassle convinced me to shop elsewhere... Moreover, stuff they sell has very nice descriptions and pictures, but no reviews, so I always go on Amazon to read reviews before placing an order, and most of the items I've researched didn't even have good reviews alltogether... Doesn't even make sense to bother. Amazon or Overstock are much more reliable, allow returns and super fast shipping, and most of the time have the same items for the same price!

The velour outfit from Strawberry Shortcake, was pure junk-not fit for the thrift store, where someone else might get stuck with it, and the jacket from another manufacturer was so obviously an irregular. The coloring from the outer surface had bled through to the lining in one place.

My first order for a child's size 7/8 coat and it's a size 4. The label says 7/8 but it's a size 4. Their solution was to charge me a return of $8.95 for a $14.95 coat. Waited weeks for a coat for my granddaughter that she can't wear. Company will fail with such inferior products.

I purchased a well-known, brand of shoes from Zulilly. I received a knock-off brand. Chinese sizing and fake leather. When, I called to return them, I was told I had to have my label emailed to me and printed. That was the only way they would accept the return. I am a, dis-abled, senior citizen. Without a printer! So, it looks like I am stuck, with these mis-marked, plastic, shoes from China. I cant wear them they are tiny and I even sized up when ordering. Never Again!

I ordered a pair of American flag cowgirl boots about a month ago, and just barely got them today! I wanted them for the 4th, but CLEARLY didn't have them! ALSO, the boots look different than the picture! They looked like a rounded toe, and they're completely pointed! I didn't want that, I have a size 8 and don't need them to look any longer so I wanted a rounded toe so I thought these boots were perfect! But NOPE not at all I hate them. They advertised "calf-high" nope, barely above the ankle. They advertised "1-2 days shipping" Hell no, I got them over a month later! And they're telling me they're ineligible for return! Now I understand! Because they aren't like the advertisement, or pictures! Never buy from this site!

I ordered a top on Nov 7th. They didn't ship it until Nov 28th. Now it's stuck in a carrier delay and customer service didn't do anything to help. Their answer was for me to call the carrier and find out what's going on.

I have gotten several items that don't look or fit like they were pictured. One dress that I got looked fitted and really cute and when I got it, it really looks like a nightgown. I am sending it and a sweater back that also fits differently than how the picture looked. It really stinks that I have to pay $8.95 for them to restock it when I am sending it back in its original packaging and paying to ship it.

While Zulily has good prices, it is frustrating if your budget for clothing is exhausted for the month and you have to miss getting the items you want. Greatselection, but I gave received several items th at were not as described. The cost to return items like this is not worth it.

After my previous review. I contacted Zulily again and sent my previous e-mail stating that they should refund my money and pay for the return of the rug. They sent an email saying they were contacting the rug company. Later in the day they said they had refunded the cost of the rug. I am very happy that they came through even though I had to be very persistent to get the refund so I have updated the stars to 3. I will consider ordering from them in the future.

My first purchase was a rug and some king bedding. The bedding was just okay but the rug was advertised as 1/2" thick and plush. It was anything but that. Cheap outdoor rug quality. I complained and their response was an e-mail to send the rug to an address in Georgia and that was it. I responded to verify they would give a full refund and pay for the return and they did not respond. After a few weeks I forwarded the original info to customer service again and received auto responses about how important I was and that they would respond and they never did. Basically, you have to accept whatever they send with no recourse. I will never use their services again.

I only ordered once. And that was quite enough thank you. It was a very cute polka dot jacket. When I received it it was at least a size O when I ordered a 1X. But quite apart from the terrible sizing, the quality of the garment was so cheap it was embarrassing. Perhaps there are some good buys, but buyer beware. With a no return policy you could be stuck as I was of throwing the item in the garbage. No money saved here!

I ordered Swarovski jewelry for a Christmas gift for a loved one. When I got it, it looked super cheaply made and definitely not for the person it was intended for. It looked like a claw machine kids jewelry.
I called Customer Service and the lady was not helpful and condescending. After explaining what happened, she offered to give me a credit. I explained that I will never order from Zulily again and she offered to credit my card. HOWEVER, I paid to ship it UPS and had to call AGAIN. There was no notes, no refund, nothing with the tracking or product and nothing offered. They just kept my merchandise and money. The person I spoke with offered to refund my money after explaining I didn't want a credit. It'll take a week to get the money back.

I am giving zulily 5 stars because I ordered two activewear pants in two different transactions and they only charged me for postage once and I received my items very quickly. One item was not quite what I wanted so I emailed them to organise a refund, they responded to all my emails quickly and put my refund into my bank account without me posting back the item! They told me to keep the pants and give them to someone who needed them Thank you zulily! I will be shopping with you again!

I wanted to add an item to a return that I had not shipped yet. Zulily said no, I had to purchase another label. I had not sent the package. They will do anything to extract additional fees from their customers. The company matches their clothes. CHEAP
