In this world of online shopping, Zulily is one site that you can depend on for variety, good prices and great service. I have had only a few issues with orders, but they have stood by their products and made it right. I appreciate the excellent service... that is hard to come by these days!

I've purchased many items from Zulily and it's always easy and way cheaper than anywhere else. I was impressed with Customer Service when I needed them. I just wish everything shipped in three to five days. But it's worth waiting if I can get such great buys.

I'd want for everyone to have the same experience I've been having, and if there's been a problem, Zu always makes up for it. I've learned what works & what doesn't to a large extent. I've learned never to order fresh plants-not once have they come to me alive, the photos are always beautiful, so it can be a real draw to buy them. The kitchen & household items are usually spot-on, though, as are some of the clothing manufacturers, always check the sizing chart and some of the companies will even print if the sizes run large or small, which is a great help. The customer service people are just that--there to serve the customers. If you are thinking about shopping here, go ahead and take the plunge, and if you've ordered before but have been disillusioned give them another try, who knows, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I am a plus-size woman, and it's so nice to have the great selection compared to stores. Very reasonable prices; especially their sales. They will also refund damaged items, or give you store credit so you can select something else. I have been doing all my clothing shopping with Zulily for over a year, and remain a satisfied customer.

Really, my only complaint is the packaging. Usually order several things at a time, and sometime products are not sufficiently protected. Also, single items arrive in over sized boxes. Shipping is a little high, especially on single items. But I am unable to get out and shop, so sometimes I have to pay the price. Customer service is great however. Problems are treated with quick response.

This company is such a scam. It takes 4 - 5 weeks to get your order from the time you purchase it and then it is not at all the quality or fit they describe. I ordered a medium and got an extra large. They don't do refunds either - only store exchanges - for more shoddy products. Would rate it as 0 if I could.

I have to echo the other reviews I've read here. Terrible customer service and ludicrous shipping delays. I inquired as to why my order was going on three weeks before even being "transferred" to Zulily for shipping to me and they just vaguely blamed it on the manufacturer. A week later, I received an email that they'd be unable to fulfill my order (took that long to learn that?) and offered me $10 as compensation. Hilarious since their basic rate shipping is $6. Thanks for the big $4 "credit," Zulily. Don't bother with this site, it's not worth it.

Do not order clothing from this company. I have placed two now and their clothing sizes are way off and the quality of the clothes are junk. Leather jacket zipper separated from coat in two days, lining in pocket ripped in three, fourth wear leather bubbling. Pants arrived with frayed hem on one leg and was the wrong size. I understand their business model but my last purchase did not show up despite the guaranteed delivery date of before Christmas. Save your money and buy from someone else!

I really wish I had read these reviews first. What junk! I even "contacted" the company to complain about the extremely low quality (but high prices). Do you know what the reply was? "We hope you're enjoying your products." Um... did they even read my email? Evidently not! I'm dreading the other two products I purchased. Seriously a huge waste of money.

Ordered a Halloween costume from zulily. Was shocked at shipping cost but went ahead as my daughter had chosen it. Item stated that had previously been £50. I ordered it for £18.99 plus postage. When it did not arrive after a month I emailed their customer service to find they had no record of order.
Thankfully as they do not charge until shipped I was not charged.
I then checked other sites and found the same item with the exact same photograph for just over £13 with free postage on a supermarket website. It stated had been £17.99.
Who is correct? I will be talking to trading standards to find out.

Don't use it before you check out other websites. Do not feel under time pressure to buy 'last chance offers' if they may be available more cheaply and more quickly elsewhere. Buyer beware

I have been mainly pleased with shopping Zulily, however there needs to be better descriptions of the merchandise. And I have experienced some major long waits for delivery. Poor Packing has caused damage twice on products I've received, my husband glued a jewelry case back together for me, I really should have returned it. The second incident I texted customer service who refunded the cost to my cc. So, I will probably continue to order in the future but I now know what to avoid in the future.

I love this business. Many pluses ~ prices, styles, sizes consistent with brands, shipping can be slow so be sure to check on that if you need or want something quickly. Minuses ~ return fees are ridiculous high, shipping times can be a pain. Overall more pluses in my book!! People will ask where I bought something and I always answer Zulily!!

Basically, you never knew if your product was gonna be something amazing or something terrible. I've had slightly different items come rather than the thing I ordered and I have also have things come made of a different material than what was stated. I have also received things played very poorly. They used to work really well with you on returns but now their new return policy Has you paying eight dollars to send something back. To my mind, it's not worth it. I'm not ordering from them anymore and my business is going back to Amazon who has a great return policy.

I ordered from Zulily and could not have more disappointed. Such poor quality and poor workmanship that MAYBE would have been acceptable if I were a 12 year old. Everything from the stitching to the fabric quality were horrendous. I am not one to be too fast to say "no" nor do I usually get involved in writing reviews. But let me say this, "shopper beware".
I bought two dresses as a first time shopper. One was not stitched properly at the adjustment strap and was already falling apart. And... Check this out. Had untrimmed seams in the front that needed to tucked out of sight in order to wear it. Horrible. Just horrible.

Only good for getting a deal on trusted brands. On the other hand, if you buy clothing that is pictured on a generic mannequin and lumped in with a bunch of other styles (like a Winter Staples category, etc) it will probably be of poor or irregular quality. That's been my experience at least. I've had good luck though with things like Halo Sleep Sacks and other brands for my baby. Also, once you order something, you just have to put it out of your mind because shipping can take a while.

Brand names only, don't buy if you are in a time crunch (like the wedding is in two weeks or something)

Horrible site! Don't get deceived by all the fancy promotion they do everyday on their site! I ordered 5 items within a week, it's been almost a month I still haven't received the shipment. I ordered it believing the items would be delivered on time before our travel, but had to make alternate arrangements. If zulily does not streamline their logistics, it won't stay in business for long..

I have had several issues with orders. First, an order was cancelled because the product was not available, why offer it for sale if it is not available? Second, an item was received damaged, a hole in the dress where the tag was sewn in and a ripped seam, no returns or replacements from this site. Third, quality is below average on some clothing items and since there is no returns you are S. O. L. One good thing if the item is damaged they will credit your card and issue a "store credit". Also, never order something that you need immediately, there is no express shipping and it takes about 3 weeks to receive an order.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a canvas of a Moose. The photo shown was all dark colors with maroon. It came with yellow, orange, red and Kelly green. So ugly. Given the run around by 3 different service reps. Never shop there.

I love shopping at Zulily. A little too much sometimes. The prices are great and they offer so many different things. I have received a couple of items that were broken or the wrong item, but they were quick to fix the situation and even gave me credit towards my next purchase. I love that you can spread out your payments for three months also.

I ordered more then 25 clothing items in 8 orders. The wait for my packages didn't bother me. Mostly of the items fit, some were slightly smaller. I got compliments on the pants and tunics when I wore them. Two pair of leggings I ordered were see-through and not what I expected for $9.99 each. The bad experience came with 2 Aggie personalized beach towels $24.99 each. Too thin, small and when I washed them in cold water the red stripes ran on the white stripes.
Originally the NO RETURN policy didn't concern me but now it does.
I don't think I will buy anything from this site again

I've reviewed before. I make several purchases monthly, mostly children's items - clothes, toys and shoes and some household items.
I do my research. I price check and read reviews from other sites for the products I purchase. And I don't count on receiving my item any time soon. 50% of the time I will find an item cheaper elsewhere, but you need to take into consideration shipping costs and convenience. I have never had to attempt to return anything and am grateful as I have read it can be difficult when something is not as advertised.

Okay, I've been ordering from this site for over a year. I've mostly been satisfied with all of my purchases. Different places provide the items they sell so sizing for clothing and shoes can vary. It's important to check the sizing chart each time. Also I've learned which brands are better than others. I absolutely love my dresses, jeans, and purses I've gotten from there.

Worst online shopping experience I've ever had in my life. Items didn't arrive for 2 months, sizing is way off, quality is not great and items that were promised to arrive by Christmas didn't show up until January. How are you still in business? Buyer beware.

I just received my first Zulily order. It shipped much quicker then I was prepared for and arrived within 3 days from when it was sent. All three items arrived in beautiful condition and look exactly like the pictures. Sizing is perfect. Thank you Zulily for a fantastic online shopping experience. I will be back to shop again.
