I don't trust them because a relative of mine delt with them before and had nothing but nightmares with Zulily.
You have to create an account to just even see what they have one the site. Hmm, very suspicious!
I don't trust them one bit!

6-years & still Very Satisfied. I shop for a boy & a girl. Good Quality & Extremely nice clothing & shoes. It is important to read the size reviews when purchasing clothing because some items do run big or small ( different brands different sizing), this really helps. I Absolutely Love Zulily - STILL A BELIEVER. The items shown are from Zilily...

I'm still using Zulilly and can honestly say there's not a week that goes by that I do not receive a compliment on something that I've purchased at Zulliy. Still a Good price for Good Quality... and don't forget many of their items have Flexpay. They should change their name to Zu-Really...

Ive been shopping online at Zullily.com since my Great Grand daughter was born 3-1/2 yrs now and I have continuousely been more than satisfied not only with the customer service, price, selection and style not only for her but also myself... The only ( problem is trying to decide what to get) the selection is Great and constantly updated... The quality is unbelivably good and they even have a last chance page... I am truly pleased with Zulilly and would reccomend to anyone, if you like a bang for your buck you should try Zullily out you wont be sorry... You know Im not a betting woman but if I was I'd be willing to bet you cant look at their site without placing an order!

The variety of clothing is awesome. There's literally something new every day! I only wish there were more free shipping offers and easier returns like other online businesses offer. That would make a good thing even better!

I use the Zulily app, LOVE IT. I've ordered between 20-30 times now and only1outfit was too small-said size 5 (toddler) but its more like a 3. Everything else I've been thrilled with! Shipping takes a LONG time, I expect 4-5 weeks about. I know I've read companies ship to Zulily then Z ships to customers. I log into account and can see if 'shipped to Zulily' or 'shipped to' me. I've bought shoes that were $120 for $15 (saw same brand online elsewhere for $120!) and every time I wear them ladies stop me to ask about them! (they are Muluks brand, VERY cool wedges)
Anyway, 2 times something I've ordered has been oversold, Zulily gave me $10 credit instantly! One time it was for a $6 cheer leading hair bow!
(worth $14 online). Very reputable company BUT plan on long shipping times and buy accordingly if you are buying for little ones (this isn't difficult folks).
My eBay name is heatherj. If you want to make sure I'm a 'normal' person, although one of my 4 children might disagree :).

Ordered a blouse from the Reborn Collection described as "white & pink floral paisley tunic" for $29.99. Ok so the description doesn't make it sound fabulous but it was really pretty in the picture. I don't care that it took three weeks to be delivered. But the quality makes me think this was put together by some poor child laboring somewhere on the other side of world. The material is so sheer that you can see my undergarments. In addition the seams on the side are gathered like they didn't know how to see two pieces of fabric together. There are long threads hanging down which I guess they couldn't be bothered to cut. The buttons don't close properly. And finally, it looks like I'm wearing one of those old fashioned moo moos. And worst of all I just discovered it can't be returned.
Tip for consumers:
Determine before you buy if the product can be returned. Cause you're gonna want to return it.

On Zulily you can find great deals on name brand items as well as good prices on names you have wanted to try but wasn't so sure about or were not available in your area. It is VERY important to read when the particular sale ends for the items you want, some sales can go for 2-3 weeks. It is only after the sale ends that your order is sent to the original supplier/manufacturer for order fulfillment and shipping. Note that some items are not returnable. The problems I have had with Zulily were from my own misunderstanding of procedures. I have been satisfied with all of the name brand items such as shoes, boots, clothes, baby items, household products. I was not impressed with some clothes I purchased during a "blowout" sale. I had never heard of the names, the quality wasn't all that great.
Overall, great website!
Tip for consumers:
Stick with brands you know. Give yourself plenty of time to get the item. No rush orders!

DO NOT BUY!
Way too much trouble ordered something three months ago still waiting. One of those items were canceled, no email to tell me that it was or why. Contacted them they haven't responded, and no refund. NEVER AGAIN!

I have been using Zulily for about a year now. I am loving the Susan Betro tunics and tops, very up to date and feminine. The sleeves are a nice length and the quality it fantastic. I've received everything from Too Faced makeup, Muk Luk socks, hair products to shoes and much more. One minor problem was instantly resolved by a live representative that you get right away with no computerized menus. Their shipping is a little long but not unbearable. The quality is top notch with each vendor. I got a popular brand rug for $20 that is so gorgeous, everyone comments on it. I'm still wearing the Azaela brand tunics and leggings. I check every day to make sure I don't miss a debut product.
Tip for consumers:
Always check the size charts for clothing and have patience with shipping. The Muk Luk socks are soooo soft and I buy them for my family and friends. They're not always available though, but the price is like a third of regular price.

I love the tunics by Azeala and the leggings too. Their plus sizes are great but some of the designers run very small. I stick to Azaela for leggings, they run true to size. You can get really beautiful things and values on this site. It takes a little time for delivery but it's worth it. No refunds, but you can get store credit for returns. They have pocketbooks, shoes, everything. I've bought some Batman coffee mugs that are great. You have to check this out and give them a try.
Tip for consumers:
If you are a plus woman like myself, don't buy the Chloe leggings or Chugger. They run way too small but all the others are great. I'm getting the gastric sleeve and will be left with so many 4x tunics. Maybe I can sell or donate them, lol. Have fun.

I ordered one size 7 pair of shoes. First time customer. You get no order confirmation #on your email. So I dont know. I usually order from amazon. I love amazon. They snd an order confirmation plus you also receive a date that your order will be shipped. And another once it has been shipped. Order always arrives when they say it will. I love amazon. I won't be ordering zulilly again. Dont know if the shoes are coming or not.

I've ordered many items. I've never had a problem. I had one order that I never received and Zulily re-shipped it right away. I have bought a couple items that the quality wasn't that great but overall I've been happy with all of my purchases. I do think Zulily should have a better return policy though.

Have ordered only a few items and thankfully not anything very expensive. Most expensive item was a pair of Ecco sneakers which run about 100 plus $$ the pair I received was 40 bucks for what thought I was a good deal I know the sizing well I have some in my closet. These were too small and sooo cheaply made. What a waste of money! This brand is excellent quality so i am pretty sure these are knock offs. Also bought some pans that were completely different from pic shown on site. Cutting my losses due to crappy return policy and I think the company counts on that BUT how can a co stay in business doing business this way. I will not be shopping this site again! There are way too many other ligit company out there to buy from. It is hit and miss on quality of merchandise... No thank you

1. I ordered a bohemian style long shirt looked gorgeous in the photo, very stylish. Put it in at home - oh don't expect to get anything you order for about a month; obviously been made in China to order - put my love new frock on and asked my husband what I was wearing. His response, "Pajamas and not that cute either". Bingo! Couple doodads for the house that were very cheaply made, and apparently nothing can ever be returned. Nice scam, I am truly surprised they haven't been sued yet for what is basically junk prettied up for pictures. Stay away.

I ordered a dress, size 8, which had a fitted waist line. When I received it, I couldn't even get it over my head/shoulders, much less on. It has no zipper, which is a ridiculous design for this dress. It certainly is not true to size. My daughter, who is a 0-2, could barely get it on.
When I contacted them to complain, I was told that I would receive a store credit but not a refund. They indicate that they are a "final sales" website. I pointed out to them that this was an error/flaw in the dress and advertised size, not simply because I didn't like it. They refused to budge. A store credit does me no good since I will never shop with them again!

They absolutely suck! Their clothes are wonky... cheap and the sizes aren't right. I bought 1X leggings. And they were so small they wouldn't fit a size 10... the jewelry falls apart. And as others have said returning is expensive and that's even IF you can the item. I've gotten a couple of household items that were ok. I certainly don't recommend shopping with them at all. Im sure everything comes from China.

BAIT & SWITCH! Think China is bad. The item I received was nothing like the fancy photographs at all. Looking into returning and found the tricks that Zulily use with lack of ethics. Per return, Zulily jacked up part of shipping and handling which is not returnable to $8.95 not $5.99 like invoice said when it shipped to me. Merchandise toggled down to $2.95 which force you not to return when you only get back $2.95 instead of full payment. Amazon make so much money with little return due to they play no trick of selling crappy products disguised as good products. I live 5 mins drive to Zulliy, will not pay $8.99 for return. I smell Class action lawsuits are comming!

Zulily is amazing. I've been a customer for over two years now and they have always treated me fairly and have always accepted my returns regardless of company policy stated. Most of the time they tell you to keep whatever item you were unhappy with and they will ship out a different size or credit your account for the amount of the purchase and give you a 10-15$ credit as well as a bonus for the inconvience. Yes sometimes shipping is slow but go in to buying from there knowing this. They don't make the products so they have to wait for their vendors to ship it to them and they in turn ship it to us. It's worth it in my opinion. Love Zulily!

Cancerous materials! Do not buy from this company. You will get a warning on the recipt that says there are chemicals on their material that are KNOWN to cause cancer. I asked them how they could sell these types of clothes to childern and they said they would get back to me and never did. One of their tunics caused a burning sensation on my arms. These people should be sued for selling items for children. Some parents don't read their receipts. The receipts dont say might or maybe, they say will cause camcer. Some law passed for california that makes companies warn consumers, BELIIEVE IT. This company is as evil as Monsanto currently being prosecuted in the hague for crimes against humanity and the environment.
Tip for consumers:
After I complained about the cancer causing material for my grand daughter they let me keep the item. I trashed it of course and they refunded my money. I noticed after i complained they decided to market their company as the honest company! Can you believe that?!

Zulilly sells CHEAP merchandise, and i don't mean their prices. Everything that i have ordered, and there will be NO MORE orders from this mamma, was horribly manufactured. The ONLY item that was satisfactory was a pair for dansko shoes for my daughter. All the other no-name items were JUNK! Didn't last through one washing or had such a horrible chemical smell that i had to throw them (remember, they don't accept returns) in my outside garbage! It actually stunk up my huge garage! I do have to say that they do have great customer service, but WTH... they should because of all the complaints i am sure they get. OH! Also, when i first started ordering from them they had a rating system like amazon's. No more rating system! I wonder why?

Where to begin?
Confirmed items in your order can be canceled at any time by Zulily - but NOT by you.
Unless clothes are by a well know brand, colors run, sizing is off, fabric is cheap.
They FREQUENTLY send the wrong item, and it can't be exchanged for the right one because they don't keep inventory.
While they will usually credit your account when there's a mistake, they sometimes send a prepaid return label. And you hope you get the label... waiting... waiting...
It can take over a month to receive an order.
I got addicted to the new daily deals but have realized how much money I've wasted on things I wouldn't normally buy and don't need. It's not worth it, even for the well known brands, because you're not saving money if you also buy "useless" stuff -- eg. A pig that perches on the side of a pot that holds a spoon. Duh!
On the plus side, the Customer Service reps are pleasant and professional.
Farewell Zulily.
Tip for consumers:
Don't!

Zulily items always take a long time to arrive. I wasn't expecting 2-day service. They have, however, recently changed their policies, and I will not order from them again. Keep in mind, I have spent a great deal of money with them over the past few years. Yes, you have to be careful when selecting items, as they are not all as described. It used to be that, if you had a problem with an item, they would credit your account and throw in a few bucks as store credit to keep you happy. Now, you have to pay to return the item, and also pay a "restocking fee", even if they send you THE WRONG ITEM. So, they screw up and I have to pay for it. I'm done with this company. I can find the same items elsewhere and pay a few more dollars, but I don't have to wait a month or more for the item to arrive, and I don't have to worry as much about receiving shoddy merchandise or the wrong products, then having to pay them to take them back.

I purchase a cute tunic from Zulily. The listing showed "imported" and said the item was made for Zulily and would take extra time, that's only part of the story. The item is made for Zulily in China and shipped from there. Three weeks after I paid the status finally showed it being made, six weeks after payment I got the top which I guess isn't so bad from China. The material looked cheap before I even took it out of the plastic bag. The quality of the top is ok but, the craftsmanship is awful. The placket is terrible the buttons are sewn to close to the outer edge so the top gaps even thought it isn't tight. Of course it can't be returned so, I will have to fix it to make it wearable! Now I know why Zulily doesn't allows reviews on their site! Save yourself the headache and avoid Zulily!

They never sent a confirmation upon ordering. I ordered on 9/16 for a10/07 birthday (my grand-daughter's party on October 7th.)I had to go online to search when it would come and it shipped September 30. I live in CT. And after looking up the new delivery date, it will be October 11th... doesn't do me much good when her birthday is the 7th and she is three years old... now what? They offered to refund my money on 10/3 but I could never duplicate order... I would NEVER order from this company again and this was my first time using them. They sounded so great! Customer service was awful just yes, yesing me to death. Very unhelpful... I mean almost a month?

I ordered 2 grils dresses on 6/28/11 as of today 6/20/11 I still have not received anything. According to their tracking information it appears it took 15 days to be ready for shippment and has now been 8 days before it is showing at the local post office. Shipping and handling was $7.95 so it wasn't even "free"
The dresses have missed two mini vacations hoping they come before school begins

I have ordered hundreds of dollars of merchandise from this site and am about to give up. First of all, there is the delay factor. By the time the order arrives, you forget what it is you ordered. Items are flagged as "shipped" when in reality it means "info sent to the shipper to expect a shipment." Weeks go by before you have the items, which, in many cases, are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay smaller than advertised. I am normally a size 4-6, and end up ordering xls, just to get them to fit. No returns. In some cases, the workmanship is hideous, truly seeming to come from a third world country. In their defense, zulily employes competent and courteous staff members who try and resolve issues but it seems that some times, one can't make chicken salad out of chicken poop.

Several things. Shipping takes a LONG time at times - 4 to 6 weeks. The other problem I've had as of late is the inconsistency of sizing. I've not changed size in a year and I tend to stick with the same manufacturer, however the last few times I've ordered something, it didn't fit - too small. Too small ranging from a snug to WAAAAY too small. I recently bought several tops that were completely missized. My mother is 4 dress sizes smaller than me and it was too tight on her! It's depressing. I'm in the middle of a move right now, I have some things I need to return and after I pay my card down some, I think I'll try things that aren't clothes. Hope you can get the size issue addressed. There are some beautiful clothes here, but I'm very wary of purchasing any more.
