First time ordering... ordered a top and a pair of pants. I got a top of POOR quality that was not dyed in one spot (top was teal and a huge white area) and sent me the wrong size pants. And came separately, so how u can mess up both items, I don't know. I think this is CHEAP, CHEAP CHINA made stuff from what I am now reading and from what I saw and felt for myself. The pants were one size under what I wear in PLUS sizing, and these jeans were clearly junior sizing so correct size wouldn't have fit anyways.
Everything looks so good on the website, and such crap when u get it. BEWARE! However, Zulily customer service did refund me my money, and the reps were very empathetic... I'm sure they have plenty of practice.
Tip for consumers:
Try ordering one item before loading up, and check the quality and sizing out..

The quality of most of the clothes are terrible. I have been so disappointed and due to the no return policy, I refuse to spend $80 for something that "Might" fit. No thanks, heading to the mall and will spend a bit more for quality and the option to return the item if i need to. I do not have the perfect body or narrow feet to spend all that money in the hopes it fits right even if the quality on some items is good.
I wouldn't doubt the five star reviews are people paid to do the reviews

Zulily can be hit or miss. After my first order took a month to arrive, I did some research and found that they do not have a warehouse where inventory is kept on hand. Once a sale finishes, they submit the order to the supplier for that sale. Those items have to ship to Zulily before Zulily can ship them to the customer. If you know that going in, it's much less nerve-wracking to have to wait.
As for quality, I've found it best to stick to brands I know. The no-name clothing can be really cheaply made. However, there are great deals to be found on a lot of brands I like - Under Armour, Bogs, Aventura, Asic, Silver jeans, Miss Me, etc. If you know what size you need (returns typically aren't accepted), there are some good finds.

I purchased a dress apparently made especially for zulily. The material was like a 1970s nylon of the poorest quality and it had a horrible chemical smell. The dress looked great on the website but was like a badly made sack. I had to bin it. This was a trial item for me, and it will be my last from this site.

This is the words company I've ever bought anything from on the internet. Bought a bed. Took forever to get it. The posts were too low. Couldn't get a refund. Couldn't get replacement posts. Real $#*! on the phone who didn't care. Don't support this scam business

This compamy is horrible! I ordered many clothing items from them. The first item took a very long time to arrive, first of all. The clothing was poor quality for the price. Then the same size for each piece varied from too big to very very small. You have to have permission to return anything. When I called to set that up, I was lectured about their strict "no returns policy." Finally I was given the return codes to mail this garbage back at my expense. This is the clencher they NEVER give refunds. They gave me credits on my account so I can do this all over again! No freakin' thanks!

Listen, I just ordered from Athleta for the first time. The items didn't fit and ATHLETA paid shipping to return them and I got a full refund. Don't waste your time on companies like Zulily who don't treat you well; life is too short.

I bought 2 bras, 3 baby outfits and a few items for myself. All were cheap materials and overpriced. The bras were extremly uncomfortable and most of the items took 2 months to deliver. This site is a huge joke.

I wouldn't even give it a star, I regret making a purchase from zulily & after this NEVER AGAIN!, about a month ago I ordered two outfits and a toy for my daugther, and like 2 weeks later after ordering I received the toy, 1 more week goes by and I still haven't received the rest of the clothes. So I decide to send them an email, and they just tell me my order has been canceled. Because something went wrong with my card... this company is bull sh*t they're a spam! How come this happened to so many people?

BUYER BEWARE! I should have learned after the first order, but thought it was a fluke. The customer service rep was nice enough to refund my money as a first time buyer, so I thought I wld give it a second chance. Oh my, the jewelry is horrific, the clothes are so cheaply made and the fit is so bad, I can't express to you how bad these clothes are made. I purchased stretch pants to wear under sweaters, NATROTIOUS. Itchy, tore after washing- just BAD. You will wait on average 5-6 weeks for your clothes, refunds take even longer IF they follow through, and even if you pay for express shipping, plan on waiting just as long. They blame it on the "boutiques" they work with. It is just bad! They conveniently don't have a return policy, total rip off! Please please don't waste your money, please. I will say that the customer service reps are very nice but their hands are "tied," they are used to complaints! Bad.

I ordered clothes for Fall. That was almost 4 weeks ago... And you would only see the Estimated delivery time after paying. I wanted to cancel my order when I learned it would take almost a month to be delivered, but I was thinking refund might take even longer so I just decided to wait.
My orders were even divided into two different packages. I was thinking of saving my review till I get my stuff. But either way, I'll still say... And I'm saying it now. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM ZULILY AGAIN!

I will never order again in this Zulily on line shopping. I ordered one Cardigan and three dresses. I got the Cardigan first and when I see it, the material is so cheap! Since then I was worried about the rest of my order. When I got the rest of it and opened it I could not believe that I fall for this. The size is not right and the quality it is very bad. There are threads hanging all over the fabric. Since all sales are finals I was stuck with this stupid dresses that I will not be able to wear and I couldn't even give it away because no one's likes it. For the amount of almost $200.00 a big mistake! Please don't order to this company your money will just go to waste!

Most everything has gone smoothly. One incident were I got the wrong package. The Zulilly rept made me 100%. I am a big fan. I have done most of my Christmas shopping. I think Zulilly is the best place to get fantastic bargains.

I ordered my humidifier from this company on Dec10th. Today is December 28th and I'm still waiting! Really?
While Amazon can get it to me in usually 3 days or less, Zulilly is walking it across the country to get it to me. When complaining they give you their game plan which is to get it from the manufacturers shelf, ship it to one of their centers then turn it around, presumably after repackaging and then ship to the consumer. What a waste of time?
So, essentially they are a middleman. No inventory, no overhead, just a markup.
Who needs them?
You"don't get what you pay for". You wait for it!

I've been shopping for my on zulily for the past 4 years. I have also waisted thousands on zulily the past 4 years. Every time I say I'm done ordering from there I see something that "might finally be good" but nope the quality is horrible, and you can't return. Also, shipping costs are way too high!
You can go to marchalls and find the exact same things for a lot cheaper. Also, jane daily deals is my new go to. I have NEVER had a problem with quality and they ship to you within a week!
Zulily is a great idea but if they could sell us quality I would consider buying again, until then I'm done

DO NOT BUY GIFTS ON ZULILY! I found some really cute items on Zulily that I wanted to send to a friend for her new baby- matching cup & plate set, onesie, bibs & burp cloths. They were all from the same vendor and would be a great gift. I indicated on the order that it was a gift. The problem was that the gifts came in 4 separate shipments. How embarrassing! Had I known this, I would have had the items shipped to me and sent them all together. Very disappointing to say the least!

Shipping is horrible. They sent the wrong items. Gave me a credit but took off for restocking and shipping. Which they shouldn't have since they sent the wrong items. Ordered again and they promised the faster shipping. Its going to take two weeks to ship. And another 2-6 business days to get here. So much for faster shipping. I will never order from them again.

I really like Zulily, most of the sites that they have I don't shop at, but that's fine. I don't shop at most stores either, or buy most brands. But, they do have a number of things, items, and brands that I do shop for, and they have good prices on them, and that's what I love about Zulily. I even bought my new sewing machine on Zulily because I couldn't get a better price anywhere. So, if you don't see what you want today, and you might not see it tomorrow, be patient, it will be there, and you're going to be happy that you waited a little while.

I placed my order on 6.2. I called on 6.16 to check on my delivery. Zoe, in customer service very rudely told me the package would ship on the 19th. No idea when it would arrive. I expressed my displeasure and requested a refund. Zoe disconnected at this point.

I have placed several orders with Zulily; my last order will, however, be my last. I ordered 3 tops--all size 1x. One the the tops was three times the size of the others. It was clearly at least a size 3X. In an increasingly frustrating thread of emails, I got nothing but bizarre, stock responses that did not address any of my concerns. I sent pictures of me wearing overwhelming top. Finally I sent a picture of my 320 pound 6'9" college-rugby-playing son wearing the top--which was big even on him, and he wears a size 3XLT. Despite the fact that they sent the wrong size, they still insisted on charging me for the return. I would rather give it to Good Will and wash my hands of the company.

I just received a jewelry purchase that consisted of 2 pairs of earrings. My order was: 1 pair of 14k pink sapphire earrings, 1 pair of lever back silver garnet earrings. I was so excited to get these and didn't mind the long wait. They arrived today and I am beyond disappointed! The pink sapphire earrings are in 925 silver (yes, I took pictures of the 925 stamp on both the post and earring back and the garnet ones didn't even have to stones in the earrings! The literally were at the bottom of the small bag. One of the stones appears to have been in the prongs at some point, but the other prongs are closed to tightly for a stone to ever have fit in there. Needless to say, I have emailed them but based on the reviews here, I gather I may not get much resolution.

I ordered a size medium. Zulily says that I sould have known that a size medium is a size 4! Now they want me to pay return postage AND a restocking fee! What a horrible scam. I suppose they can continue to restock and resell this "medium" size 4. They can make money each time they dupe a customer by getting restocking fees over and over on the same defective merchandise.

I found so many shoes I was looking at and wanted to ask my parents if I could get some. One day later, I can't find ANY of the shoes I had saved and wanted. I can't even find these shoes anywhere else. Honestly, I wouldn't even give it a one star.
Tip for consumers:
Unless you will order THAT SECOND it might not be worth looking through this website. It's pretty expensive and confusing too.
