When I found out it takes a month to receive my order, I cancelled all five of them. After I read all the other reviews, I'm so glad I cancelled. I can't imagine how long it would take if I had to get anything exchanged. I had to tell them to refund the shipping fee they charged me, otherwise, they weren't going to. I am told my refund will be per item and not per order. I will have to add up each item to make sure it totals correctly. UGHHHHH

Tip for consumers:
Do not order anything you need straight away. It takes a month to receive it.

I live in a very isolated town. There aren't many choses for shopping. I have to go to Lubbock or Amarillo, TX to get anything other than basic supplies. Zulily is my life saver! I can find things for my family and have them sent directly to them. I can find things that I can't find here. I order for me as well. I love the free shipping after paying for it once. I will continue to use Zulily.

I ordered a few tops. The quality of the material was horrendous I couldn't believe it. It was so so cheap! I was shocked. Didn't bother to return despite the order being over £100 - all the labels were accidentally removed. I unsubscribed and will never use or recommend to anyone. Worst on line shopping experience ever.

I purchased a Chi. Curling iron for Christmas notified them within 30 days if doesn't heat up. They will do nothing because they start from day of purchase.

Zulily charges for shipping, though they show no urgency with shipping your order. 4 week ship time for items suppedly in stock is ridicuolus. Return policy is flat-out poor. Unlock free shipping seems to mean nothing as even when effective dates are noted, they disappear as if you won't remember the listed dates an hour later. For whatever reason their website requires a change of passwood every time you sign in, more hassle. Merchant code error stops the checkout process. Being you're the mechant, this would be something for you to fix not the customer. Customer service folks where pleasant enough, though they they didn't seem to have the same info on an issue discussed one hour apart. Honestly, poor checkout, poor shipping, poor return policy, poor communication, why bother? Save yourself the headache, shop somewhere else.

I was unaware my purchases were coming from China... no where did i see that. I ordered 4/7... several shirts... 2 was delivered and for the proce i was sadly disappointed. I ordered by the size chart, which concerned me as i had to order a 1X... and i am not any more than a large. One of the shirts dies not fit across my hips, the other is wayyy too big. I have learned a valuable lesson... never order from this company, ever!. I am still waiting on my other deliveries, they show they are still in China... so done! This is why i cant do a teturn because my stress level will not work for me, can you imagine returning an item? No!

It takes weeks to get your order if you can get it at all. If you try cancel the order they either say they can't cancel it or promise a partial refund and you get PENNYS of your dollar. On a $28 order I got a refund of $2. I'm in the process of a disputing the transaction through PayPal.

I have ordered from zulily mutliple times and am aware the shipping time is slow - at best.
My last order was placed on August 12th (it is now August 27th) and the product has not even been received at zulily from their "partners". I do not understand why it takes more than 14 days for ANY supplier to ship a product) The delay in receiving a product, overshadows the "cuteness" or deal I might finde.
While zulily offers unique items at decent prices, there are enough websites out there to have products that are just as unique with much better delivery times.

Terribly disappointed in the quality of the toddler superhero batman and robin costumes I ordered, very cheaply made, took forever for them to arrive almost 3 weeks and the superman/batman cape I ordered after 3 weeks of waiting they cancelled the order said they could not complete my order, gave me a 10 dollar credit which I will never lose because I believer the quality and customer service are unsatisfactory.

I brought a couple of things from Zulily.com but wasn't impressed so asked them to close my account around the 2nd January, sent email to them. No problem they said will be closed in 48hrs, fine I thought. Checked after 3/4 days still not closed it! I've been sending them emails for past month asking them to close my account literally every week! WTF! What is wrong with the staff at Zulily? Are they on Jamaican time! I just want my bloody account closed!

I ordered 2 items of clothing on January 26th. Today is February 9th the day they said (after I paid for them) they would arrive. Ok, 15 days... that sucks. Zappos delivers the next day and 6pm in 3 days. Well, they did not arrive today. No email to explain. I checked the delivery date and now they are arriving on the 11th. Zappos and 6pm do not charge for delivery, they charged $5. What the heck! Just crappy.

I have purchased many, many items. I have been pleased with some and very displeased with others. Today I received a swarovski
Crystal ring and the stones are loose in the bag! I never even opened it! No Clothing items have EVER fit & the return cost is much too high. Yes, the items were a bit cheaper than in a store BUT - NOT worth it! I think I'M DONE with this business.

I agree with all the negative reviews thus far. DO NOT ORDER fr zulily because it will take close to a month before you recieve an your order. It's ridiculous the amount of time the shippment stays "in transit" when you check your order status. I placed my order on June 1st and it's now June 20th. My order has been "in transit" for almost 3 wks now, when it states on the website that it should ship in 10-14 days. This site is a rack of bull$#*!. I will never order for zulily again. I'd much rather shop on other website where my order will arrive to me in less than a week for only $6 shipping.

I'm surprised to read so many negative reviews - I've been ordering from Zulily for about two years and I've always been very happy with my purchases. I've ordered many items from the brands Eloges and Reborn - always arrived as described and they've become my wardrobe staples! The only downside is that items usually take several weeks to be delivered, so I wouldn't recommend using Zulily if you need a garment on a very specific date. Other than that, I've found their customer service friendly and responsive. On one occasion they sent my the wrong item and when I let them know they reimbursed me immediately AND I got to keep the item (which I really liked although it wasn't what I'd initially ordered!). Another time that the item wasn't shipped within the normal timeline, I emailed to complain and they immediately gave me store credit. When the dress did arrive it was lovely and just as expected. I'll keep ordering from them again.

Please do not buy anything from this website! Like all the other reviews, I was promised to receive my items before Christmas. It's Christmas Eve, and they finally told me my package is lost! ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS? This is some BS they're pulling! They offered me my refund and $15 store credit... well they can keep their freaken $15 store credit and shove it up their a**!

I have been satisfied with very purchase that I have made. I thinks it helps if you really pay attenion to the details on the product to be sure its what you want. I like that when ordering it tells you when an item is going to ship out, thatI way I can decide if I want to wait that long.

Zulily DOES NOT stand by its products. If you have not heard of the brand it is a Chinese Knockoff they will not stand behind. I have over 20 items from the Zenana and they lasted through one washing on delicate cycle!

Ordered 6 items on 11/30 with "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery." My own personal experience my orders would come about 21-30 days later, which was ok, sort of. I emailed zulily on 12/17 asking for a date it would arrive..."its on the way, absolutely it will arrive before Christmas." its now Dec. 22, i received an email stating my orders wont come until after Christmas! WTF?! If zulily told me by email on 12/17 it wont arrive, or i wouldve taken a "it probably will arrive" i wouldve been ok with that, bc i have enough time to shop for 6 girls! I now dont have time, christmas exchanges start today. Ive told myself before that i wouldnt order from zulily again, but i gave another chance bc it guaranteed a by Christmas Delivery and price was cheaper. This time... Done with Zulily. Ive deleted their app and unsubscribed from their emails. LOVE AMAZON PRIME and will pay $5-8 more for 2 day received! Bye Felicia

Well, I'll start off saying that I used to LOVE zulily. Ordered toys and clothes for my 2 year old there constantly! Was never disappointed. But lately, the orders have been taking FOREVER to ship. I ordered something on May 19th for Father's Day. It's June 7th now, Fathers Day is in a week and a half and my order still hasn't shipped. The last package I received had 2 items missing. I called customer service and they refunded me the money. One of the items I did actually receive looked NOTHING like the picture. Overall, I'm beginning to become less and less thrilled with this site. :( This site is a HIT or MISS. Most of the items I've received I've been happy with.

Items take longer in some cases, and the items don't show where they are made and shipped from. When the items are shipped from out of the United States the items are cancelled and no reason is given other than they are cancelled and a credit will be given.
I feel we should be informed about items from other countries.
I will say I have had to work with customer service in the past and they were very informative, if they didn't have an answer they found one for you, and I appreciate that from Zully. I have had to return some things that were not quality, but for the most part, everything is very nice. I purchased a pair of shoes for myself. I wear a size 8, but ordered a size 8.5. Well, they were so small I couldn't believe it. I even checked inside the shoe to be sure there wasn't an error. I contacted them for return, and they wouldn't give me my refund. I have to accept a credit to their site. I expressed my feelings about not being able to get a refund, and they tell me that because of their discount pricing, they don't refund. What a bunch of bull. After reading the other comments on this site, I wish I had checked them out before I made purchase with this company. I think the shoes were defects…. They couldn't possibly be a size 8.5. Don't deal with this company…they stink.

I love Zulily! I buy so many things from them and the quality has been great. I mean ALOT of things! I love the return policy and have purchased shoes to jewelry to children and adult clothing. I love that so many things are different an unique items! I always get asked where I have gotten someone and laugh as it ususally is ZULILY!

This was the worst experience in a very short timeframe! I ordered two items with them on. Thursday, checked my order status on Saturday and found NO HISTORY of my order that I have a confirmation message from them stating they would let me know when it ships... I emailed and spoke to them on the phone and we went circles around each other stating I don't exist in their system... long story short. I canceled my payment through the bank... WORST COMPANY EVER!

LOVE LOVE LOVE ZULILY

I've put in probably over 100 orders over the past 2 years. I've learned over time to order name brands or do some research before purchasing. For example, sometime I check out Amazon to compare prices and sometimes Amazon is cheaper. Every single time I've had a problem with an order, the Zulily customer service has refunded my money, not expected me to return the item and usually given me a store credit. So, if your order is time sensitive, yeah, don't order it from Zulily because it can take a long time and yeah, once or twice they have run out of stock on something I really wanted--but heck, who cares. I just absolutely love this site--I pretty much buy everything for my house and family from Zulily at this point.

I have purchased several items from them. I decided to take advantage of there free 3 day shipping. What a joke! I ended up getting charged for shipping when it was so called free. Then I placed a order for several items. It said get your items faster pay an additional 7.95 and get them it was the 5th of May by May 12th. I received one of the items and was told the others wouldn't ship until May 22nd. I contacted them about this and they were no help! Unbelievable!
