AWESOME COMPANY! I am a customer for about 3 years. First, before you buy, read the company policy! Delivery, return policy, etc... YES, I had two problems in all this time! When I call, the customer service was very professional, apologise and gave me $10 credit each time I called. I usually buy from Brazil to have the package delivered at my sons address in Charlotte, NC. For Christmas, I purchased a fill things for my grand kids and among them, I purchased a boot for my grandson. According to my son, it was defective. He called Zulily and the CS lady apologise, gave him a $10 credit to my acct. And told him not to return the product because they do not accept returns. She told him do keep the product. WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY ABOUT ZULILY! G R E A T C O M P A N Y!

My hope is that Zulily would present the product information (pictures, text, etc.) more consistently. And the often long wait to receive orders is frustrating.

I don't know why I keep getting sucked into Zulily time and time again. I have found some pretty cute shoes for my kids from them in the past, particularly when shopping for brands I already know and love. But I refuse to buy clothes for myself from them again. What I have gotten was poor quality and often not even close to the right size, no matter what the tag says. The first time I received an ill-fitting item (which said medium but fit like an extra small) I contacted them and received a refund. Customer service was actually great. Since then, however, I have had other items with poor fit and I didn't bother even contacting them. I decided to suck it up as a learning experience and stick to shoes for my kids. So, while shopping for said shoes, I found a purse I just had to have. Ugh. Supposedly a $300 Italian leather bag for $65. I know, I know. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The bag arrived faster than usual. (Don't use Zulily if you're in a hurry. They advertise stuff for Christmas for example that will never arrive in time.) But if this bag is a $300 item, I am a purple unicorn. It's okay looking and the leather is soft but the detailing on it is kind of cheap looking. And Zulily had the dimensions listed incorrectly on the website. Oh and they shipped a nice leather purse in a flimsy bag, not even a box. I'm quite surprised it arrived without damage. Note to self: stop ordering from Zulily!

I ordered at least a dozen items, I've gotten 4 things so far, usually one at a time, and then I noticed a refund for a sweatshirt, lol, I will keep waiting for the rest of my order, however, I will NEVER EVER BUY ANYMORE STUFF FROM ZULILY... ps. Your customer service sucks!

Bought 2 vests for Christmas sz XL with a cap sleeve. Fits more like a small. NO RETURNS Will probably give to the goodwill. Out about $60. Never again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything that doesn't offer a return.

I used to like Zulily, but they have quickly become obsolete. First, orders take too long to arrive and I have even found myself waiting weeks for an item only to have the order later cancelled by Zulily. Payment options are limited even on their most expensive items. They always charge for shipping even when their competitors don't. It is hard to filter for needed items on their site, and the offerings are tiredly predictable. They run out of inventory on items too quickly. Processing returns is difficult and expensive. There are insufficient ratings on their items (I usually have to go to Amazon's site to see if the item can be found there and what the actual client ratings are). They aren't even really a savings or discount retailer either. Usually the items I find on Zulily are only $3-$5 less than what I can purchase on Amazon, and once you pay for shipping, etc…it ends up being the same price (only with Zulily I have to wait 3 + weeks to get the item, but Amazon will get it to me in two days). On Amazon or Walmart.com, I have the reassurance that I am getting a quality product because I am able to view thousands of product reviews. Zulily items generally do not have reviews and when they do, you might be lucky if there are even 10. Don't waste your time…use Amazon or Walmart.com.

Tip for consumers:
They always charge for returns and when you purchase clothes…the sizing is way off…so make sure you check all sizing scales.

Other than clothing, some of the products that are for the gardens or anything that is not worn, the products are different from other companies. I find it hard to wrap my head around the fact that QVC owns ZULILY but can not use their expertise at ZULILY.
Also the time from placing the order and when you receive it is much longer than QVC's delivery times. I think that QVC should get involved in ZULILY's business organization
To put QVC's methods to work at ZULILY.

I wish I had done my usual research before I made my shoe purchase! I bought and PAID ( paid being the operative word here) for a pair of OK shoes on the 7/2/2014 and the darn things haven't even been sent yet! They are not expected to be shipped until the 7/19/2014 REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Zuilly Avoid avoid avoid

Why are your reviews so poor? I guess maybe it's because when you order, they charge you and then you don't even receive the merchandise for another 6 weeks! I'm still waiting for my order.

I really like Zulily---I've ordered a LOT from them. And it's a lot easier returning items now than it used to be if they don't work for you. Really quality clothes and not that expensive!

Takes forever to get the products, I ordered tennis shoes and regret it... colors were off, but gave them another chance and order workout leggings that take over a month to arrive and were the WORST QUALITY I EVER SEEN ON LEGGINGS! And I'm talking 19.99 up... If you go to tj maxx you will find much better quality and price, sorry but I send zulily to spam and erase THE APP.

Ok, so I've read many reviews and every complaint seems explainable. As with any online purchase, there is always a chance of not getting "exactly" what you expected. That's the price you pay for not shopping and seeing and touching before buying. Having said that, I feel the need to defend Zulily, because they explain on their website that the orders take awhile, and why. They also explain their policy concerning refunds, and it is very easy to unsubscribe to their e-mails. I have placed several orders with Zulily, and have not once been disappointed by my purchase... surprised by color once, but not disappointed. I have been extremely satisfied with quality and pricing. I purchase clothing and shoes for my granddaughter, and I plan ahead... because I understand how Zulily works, and know that I won't get the items that I order right away. Do your research people. If you must have the instant gratification... go to the mall, if you can plan ahead and/or wait a month for your purchase, Zulily is awesome! BTW... Zulily doesn't make what they sell... if there is a quality issue, inform them so that their purchasers can address the issue... help them out, nobody's perfect. Even Wal-Mart has defective items sometimes. I always get compliments on how my granddaughter is dressed and I don't have to break the bank to give her a unique look! Thanks Zulily. :)

I hardly ever shop online. I ordered boots for my daughter. They not only took a while month to get the product to me but my order was missing items I ordered and when one pair of winter boots came the product wasn't what I ordered. I ordered 2 pair of boots. One winter black 38th faux fur trim and other fashon size two. I received a taupe riding boot in a size 8. Which it's even MY size! Then when I called to get it fixed they confirmed a full refund of 50.93. But the email they sent saying I will only be receiving 18.00 back! I reported them to the better business bearu. This is so disappointing. Now I have to wait until I get the full refund to even get her winter boots as town is an hour away! Its below 0 and I have a 20' snow drift in my yard and my daughter has to walk to school and back everyday!

Painfully slow to ship. Items so far have been cut rate quality. Items are not true to size and the ability to return is hit or miss. Don't trust the sizing guide. You get what you pay for here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I received an item that they stated cost $400 and I was getting for $190! The item they sent wasn't even worth $50.00! Then I called them to return it and they talk to me as if they were doing me a favor! Also I had to pay my own shipping which was $33.00! This is crap! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not waste your time and money. It is better to pay full price then to deal with these people. Takes weeks to get your stuff, customer service is awful, and they do not give refunds and you cannot return anything. I received one damaged item which was not my fault and they still gave me a credit for their site instead of a refund and it took forever! They also cancelled 18 other items I ordered, never shipped them and charged me for them a month earlier and never refunded me the money! Ridiculous! If I did not check my paypal I would have never known they just decided to cancel the items and keep the money! That is FRAUD and stealing! I am still waiting for a refund and I will be filing charges with paypal and my credit card. Another thing they do is charge you weeks and weeks before they ship. No one does this. You always get charged when stuff is shipped but not this company they charge you immediately then it takes many many weeks to get your stuff. I will never shop with them again and I suggest you do not even try or you will get ripped off!

First let me say that I have used Zulily for about four years and spent hundreds of dollars, mostly on childrens items. The first few orders, everything went swimmingly. But the last two years have been one mistake after another, and the customer pays the price for their mistakes. I recently received a size 2 dress when I ordered a size 4. The cost was $32.99. Not cheap by my standards. AFTER I returned the size 2 dress, they put credit back on my credit card which had recently been closed due to fraud. And they only put $29.99 back and gave me the remaining $10 as store credit. AND when the correct size is available to buy again, I am welcome to reorder it, but of course I will have to pay the shipping charges again. WHAT? This was not my mistake! Last week, I received the personalized beer mugs I ordered. When the order was made, I was instructed to print the last name in a box. Not the plural last name, just the last name. The mugs came saying, "Enjoy the lake, with the SMITH" and "Go jump in the lake, with the SMITH". It doesn't even make sense. Oh yes, they will try to get new ones or credit my account, but it will take 7 more weeks to get an answer from the vendor. Not much good for a birthday gift in five weeks. I could go on and on, constant problems. Their service, quality, shipping time have gone way down hill. When I get all of my issues resolved, I am done!

I absolutely LOVE Zulily. I have gotten the best deals, cutest clothes and greatest presents. I have found brands that I am loyal to as well as things I would have NEVER found if I were in a box store. I especially love the yearly Cabi sale and my dog adores her Bluberry pet sweaters!

It would be so much better if registration was not forced early on. Registration is best performed during checkout, and not when I'm trying to add things to my cart/favorites.

I bought 2 tunics which were cheaply made. The fabric is terrible and the tunics looked nothing like the pictures! Please don't order from this company! You'll be extremely disappointed!
