I love this site! They are a middleman for some great products. I have purchased toys, home decor, rugs, a few pieces of furniture, clothing, essential oils, shoes, kitchen items, and lawn decor at discounted prices. I have never once been disappointed with what I received. BUT BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING, I research the internet to ensure I'm getting the best price and I search reviews of the products if they are available. This sites merchandise changes daily/every few days. I don't often purchase clothing because much of it is made in China and I'm very selective regarding the brands I buy. They do offer a lot of yoga/athletic apparel from some top brands. It's a fun site to browse. WARNING: if you are expecting to receive your items quickly, this might not be the best place for you to shop. They are very upfront about shipping times though. Shipping can be costly but if you purchase something you find at a low cost shipping is $5.99-$6.99 and then shipping is free for the rest of the day. If you order on Friday you get the whole weekend for free shipping. I know some people have had a bad experience with Zulily but if you take the time to research before you buy and you purchase brands you have heard of, you can get some very good deals.

Ordered from zulily one time. I got the wrong items, it took almost 2 months for them to arrive and I paid almost 20 dollars in shipping. I'll never purchase anything from zulily again

Ordered a number to tops. They were such poor quality I sent them to Good Will. I now know why they have a no return policy. The items looked nothing like what was pictured.

First... I ordered almost $300 worth of plus sized women's clothing. The $300 was immediately charged to my credit card but today I received a portion of my order... only a portion. Clothing was ordered 3 weeks ago! All other companies I have ordered from don't charge my card until they ship the product. Not so with zulily. It seems, from my experience, our credit cards are charged immediately upon order.
Second... and maybe most importantly... the quality of the fabric is shoddy to say the least. From the minimal explanation given of the piece of clothing, I was under the impression that everything was cotton and/or linen. That turned out not to be the case. Several pieces were "old school" polyester type fabric. Really, really disappointed. Can not see myself ever ordering from zulily again. Unfortunately, the pieces do not look anything like the pics on line. Very disappointed. They were each just under $30 and looked like they could have come from the used selection at salvation army. No intent to "dis" salvation army.

I love most everything I buy. I am still learning how to compensate for the size adjustments. I wish you could get a little more acquainted with U.S. sizes. That would help a lot!

Don't ever buy clothes from zulily the fabric is terrible, I bought flannel shirts that were mostly nylon and I am sitting here freezing. The other products are somewhat ok but not the clothes

Items come and go so you have to check regularly but wow. I am a Zulily fan. Order early as some items take awhile to arrive, but the quality is exactly as you see it, sometimes even better.

Customer Service is terrible. I talked to for 4 or 5 different agents and they were all rude and dishonest. First 2 stated I need to be patience, when my order was a week pass due. The next agent stated that Zulily cannot control the manufacturers delays, You can just wait or get a refund. Once the item shipped, I did not receive the package. This agent tried to tell me I received my package, I told her I was looking at the tracking information on my computer and on what date does it say that? She started saying, Uh Uh Oh ya. You did not receive it. She then told me, that I needed to go to the post office and ask the Postal Service to find my package. USPS stated that the seller (Zulily) needed to request the tracking. Why does Zulily think there customers need to find there packages. I came home and called Zulily back and asked for a refund. I received a refund for my item, but not the shipping. Which 2 different agents stated said I would receive. What a waste of time and money. I will never use that site again or recommend it. If you could leave a ZERO star I would. Thank you for reading my Vent!
