I am soooo dissapointed! I ordered two items on Jan 1,2014. One was a pair of gray tights/yoga pants which aren't here yet. The other was a really pretty hanging vase. Rustic metal with a chain holding a glass vase. I got it today... CRACKED AND BROKEN WITH A PIECE THAT JUST FELL OUT! They didn't even have enough bubble wrap around it to keep it from getting broken! These orders can sometimes go through a lot of rough handling... we all know this... so why would it not be wrapped heavily. I'll NEVER order from them again and sending it back? I shouldn't have to waste my time. Even if they paid for me to ship it back, it is a waste of my time... and the first time ordering from them too... LESSONS LEARNED. (sad right now) :(

Very poor quality item. The lining that connects to the bottom frill seam shows because it's longer than the sweater and it shouldn't. Will not wear, waste of money.

My purchases from Zulilly took over a month to receive, none of the sizes were correct, very cheap material for the pricing, Would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Cheep made clothes, holes in them, strings hanging, seams not sewed, now let talk shipping, they use to send fedex or ups and you would get youer stuff in a timley mannor, now its newgistics, very bad, if it doesnt get lost, it will take 1 month to 3 weeks to get the items.Ive ordered from china and got my stuff quicker. They charge big bucks for cheeply made stuff. Dont waiste youer money.

I will NEVER order anything from Zulily again! I am STILL waiting on my items that were ordered back on the 30th of August. And when I e-mailed to inquire about the status I get an e-mail saying they had problems processing my payment. Hmmm, that's funny because I can see where they charged my account. There was an item that I was considering buying, but then when I did a search to see if I could find the item cheaper elsewhere I found that both Target AND Walmart had the identical item for less. And I KNOW they won't take almost 3 weeks to ship my stuff.

Terrible place to buy clothes from. I believe they get their products from China. I placed 4 orders within a two week period recently. All of them are shipped very slow and all items (clothing and 1 pair of shoes) were all cheaply made and the sizing was off on everything. Everything was smaller than it claimed and the clothing is so lopsided you could swear it was made in a sweat shop by a 5 yr old. This one shirt had one sleeve higher than the other and was really short and it was supposed to be plus size. I purchased pants that literally started right under my chest (in the photo they hit right under the belly button), were dragging on the floor and skin tight. Do not order clothing, especially plus size items from Zulilly, you will be disappointed! I imagine they get all their stuff from China or companies who have their stuff made there. Poor quality, sizing way off and conveniently you can not return any of it because they don't accept returns. I wonder why? Because they know you won't be happy.

Never, ever would I have thought that I would have to wait a month for even one item to ship. When you're excited to buy new things from a well commercialized site the last thing someone would imagine is waiting a month to get even ONE item. I feel that it is not well documented that shipment would take as long as it has. I am disappointed because after waiting all this time I decided to research how others feel after Zulily & now looking at all the reviews, I find out that this problem/complaint is not new. How has nothing changed or been forced to change on Zulily's end? Compiling this now I've found out from these reviews that the quality is poor & the return policy sucks. I wanted a few clothing items for a decent price, I didn't foolishly expect a lifetime warranty from a discount company. However, I certainly didn't anticipate crap quality coming in a very late shipment after the $250 I spent. It's sad that I haven't even gotten the clothes yet & I already have a bad taste in the my mouth, especially because there was duplicate item ordered & now I don't know if I can return it. I can't wait to wear the fall clothes I ordered back on November 1st at the end of winter, IF I ever get them. I really hate not only this current situation, but that businesses get away with things like this even after it is widely agreed by consumers that it is misleading, disappointing, and essentially a financial trap.

After about 10 tries to log in using my e-mail and pass word, all I got was more of the same. What good is a site is you can't log in. Will never, ever till to log in again. Too frustrating

The idea of zulily is great and I was so excited to get my order that they shipped to the wrong address don't understand how that happens but I called in and thought it was resolved and then I checked package stat and it said received and I didn't receive it at all lame two months of bs I could have lived without don't wast your time with zulily

I've been browsing and shopping with Zulily for a few years. The variety/selection of items available in many different categories ("stores") is always interesting. I've made many purchases over the years - mostly housewares, familiar brand shoes and handbags, occasionally cosmetics, rarely linens or clothing. I've been satisfied with every purchase. The items always seem to be first quality. It's been very positive that Zulily allows returns for some things now. For a long time returns were not accepted for anything, so if the item wasn't right, you were stuck with it. Only once an item was sent that I didn't order. Customer service was great, didn't want me to return the item and said they would try to find the correct recipient. Some lucky child received the very nice new snowsuit I donated to a coat drive before Christmas. Two things to be aware of - don't be expecting to receive items immediately (usually 2-3 weeks until shipping). And shipping is not free unless an additional purchase is made within about 24 hours. Zulily is not Amazon. I like Zulily and look forward to browsing every day!

I purchased a shirt for my petite mom as a birthday gift. It took approximately two months to arrive so was very late. Note: this is way before Covid ever appeared. It was a pretty long sleeve shirt with a collar, buttons, bird print (2 peacocks) on the front and same pattern on the back. I ordered a similar shirt but different pattern for myself. Well. It didn't look exactly like the picture and was 2 sizes too small. Material is soft and a little stretchy but Black faded after 1 wash and patterns were choppy and tight in the stomach area especially. The border would have been beautiful, if done right! More importantly, the heads of the birds were cut off in the seams and really tight. It wouldn't fit my mom. (why do they have a size chart if it is not accurate? A medium is = to XL and a small =L which we did order but they were still too tight!). I was so upset. I called customer service who sent me a new one. They sent it but the shirt was almost the same three bodies were cut off. Only 1 bird did not have the head cut off)! I didn't order from them again. $65 wasted & i don't trust them because they have no quality control!

see my full review
shipping delays, product not matching picture, inaccurate size chart, two sizes too small in my case, and colors are off/colors fade after 1 wash. don’t buy anything with a pattern. you will be disappointed.

I ordered kitchen utensils that were listed on Zulily as Made in Germany. When I received them, they were clearly marked as Made in China. I paid Made in Germany prices for Chinese. I was so disappointed. It was also false advertising which is illegal in the US. The first time I called the CSR was able to pull up the site on her system and yes, they were listed as Made in Germany. She had me email her photos of the labels and the packing slip. She would talk to the "buying team" and would get back to me. Well, she never got back to me so I called again today.
Spoke with a floor supervisor. What was most dismaying is that she did not care or own the fact that her company had engaged in illegal acts. She did not care about defrauding me. She just kept offering me a full refund. Zulily and this supervisor are morally bankrupt. They do not care if they are liars or frauds. They do not care about the quality of their products or the quality of their service.
Caveat emptor! Don't let the allure of a seemingly great deal cloud your judgment. Buy from a reputable site that will stand behind their products.

Just received 3 orders... I am so disappointed :( Very poor quality clothing... I've ordered a coat and 3 dresses... All for my 3 year old daughter. The coat looked so cute in the pic on the zulily website, but in reality it was the poorest quality faded fleece and the fur trim was just cheap craft store fur only sewn on one edge so that the wrong side was visible. The dresses... Wow they are really bad as well... The first had stripes that were supposed to be horizontal but were slightly diagonal... Clearly defective. And the second and third were "tutu-dresses" but in reality were just cheap tank tops with tulle sewn on the bottom hems & bows hot glued on. I did call zulily to complain and they would only refund me on the first dress since it was "defective" but not the others & explained to me that all sales are final and that I'd "get used to their policies." I will not buy anything else from them ever again, regardless of brand if they can't guarantee my satisfaction. They are selling stuff that wouldn't be purchased if you saw it in person first. Very very poor quality. Amazing how they make the stuff look so nice in their pics.

PLACED TWO ORDERS FOR 4 THINGS. FIRST TWO THINGS CAME IN AND WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED. I CALLED AND THEY FOUGHT WITH ME ABOUT SENDING RETURN LABELS SO I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK. WAITED 4 WEEKS FOR THE OTHER ITEMS THAT NEVER ARRIVED. CALLED AND TALKED TO A PERSON WHO COULDNT CARE LESS IF I DIDNT GET THEM OR NOT. I TOLD HER THAT THIS HAS BEEN AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SHE REPLIED "YEP." oNCE THEY FINALLY PROCESSED THE WRONG ITEM THEY SENT ME AS A RETURN THEY CHARGED ME A RESTOCKING FEE! WTH! DONT ORDER FROM THE, YOU WILL GET SCREWED

I love Zulily for lots of reasons. I don't have time to shop so it's super convenient. They also seem to have stuff you can't find everywhere. Love the little shift dresses for my little one!

I placed two orders a day apart, I recieved the later one on time, but when I opened it, it was complete JUNK! I couldn't believe it! This vest looked like it had been through a paper shredder! WTH? So I was worried what the rest of my order would turn out like and didn't have high hopes. I recieved a dress two sweaters and two tops. The dress sweater and top were all sewn by a blind person! Or someone something completely incompetant! Seriously who makes this crap? I can't figure out how one side of this shirt is two inches longer than the other side buttons clearly not center in middle and was flippen rediculous! Telling all my freinds DO NOT SHOP here!

I love to shop here and it is fun to see clothing brands that I have not seen before. I like seeing the variety of products and you can find just about anything you could want or need on this site. I have bought quite a lot of items in the last 2 or 3 years... mostly woman's clothes. The only problem with buying brands that you never heard of is that you can't be sure of the sizes or quality. I have also found that sometimes items received are not Exactly like what was shown in the picture on the website. I have had to return many times because items do not fit according to your size chart and my expectations. Sometimes I don't bother returning because of Zulillys high return fee. For this reason I have decided to only buy the name brands featured on your site that I know and trust. I also find that most items can take a very long time to get delivered. I am an Amazon Prime member with free 2 day shipping so I buy mostly from them unless I find a really good deal that is better than Amazon's deal.

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews about Zulily. Ive made several purchases from them over the last few years and have been satisfied many more times than not. Ive ordered clothing (adult and children), shoes and home/kitchen accessories. Ive only had to contact customer service twice and each time the matter was resolved satisfactorily, even with their no return policy, and the reps were very courteous. I have noticed lately however that sometimes items are returnable.

Many of the items Ive gotten from Zulily have outlasted garments Ive purchased from the major department stores. Additionally, you can find items that are different and you dont find in department stores. I always get compliments on my Zulily garments.

While it can sometimes take up to two/three weeks to receive a purchase, after a couple of orders I realized this and just wouldnt order anything I needed right away. I have at times received my purchase in less than 10 days. Also, I adjusted to the fact that my entire order might not be shipped at the same time. But the things Ive ordered have been worth the wait.

Their products are very cheep and most are shipped directly from China taking weeks to get to you. Their customer service is terrible too. I had several items with damage and they wouldn't give me my money back, just a store credit. Oh and if you want to send something back that isnt the right size or has other issues you have to pay the return shipping and you also only get store credit, no refund. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!

I have spent a lot of money on Zulily in the past couple years. In that time, I have honed my skills. I know to look for the fine print: "Note: Due to the manner in which fabric is cut, pattern layouts may vary." is a prime example. Ordered once without noticing that -- never again.
I also have learned that none of the jewelry is as substantial as it looks in photos. Not a criticism, just something I've learned to be aware of. But I have to say, all the "sterling silver" seems to be legit, at a pretty good price.
I have found that on brand-name "sales" their prices are often no better than Amazon's. E.G., Rachael Ray; Wusthoff. And Amazon offers free two-day shipping!
I do appreciate that they acknowledge a sometimes very distant delivery date. I have also learned that ordering on a Friday gives me free shipping for the rest of the weekend. Something good to know.
Have never tried to return anything, but I have "kept" items that immediately went in the Goodwill bag. I need to be more assertive with returns. But they're only for store credit, if allowed at all. So seems like a hassle.
I guess I have mixed emotions about Zulily. I don't expect very high quality, and they meet my expectations. Never heard of most of their brands, and that seems to be because they're sold only on Zulily. But I enjoy browsing their offerings.

It took several weeks before our 6 year old granddaughter received her birthday gifts from us forom Zulily so i won't be ordering from them again - that is a long time for online orders in this day and age given their competition and I wonder how they stay in business seeing all the other complaints here and not one complement among them! I do wish I'd seen this site before ordering but I won't be doing it again. Too bad cause their stuff is cute but DON'T ORDER FROM ZULILY unless you don't need it for weeks!
