I have never ordered any brands on Zulily with which I was not already acquainted, limiting purchases to babies' and toddlers' clothes. I have not been in a rush to receive the shipments, either, although they certainly can take a while. So for my needs (desires, actually) as a grandmother to be for the first time, Zulily has been a lot of fun - and it can be VERY addictive with all the cute children's wear.

I am always excited to see what products Zulily will be featuring every day. I find things on Zulily that I would have a hard time finding anywhere else. And the prices are better than anywhere else. It's always good to know that if I make a purchase I won't be charge for s&h on any other purchase I make that day. And the free s&h will apply for any second or more purchase I make Friday through Sunday night. Customer service representatives are always nice to deal with.
Tip for consumers:
If you are going to make more than 1 purchase during a day or over a weekend go ahead any buy the least inexpensive item first. Then everything else you purchase that day or weekend will automatically have free s&h.

Zulily is idea for me because it offers things I want or need that are lower priced then retail. They have last chances also in case you missed you favs. Now some things are returnable it will say on each item whether it is or not.If in stock ships out quickly. You get quality brand name items too.

Ordered a pair of heels on Zulily, came with in about five days, which j think isn't bad for turn around time. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit, my own mistake for ordering on the small side, so I asked about returns/exchanges. Since the larger size was not available for me, they issued a credit to my Zulily account in the amount of the item, and then told me to just donate the shoes for a Christmas drive. I just thought that was so kind of them. I will definetly shop here again. We need more companies in the world like this!

Zulily has great customer service: exchanges and returns are a breeze. The abundance of information provided on each product is also greatly appreciated. I love the sizing charts. Shopping with Zulily is so addictively relaxing, sometimes I log on to just "window shop"!

I love Zulily. I have always found them to be responsive. You do need to check the sizing charts because since they use a variety of vendors the clothes aren't all the same sizing! However recently I ordered a sweatshirt for my husband and it was delivered in the wrong size. I contacted them via email and within an hour a representative called me and we got it worked out. I have been so pleased with Zulily and have ordered many gifts from the website over the last 2 years!

The do ship a little more slowly as they generally don't have the items in the warehouse on the day of the order.

I have been ordering from Zulily for 3 or 4 years now, Customer service is great, when there was a problem with my order, they credited my account and I didn't have to send back the order, they told me to donate it. I check their web site everyday, love to see their deals. Shipment has been spot on with the dates they have given me for when to expect my item. Like reviewer A. C. before me, I am surprised tthat so many people are unhappy, I have had nothing but good transactions with them.

I love the huge selection of items offered at Zulily and their Customer Service Site is 2nd to none. I have never had a issue with their service. They are immediate and always addressed my concern to my satisfaction. I ordered an electric can opener that did not work, emailed them, received a response within an hour stating to not return, they would give me a full refund on the merchandise, shipping and a $5.00 credit for the hassle. It does not get any better than that. I am a Zulily customer for life.

I can't tell you all of the great finds and gifts I have found on Zulily. From beautiful clothing, home decorations in the styles I enjoy most, food gifts, collectibles for my kids, humorous gifts, inexpensive canvas artwork that brings life to my walls, signs, seasonal decorations, they also have so many collections to choose from, you won't be disappointed. They also send emails telling you about all of the events on the shopping site. They have outstanding prices and many ways to pay, I love the Zulily card. It gives you the option to have 3 interest free payments for your purchase! They have one charge for shipping and it lasts all day long. On Fridays you pay once for shipping and the rest of your purchases are free though Sunday at midnight, so great! I love Zulily. I have ordered alot of items from them and the only time i have ever had a problem was with coffee. I ordered ground, received whole bean. They took care of the issue quickly and satisfactorily. When i buy something it comes packaged well, most things are soon to arrive, when there is a wait, i already know about it as they tell you that. You are shopping right from home with delivery to your door. What more can I say? Solid and reputable company.

I am 110% addicted to Zulily. I am astonished to hear all these ladies complaining about how they can't have rock bottom prices AND 2 day shipping. I believe it clearly says somewhere on the website that shipping takes awhile. Doesn't anyone realize thats one of the ways to keep their prices low? I have nooooo problem waiting 2-3-4 weeks for something I saved 75% on,,, no problem at all. It kind of sounds like all the people that are having problems with this site should probably stick to shopping at the mall (yuck) or Amazon. You can't have it all,,,, the fabulous deal, speedy shipping. I don't shop at any other places anymore except Zulily and others like it. Keep up the good work Zulily! I've always admired the Zulily clothes from the pop-up ads. I finally ordered without reading any reviews. My first two shirts arrived within a week. My third has just shipped (15 days earlier than expected), but I knew when I ordered that it would take longer. They fit as expected, but I didn't think one of them flattered me. I went online and selected the return option for that product, and was immediately emailed the return label to use. I later decided to keep the shirt (it was 19.99, and they would keep 8.95 for shipping). I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, when that wasn't my experience at all. I think it is unfair to give them one star when your only issue is a longer shipping time than you wanted.

I've ordered from zulily multiple times over the last few months and have had nothing but great experiences. I ordered these maternity jeans that ended up having a tear in the band. When I related that to customer service, I received a full refund and a $15 store credit. In another order two of the items I received were not the quality that the picture showed. Once again, zulily credited the full amount of both items back to me within a day of me talking to them. Every other item I've received from them has been good quality, some amazing, and I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I love to shop with Zulily. I have been 100% pleased with all products I have purchased there. I take advantage of the free shipping offers for cardholders every time it is available. I just wished if the cardholders purchased a certain threshold amount such as when you hit $500.00 in purchases you had free shipping for the rest of the year. I have had so many compliments on my clothes and accessories I bought from there. I bet I have referred 100 times or more!

I have been shopping Zulily for at least 15 years (?)... Their customer service is outstanding... One Xmas I had purchased, for my sons (2) speed cars way before Xmas... Well, when I went to wrap the gifts, I could not find one of them... I usually hid the gifts in one bedroom because I wanted to surprise the boys.
I was so upset... so I called Zulily and explained my dilemma... did they have any more speed cars?... the customer service person said she would do her best to find another... a few days later, I had my 2nd speed car.

I love zulily. I get good deals and what I've gotten has been of high quality. Yes, they do take FOREVER to ship but it's worth it. There are no returns but that just means you have to be careful of what you get. I've had very good luck so far in buying the right sizes. As long as you are a smart shopper, zulily is a great place to be. Also, you get free shipping for the rest of the day after your first order. I recommend buying only the item that has the cheapest shipping and then ordering your other things for free shipping.

You people need to read the information about "How Zulily Works" before you buy from this awesome site. How exactly do you think a site is saving you 60-70% off an item without some sort of restriction? I am MORE than willing to wait 6-8 weeks for an item to save 70%. And I read the information about the site before I ordered from them. So no complaints from me. Zulily sends confirmation emails as soon as you order and guess what - the "How Zulily Works" info is in that email too. Get a grip people. Go pay full price at Target and complain somewhere else. I bought my son's birthday presents at the end of April and they were here in PLENTY of time for his birthday in May - things work when you plan ahead. AMAZING!

I find great things on Zulily. There is always something new and popular brands. I find stuff for my house, yard, kids and myself. My favorite thing about Zulily is the easy returns.
