I have ordered several times 80% of the time I am disappointed... example... ordered snake print sandals in a sz 8 they sent a 9! I had to call customer service and they deducted the shipping after telling me it was their fault and they will note it and this has happened more than once! Now they are letting me know they are back in stock however when I had ordered them they were only $12.49 NOW they are $21.99. NO THANK YOU! I REALLY WANTED THESE SHOES IN THE SIZE I ORDERED THEM! FOR THE PRICE AT THE TIME WHEN I ORDERED THEM!

As a new customer, I was kind of excited waiting for my order to come. I ordered one Under Armour shirt for my teenage son and 4 summer dresses for myself (3 Ananda collection, 1 other). The Under Armour shirt arrived a few days later, in perfect shape... yeah! Then I waited, and waited for the dresses to be marked shipped. I called 3 weeks later and was nicely told that it takes awhile. Well, funny thing is, they were then marked shipped miraculously later that same day that I called to complain? Anyway, I ripped open the package when it came and pulled out 4 pieces of trash. One dress was incredibly filthy and torn! The other 3 were ill shaped, excessive thread used, just plain rags that I would not even send to the thrift store. The only good thing about this purchase was the nice customer service rep, who refunded my complete purchase (except the Under Armour shirt I was very happy with). I would not recommend this site to anyone. Just cough up the money for Under Armour at a local store or the Under Armour website. Just a huge waste of time and money to buy sweat shop rags they workers wiped their feet and floors with!:-(

YOUR QUALITY HAS CERTAINLY TAKEN A DIVE DOWN iS BECAUSE OF QVC? I USE TO DO ALOT OF SHOPPING AT QVC BUT NOT ANYMORE. THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH WITH ALOT OF POOR QUALITY ARTICLES. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR MOST THINGS. IT'S MOSTLY A STATUS THING NOW WHICH MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH.

I'm not very happy with the quality of the clothes purchased, they are comparable to what you would get at a swap meat or cheap strip mall. And even if you return items (which YOU have to pay for), they will ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT. A refund ONLY if they send you the incorrect item or size.

Like other reviewers, I'm constantly frustrated with the inconsistent sizing and quality, and the inability to sort by size or color or price. I've bought some clothing that have shredded as soon as I open the box (or put a clothing item on), and I've bought some really rock-solid items. Unfortunately, from the images it's hard to tell which is which.
Having said all that, I'm constantly complimented on the many (MANY!) items I've bought on zulily (everything from kitchen items, wall art, jewelry, to suits and dresses, jeans/pants, shoes, underwear and bras). I've been buying on zulily for years and my favorite thing is when one of the blue packages shows up. I don't like waiting, but I understand and accept the model.
The bottom line is I wish there were a way to really get a sense for the quality of the items. I don't mind buying a cheaper quality item if it's only going to be trendy for one season anyway. But if I'm buying a closet staple, I prefer to buy something quality. Sometimes it's hard to tell if something is decent quality, but happens to be a cheap price.
Most items are now (finally!) returnable on zulily, but I'd really prefer to not have to pay $9 to send back items that could have been described or photographed better.

I am still annoyed with the two shirts that were of such bad quality that they could not possibly be Life Is Good shirts. But looking again at the other ones and comparing them with shirts purchased directly from the Life Is Good website, I believe that I was too critical. My older shirts are also splashy and splattered on the design, so I think that this is normal. With that in mind, the six T-shirts made from good quality material are probably the real deal! So I have updated my rating although still puzzled by the two "rags" that were included!
Received my first and last order today! I ordered eight Life is Good T-shirts. Two are obviously knockoffs and really bad ones at that. The other six must all be rejects from the Life is Good company because the color printing on each one is all splattered or incomplete. I called about the two totally unacceptable ones and was told that I would receive an immediate refund to my credit card. I'll keep the rest because I think you get what you pay for! I should have known better. They will be OK for casual wear, but I would not trust this company again.

I have purchased over a thousand $ worth of clothing from Zulily. Yes there have been a few problems here and there, but nothing like what you all are describing. They don't deny that sometimes it may be a few weeks before you get your item. Some items are in their 'ready to ship' section so if impatient people want to order, look there. When I have had problems with the order, they have told me to donate it, or send it back. They credit my account and generally give me a $10 store credit. The clothes fit the way that they say they will fit, and they are really cute. A little more than a year ago, my closet was boring and I discovered Zulily. I started getting more interesting clothing from them, and I started feeling better about how I look. As a result, I decided to change my diet (I went Paleo) and have lost a lot of weight. Now I need new clothes! Ha! But really, I credit this to Zulily, for their cute clothing, making me want to look better... it had a snowball effect on my life. Thanks for reading.

I have made, roughly, 10 or so orders from this site (as of recent)--probably more; as I am in the process of stocking my "hope chest" for my baby-having days, and hoping to be a stay-at-home mamma--on less-to-none of my current income. So, I have been "investing" where my hopes lie...
From, I thought, my newly discovered excitement, "Zulily:" I have had two or three of those orders "doubled," as in - sent AND BILLED x2 for ONE order made; I did receive all multiple shipments; but obviously, I have no need for two of the EXACT same item, same size, in entire order quantities. Oh, wait, what's that?---I CAN'T RETURN ANY OF IT. Zulily says I am S. O. L. They don't accept returns, for any reasons. Oh, also, the items I did order, they're direct from CHINA, in cheap clear wrap (really: no-tag items), almost all were made of SUPER cheap material, like dollar-store quality, threads loose and all over the place, untrimmed, barely look like they'll make it through a couple wash-cycles. Sizes WAY off. Tried to order a few things in sizes 2 years apart, hoping for matching sibling outfits down the road. Sizes NO where close to relevant... Not pleased. Wish I hadn't been so excited over the seemingly "good" deals. Oh, what's that you say Zulily?---Dress is $70 retail... Not quite. Maybe $5, full-price, at Wal-Mart... or on clearance for $1.20. Thanks for stealing my $20 for a $2 dress, etc., times way too many. Oh, also, don't count on the refer-a-friend for "$10 credit" to your account (upon their purchase)... it never comes. Of course, there's no tracking, no customer service, and no returns, or credit back.

I bought a Radley London trifold wallet from zulily on sept. 21. A plum leather wallet with a triangle on front and entire back in gold. I noticed that the gold was slowly dismissing off the back of the wallet and kept trying to think what I might have done to cause that but could not. I didn't drop it and it wasn't in a purse or tote to be scratched by anything because I don't carry either. When I come home from shopping, my wallet goes immediately in a padded drawer. Last week I was headed to the store and stuck a post-it note with a short list on the back of the wallet. All the gold is now adhered Across the sticky top of the post it note. I sent a picture along with a request to return payment which they agreed to this one time only, their email says, and, next time I must return within 30 days. My granddaughter always had good luck buying prom dresses from zulily but it appears that not everything they sell is up to snuff and I learned from reviews that they also carry a lot of foreign items from our favorite country, yep China! So they responded quickly to both emails and the picture, and you may have a good experience there or you may not.

I order 2 pairs of boots for my daugther. In the website the picture looked of good quality. When I recieved the order after 3 weeks I was extremelly dissapointed! Poor quality and craftsmanship on the boots not worth the price I payed. Better quality boots at Wal-Mart for less money.

I have ordered from Zulily a few times. A friend of mine orders several times a week. Neither of us have had any problems or concerns. Zulily's parent organization is QVC. That having been said, in my opinion, Zulily has one of most transparent websites and policies I have found on the internet. The negative reviews I've read here appears to be from customers who perhaps have neglected to check out Zulily's FAQs and Terms and Conditions. Considering Zulily does not typically accept returns unless damaged, I do not order items if size is an issue unless the seller provides their sizing chart. I have found the Zulily offers some merchandise that is not typically found elsewhere and of excellent quality, not to say that perhaps some items may not meet my expectations when it comes to quality. As with any merchandise, often times I google items of interest prior to placing an order through Zulily since sometimes Zulily item description may be limited and to ensure the purchase price is better than perhaps being offered elsewhere. Zulily also provides their customer service phone number and email, which often times other websites do not provide. Customer Service has issued me a refund for an item not received even though USPS alleged they delivered the item, to include a Zulily voucher for the inconvenience. I feel this demonstrates they provide quality Customer Service.
Tip for consumers:
If you feel insufficient item description is not posted on Zulily website, google item for more information prior to placing order. Since Zulily typically charges $5.95 for delivery for any items order on the same day (until 11:59 pm), so order early in the day before an item is sold out and so you have an opportunity to place additional orders to avoid additionally delivery cost for an item that was available to order the same day. Questions, do hesitate to call Customer Service.

I was told by a friend about Zulily. At first I was very confused because all of the merchandise is in subcategories, almost like little mini online stores. After the initial confusion, I placed my first order of some boots that I thought were black. When I received the boots about a week or so later, I realized that the boots were actually an olive color. I hate that color. I pulled up the email from Zulily regarding my order and the boots actually did say that they were olive. I just didn't read the description correctly. So I called their customer service to ask if I could return the boots and either get a refund or get an exchange for a black pair because I would never wear the olive boots. The lady was nice and informed me that they do not accept returns but that they would refund my money and that I could give the boots to someone who would use them. I was so pleased that they refunded my money for something that was my mistake. Great customer service. I have ordered 5 more orders since then and will continue to order from them. Love their store!

Definately STAY AWAY. I ordered a coat-REAL overly large and it barely fit. I ordered I thought a pair of earings and got one. They did however give me a refund on the one earing and some store credit.
