I ordered a pair of Boots that took 3 weeks for delivery, when they arrived they were too small. They ran small. I have always been a size 8 no matter what, yet their boots ran small. They took my money day one, did not receive my product till well aftern 3 weeks, and they fit tight! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I order a lot from Zulily. There are some really great buys and have had some really great customer service. I have also, however, had some negative experiences. You are always safe with name brand products because you know what your getting.
When ordering clothes you MUST consult the sizing charts before ordering. Some of the clothing is imported and either European sizing, designer sizing, or weird Asian sizing. Do not assume that a size L will be a 12.
I would also recommend reading the reviews if there are any, and if there aren't, look for some elsewhere online if it is an unfamiliar product line.
My least favorite thing about Zulily is the return policy. I used to be able to pay for shipping on my own, now they charge $8.95. You can send back multiple items, but often it's one thing and if you paid $20, you don't want to spend $8.95 to send it back, especially if you paid $5.95 shipping to get it in the first place. This is why it is so important to check your sizes and know what you're ordering before you complete the order process. I've got at least a half dozen items that don't fit (most too small) that it wasn't worth returning. I either have to lose weight or try to resell the items.

I have purchased many things from zulily since 2011. Known brand items have always been winners, but several impulse buys have been lower quality than expected. On the few occasions that the wrong item was shipped or the correct item arrived in poor condition, ZULILY OFFERED A FULL REFUND and STORE CREDIT. Customer service representatives respond to emails within hours and give clear, courteous, personal responses to your inquiries. For most items delivery is Stagecoach slow. Ready-to-ship items arrive within several days. The website and app both update tracking and shipping status frequently during the 1-2 week delivery window. I will say that over the years it seems like there are fewer flash sales of high quality brands. A small but irritating flaw with Zulily is its poor item descriptions; every item "boasts" a generic attribute, but rarely are detailed product specifications or technical details listed. An arsenal of additional verbs for their creative team and product information straight from The manufacturer would be two simple improvements. Small but significant positive features include how easy it is to save an item for later or favorite an item you are not ready to buy (single touch, does not require navigating back and forth between any pages), notification when an item from a previous sale is available again, and better-than-average recommended products (a feature that has gotten even better with recent improvements to the app). Although price and convenience comparisons on Amazon or other sites are worth the effort, Zulily does have great finds at great prices.

I've purchased from Zulily 4x, and each time I hoped would finally be that amazing experience I've read others describe. Nope. First I ordered a raincoat and 3 pairs of sneakers for my 2 year old. The raincoat ripped within 3 hours of him wearing it, and it was definitely not small, and more on the larger size if anything. One pair of sneakers was the wrong size altogether, and the other 2 pair ran extremely large and he won't be wearing them for maybe another year to 18 months. My next purchase was an engraved picture frame for my in laws. This took nearly 7 weeks to arrive and was not engraved by any means but rather made with what appears to be vinyl.
My third purchase was a 2 pairs of Gymboree pajamas. While they were the proper size and fit, and adorable, one came with a small hole on the tummy and the other had an ink spot.
My recent purchase and also my last ever, was a cute little head pillow for my niece with her name and a cute saying. It not only took nearly 5 weeks to arrive, but the colors faded to near invisible with the first, initial wash prior to use.
What a waste of time and money on my end

I find it's dangerous for me to "just take a look" each time I get a Zulily email. I often find something that calls my name. Mostly, I'm pleased with what I find and am happy I looked.

I ordered from Zulily for the first time on 11/06. I was anxious to receive my items which took 2 1/2 weeks. Needless to say I do not feel this is an acceptable time frame since everything was "in stock" and nothing was backordered. They did finally arrive so lets see the products as the excitement slowly drained. Sweater #1 - the neck was so tight I couldn't get it over my head. Shirt #2 - the upper arms were so tight they were uncomfortable yet the rest of the shirt fit correctly and I must add I am not a "big" girl. Only 5' 3" and 119 lbs. Well, sweater #3 sorta fit even though the shoulders hung 2 + inches down my arm and the workmanship was of poor quality. The sweater is white and blue and the sides were sewed with dark blue thread, the seams are loose where the thread sticks out like a sore thumb on one side. Last I ordered some "fleece" lined leggings (thinking I could wear them in the northern cold temperatures) They were made of an almost silky material with very minimal "fleece" inside. Definitely, not as portrayed on the web site. Well figured I would return them BUT wait. They only have the terms of returns on a multi page attachment and it is not really clear. To return items they subtract a handling charge of $8.95 per return (at least that is what they are charging me) and lets not forget... this will be "refunded in a store credit" I DO NOT GET ANY MONEY REFUNDED! I do 90% of my shopping on line and I hate to say it but this was by far the most disappointing shopping trip ever.

There is a risk that you will get something that doesn't quite fit, but I stick with dresses and tops and shoes and purses. Pretty much my closet is loaded with Zulily.

Don’t expect speedy shipping. Only order items you can wait for. Check the size charts!!!
