I placed an order for 2 items on 9/02. I received one item today and according to the tracker I'm scheduled to get the other on Monday. So far I'm pleased with this site. Ill continue to rate my experiences.

I received the wrong color shoes. Called they told me they would send the correct color and just keep the first pair as a gift. I have ordered many items, takes time unless it says it ships that day but have always loved everything I have purchased. Excellent company

I have ordered many items from zulily such as clothing, shoes, makeup, a headboard, home décor, perfume, and self tanner. On occasion I have had to return an item because it didn't work for me. I always check to see if an item can be returned before I purchase it so I don't get stuck with something I don't want. All of my returns have been a good experience, and customer service is always very helpful. As long as zulily keeps offering good deals I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Zulily offers everything I need to give as gifts to family members and friends. Some are unusual and can't be found elsewhere. I also find buys from upper scale businesses I have used. The prices are even better at Zulily.

I have been buying from Zulily for about 6 months now. Never been disappointed, arrived in a reasonable time by Canada Post. A few things I have not liked or have not fitted
And had I tried them on in a store I may not have bought them.

But with the prices "you get what you pay for" in some cases.

I've had good experiences. I have ordered from them four or five times. They once sent me the wrong item, they had me keep the wrong item, and sent me the correct one with no added fees. Yes, it does take a while to receive your products, they tell you that up front. Plus size clothing is cut a little small, but kids clothes have been true to size.

I'm overall very satisfied with my Zulily shopping experience. Most of the items ordered fit my daughter and were good quality. One item was much too large and instead of being asked to go through the hassle of shipping and returning, they offered in-store credit and suggested I keep/donate/sale the item. About a week later, another item bled after first wash, and Zulily not only refunded my money back to my credit card, but added an additional in-store credit for the amount of the item that bled. On top of their desire to provide reimbursements, they were kind, apologetic and extremely motivated to go above and beyond to keep me a return customer. I'm impressed! Would highly recommend Zulily to my friends!

I have been a customer of zulily for quite sometime now and have found their products are so reasonably priced. Their jewelry is fabulous looks expensive but it is within anyone's budget. I have bought many items and loved them so much they look better in person than online. I am well satisfied and customer service is fabulous they have treated me well.

I love Zulily for the Unique and great products. I never see any one in the clothes that I have purchased and I am always asked "where did you get that?" The return fees are a little high. I would rather give the product away than return it. The money lose is to great!

I have ordered Keen shoes, a baby dress, and a cheese grater from Zulily. It does take a pretty long time to receive what is ordered, and you cannot return things, but the quality of what I ordered was excellent. I had no problems at all.

I placed my order on zulily.com oblivious of its perceived reputation to ship the wrong item ands to take forever doing it... Then I was warned by a family member and I became extremely nervous. After reading all the poor reviews here and at various other sites, I went back to my order info and it said it would ship out on May 1st, so I prepared myself and just hoped I'd get the right item. Today, 4/23, I was so ecstatic to see that my order is already here and that it's exactly what I ordered, and it's beautiful! No lower quality product here! Yay Zulily!

I've used Zulily for quite some time now. My favorite thing to buy there is clothing for my granddaughters. There are so many choices and things I don't find elsewhere. Prices are always great. I have also bought shoes for myself and toys for the kids.

I have been using this site for it seems a long time. There is always something new and if I want different. Sometimes I find just the right thing for someone and always everyone asked where did you find it! Keep it up Zulily-- stay unique,

I love the variety.... I shop for myself, my husband and my grandchildren. Good pricing and great selections keep me coming back daily and I especially love shopping Friday-Sunday with only one shipping charge.
You need to be patient with shipping time but you will not be disappointed with your purchase... I have loved everything I have purchased and I shop daily.
I enjoy the boxed grocery items, too... great deals and quick delivery.

Zuliky is awesome. Never have a problem if I have to return something. Sometimes they don't make me return the item. Been using this site since my daughter was pregnant. My granddaughter is now 8 years old.

I think the bad reviews on here are unfortunate and really not fair to Zulily. Besides the fact that you do have to wait for shipping of the item, they do explain that in their website the reason for that, so I can't believe these people who are ordering these items aren't reading before they order. This is to ensure lower-priced items at a very good discount, so the wait is worth it to be. I have ordered many things from Zulily and MOST of them have been awesome. Customer service is great. They are very willing to make things right with you. You get things on this site that no one locally has even seen before. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend Zulily.

It is clearly explained at the website how the shipping works and why the items are so much cheaper. Because you have to wait. Just relax, order stuff that sometimes is very unique and hard to get anywhere else and wait. I have been ordering from them a lot, stuff just keeps comming and I am really satisfied so far with the quality of merchandise. I wish the returns were possible, but can live without it. You can always sell the wrong size on ebay and still make money of it if you really have to.

I wrote a review last year and see recent ones from people that are very negative, mostly one time issues they are having... this is the thing with online reviews, people, take everything with a grain of salt the bad and even the good reviews. Maybe Ive been lucky, or maybe people are just super negative with outrageous expectations that couldnt be satisfied no matter how good the service or quality is.

Anyways been over a year that Ive been using them and Im still super happy with the selection, the ordering process, the delivery, and returns Ive had to do simply because of the reality of guesstimating sizes online which you cant impose that responsibility on anyone but yourself! Give them a try!

My wife ordered 3 items (jeans, shirt, and cardigan) for our daughter. Yes, 2 of them took a while to get to us, but we knew that was a possibility. When we got the items, we liked the shirt and loved the jeans. The cardigan was very nice, it however, was the wrong size (we ordered a 5/6 and got a 6X). I messaged them via my wife's FB account with the issue. They responded right away. They also reordered the item immediately and told us to keep/donate the original one ($30 value... granted we got it on sale)! I've never been this happy with the customer support from any other retailer! We definitely would recommend Zulily!

I have been a member for several years. It offers me so much variety, great bargains and is great handling returns for problems on receipt-which happen rarely. I love that I get to decide if it's a good price for my budget. If I have to complain, I would only be the wait to get what I'm excited I bought. It has gotten quicker since I first started. I refer it to friends all the time and I get great compliments on style and quality a lot. Keep up the great work-love you Zulily!

I have been ordering from Zulily for Years now. I have not had any issues. Delivery is so fast as well. Every representatives i have dealt with are all so amazing and extremely helpful. If for some reason a faulty merchandize was received, returning is such a breeze and quickly dealt with. Overall Bravo to Zulily.

From finding a unique pair of shoes to skin care that is overpriced in the stores to a favorite top that I can wear anytime. I am addicted to Zulily and sometimes I have to stop myself from making purchases but I do love your store and enjoy getting to see all the new finds daily.

I got another two orders and as always the are awesome I have never not felt that l was getting poor quality I love beautiful clothes and that is what I've been getting I don't understand your reviews tha gulity is there you will never get these cloths at the price that you get here l guess you can not please every One all the time.
