Early in October I ordered 5 items. Two of the items were listed as delayed shipping items, with estimated ship time of 3 weeks, so I was prepared to be patient. My Pay Pal account was charged for the full amount on the order date (not on the ship date, like many reputable companies do). The three "quick" ship items arrived in 2-3 weeks (not exactly speedy, but tolerable). At the approximate shipping date I got an email saying there was a further delay for my other items. Early November I got an email saying my order had shipped (with a tracking number). When I tried tracking the package, a few days later, there was no info. Finally, on 11/8th there was some info: it said a label "has been created on 11/10..." HUH? The questionable tracking continues... Still no sign of my (remaining) order (as of 11/26). Oh, yes... The slippers that came in the first part of the order are coming apart at the seams already. Did I mention there are no returns? Don't fall for the lovely pictures and "great deals" on this site. I feel very disappointed and, frankly, scammed.

The dress I ordered was of the worst quality material that was stiff, the sewing was disastrous. Package came from China, so I didn't bother trying to return but threw it in the trash.

The only problem I have with Zulily is that some brands are not from America and the sizes are not even close to American sizes. I've had to return things because they were to small.

Ordered a 5pc bedding set for my daughter and when we opened up the plastic container that it was in, it smelled HORRIBLE! In order to get my money back, I need to pay to send it back! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!

By giving one star, I hope to someday get my order. I usually check out reviews before I buy. I didn't. Too late now. I didn't see where they said it took long to get merchandise. I ordered Aug. 12,10 days later I called to see what was going on with my order. I was told by a snarky operator that one item was being shipped by mail and would be here on the 28th. And didn't know when the other 2 items would get here because the company sends it. Here is where it makes me angry as a consumer. They took my money on the 12th. Did they send the order to the other company by pony express? They don't have email to send the order? This is unacceptable in this day and age. I will never order anything else from Zulily. It wasn't the price as much as what I wanted. It said free shipping. I would gladly pay to get the order this month! Grrrrrrr!

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. They spend money on ads on TV but don't even have a manager when a customer calls? I personally want to spend my money on a service that treats their customers well and with respect. Raise your prices!

Zulilly started out pretty good. Now all I am getting is crap!
And I still have to pay the shipping charges plus I will NOT GET A REFUND... only credit
Don't buy clothes or shoes. Crappy quality! Or wrong size! It took forever to get my stuff and got plastic tennis shoes! I am pissed!
Egst s waste of my friggin time!
DONT BUY CLOTHES FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Was the worst experience ever I order to dress both them take almost 2 months to get to me one come first not the color that I order second one come all hang up not straight I'm was really disappointed I never will order anything from this again I will not even invite my worst enemy to order from you all never

I have never had a problem with this site. In fact, literally everything I have ever bought has fit nigh perfectly, with the exception of a single bra (flimsy) and a pair of leggings (too small). I am plus sized, very tall, with long arms and a curvy shape. It is almost impossible for me to find clothes that fit well, including in more expensive brands (Michael Kors, Tulle, etc). It is so rare to walk out of a physical store with anything that I truly loved and that really fit nicely. Every time I open a package from Zulilly, it is like everything in it was made for me. The pair of jeans I am wearing right now is just out and out perfect. That NEVER happens. As a fat person with very big hips and a small, high waist, getting pants that work and aren't horribly uncomfortable is like finding a unicorn. But Zulilly just keeps giving me unicorns! I am happy with everything I get.

I want to defend them a little bit too: do not buy from any website before you have read and understood the return policy. I read it all before I bought anything and thus the lack of returns and the time it takes to ship were not surprises to me. I don't buy things I need fast from Zulilly because that is simply not what they do. But through them I can get 500$ worth of clothes for 200$. I call that a win. Another strategy is to buy things a size up from what you need so that if it turns out too big you can easily have it tailored down for not very much money.

Tip for consumers:
1) No returns

2) Shipping takes quite awhile

3) Consider ordering a size up if you're concerned

I ordered a shirt for a sudden wedding (sudden in the sense that my idiot brother didn't plan his wedding until the last minute, and I was scrambling to find proper clothes in a short period while living on an island without any real stores). My sister found this for me and ordered it without checking out the site.

The shirt is lovely. It looks great, but I'm not exactly impressed with the site itself.

The shirt arrived in a shipping bag with the shirt basically just shoved in a ball inside. If I hadn't already planned to wash it first, I'd certainly have had to iron it before wear, but the real problem was the fact that one entire sleeve was covered in some kind of stain, like the shirt was rubbed against a tire or something. The stains are fairly bad, though I'm hoping they'll wash out, as I'm out of time and don't have a choice.

The shirt also doesn't have any tags. At all. As in, when I wash this, I won't know how to do it, because even the tags that usually have washing information are missing. That's... questionable.

If I can wash the shirt, I'll write it off as a narrow escape and just not order from this company again. I don't want to bother with a company that doesn't do any quality check whatsoever, because this stain wasn't easy to miss. Someone had to have either seen it or put the shirt on some objectionable surface before packaging. Either way, not good enough for me.

Two stars because I really do like the shirt, and ordering wasn't difficult. Minus three stars for stains and missing tags and questionable quality.

I have given feedback to Zulily, about the sizing as many items I have bought, even after following the size guide, have been too small. The best advice I can give is to really know the brands on Zulily, and how that brand fits, as sizing is ALL OVER THE PLACE!

Returns are not worth it after they surprise you with an $8.95 charge. VERY DECEPTIVE and will never order from them again. I have spammed all adds from them.

I bought an item that was advertised as maternity wear, and when it arrived it was blatantly obvious that it was NOT maternity wear. The customer service is AWFUL, basically nonexistent, and they would not grant me a full refund. They thought they were being SO kind for granting me permission to return the item, and they would subtract shipping/handling fees... leaving me with FOUR CENTS!
DO NOT SHOP WITH ZULILY!

Love Zulily, yeah its a bit slow but I can sit at home and see what I like and buy it. Prices are great. I don't go out shopping anymore when I can just look and find something I like with Zulily.

I shopped at zulily for years and I never returned an item, I had an issue with an item last year and they never fixed it, I still have them a chance until I bought a watch for 340$ and as soon as it arrived I saw it wasn't functioning at all, I called in, they refused to return or exchange, they asked me to contact citizen warranty (noting that the watch was brand new) and when I called citizen, they assured me that they cannot cover anything that is not bought from a citizen dealer, I even asked zulily for a sales slip as they request and they never even provided that. They sent me the warranty that I can look up online. The manager itself hang up on me and customer service didn't communicate with me because they don't care about their clients. I just wasted 340$ That I worked very hard to make because I trusted this company.

Never fall for them, go buy your stuff for the same price and cheaper somewhere else. Better than regretting it later.

Worst company ever created. I will die before I waste another penny with them.

I've waited over a month for my goods. They've had my money for the whole month and now the dress I bought is on sale at half price. And I cant cancel the order or return the goods. Do not use them.

I purchased two pairs of shoes that didn't fit and frankly weren't as cute in person as they were online, so I went back to the site to look for how to print a return label or any sort of return option, to find out the company doesn't accept returns. I emailed customer service and they were sympathetic, said they will take back my shoes and make an exception, according to one customer service rep. Had to pay for shipping back, but that's expected. After over 10 days, I hadn't received a credit. Emailed customer service again, someone else told me they were logged as being returned but it can take up to 2 weeks for a full refund. Long story short, I think they have people working customer service who do not speak very good English and don't know the difference between getting a refund and receiving a credit. So frustrating. I've had several email exchanges trying to explain myself and get answers as to why someone told me I would get a refund but now I have a credit... but each time a different person answers and doesn't know what's going on.

So now I have $60 to waste on clothes that are ugly. STAY AWAY, don't waste your time.

I bought a purse cause it seemed to be a beautiful happy purple. The purse came at first look it almost looked like it was black in color. The quality of fabric I would rate a 10.

I purchased a "coach" bag for over $300 and it was a knockoff. I am completely disappointed and feel ripped off! Zulilly will not get another dime of my money or business.

Zulily is a very fun shopping experience, but you have to be able to put up with its quirkiness! That's not a knock, just something to be aware of. Each day new deals start, and for the most part, they hang around for a few days or a week, till sold out. You find brands you know and love, some very high end and other not so hot brands you may or may not have heard of. But that's part of the fun. You will pay shipping, but sometimes the prices are so ridiculously low, you are still getting a deal. One of the quirks is that after you pay shipping on your first order, if you shop again that same day, those additional items ship free--weird, right? I've never done multiple items on one day, so I haven't tried that benefit. Since the brands ship to zulily first, and then to you, you usually have to wait quite awhile to get your stuff. As long as you know that going in, and you aren't in a hurry, you won't be too perturbed about it. Just browsing the daily deals is fun as well. You can get a little special for yourself if you get your friends hooked on zulily too!

PREPARE TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO GET YOUR ORDER! I placed my first order for a gift two weeks before my nephew's birthday. I still, three weeks out have not received my order. After I placed my order I received a email outlining how their process works that tells you that it will take at least 10-14 days. If I knew this before hand, I would of bought differently. I will NOT order from Zulily again!
