I ordered 3 clothing items from Zulilly. One was supposedly shipped in a reasonable amount of time, the other 2 took longer to ship. After waiting several weeks I finally got confirmation of 2 items being shipped but one, which was the one that was supposed to be coming first and which cost me 11.00 plus shipping, was canceled by the sender. Zulilly told me that they were going to give me a credit of $10 which doesn't even cover what I paid for the item but I wasn't going to argue about a few dollars so I figured that I would wait until I needed to order something again and apply the $10 to it. Well, when I finally decided to look for some throw pillows for my bed I found that I no longer had the credit on my account. They are a rip off... they cancel the item I ordered but keep the money that I paid for it. I call that theft and I will never order from them again and will discourage anyone I know from shopping with them. From what I have seen through my own experience, the quality of many of their products are inferior and not worth the money and they do whatever they choose when it comes to refunds.

Zulily has definitely gone downhill. I have used them for years, however this year, they have managed to ruin Christmas. I ordered several items MONTHS ago, yet they never shipped, even with a Christmas guarantee. I was told two items were delivered, yet I never saw them, and after several calls and being hung up on, managed to get refunded for them. I then canceled two orders for chairs, looked online, and she had only canceled one. I then had to cancel the remaining order for the chair myself, as she had failed to do so. I then had to cancel two other orders from October, as they weren't even close to shipping. I then only received one refund for the chairs, so when I called back, Berneshia informed me it was my bank's fault. I worked at the bank, so I know it never came in, because they don't hold direct deposits. They refused to refund me the $86.94 I was owed, so I was forced to file a dispute with Mastercard, as they had failed to do what was promised. I now have my $86.94 from Mastercard refunded back to my bank account and Zulily will never have my business again. Absolutely terrible practices as of lately.

So i ordered for the first time from zulily and I called almost everyday to find out about my order for about a month and they always said that the 4 th of april I would be finally recieving my order checked the mail to nothing so I called only to find out my order was cancled after I had checked my bank account which said payment was processed for that order I will never ever in my life order from them again not only do thry make you pay for shipping and still take more then s month to send orders but cancel yhem I am in online shopper and was so unhappy

I was so happy w zuilly I love there stuff but their shipment always late and one time I ordered bracelet but than I cancelled immidetly in the same moment I click submit, they charge me right the way but they didn't cancel they charge and they didn't refun my money since that time I didn't want to order anything n I'm scared to order anything even I ordered stuff for Christmas Eve n I didn't receive the stuff in the same day

I MADE THE AWFUL MISTAKE OF NOT READING THE REVIEWS FIRST. I WANTED TO WAIT FOR ALL MY ORDERS TO COME BEFORE I WROTE THE REVIEW. FIRST TO SHIP: SHOES - ALL OF THEM WERE STRETCHED OUT. SECOND ORDER TO SHIP: TOPS (CLOTHING) - NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE QUALITY... THEY LOOK LIKE MOO-MOO'S INSTEAD OF TOPS. THIRD AND FINAL ORDER TO SHIP: A FLOWERBOMB EAU DE TOILETTE. THEY WENT THROUGH GREAT LENGTHS TO CUT OUT THE BARCODE AND THE SECRET SERVICE CODE ON THE INSIDE OF THE BOX. NOT TO MENTION, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT IT IN THE CORRECT TYPE OF BOTTLE. THIS SITE IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES. SHAME ON THEM. THEY SHOULD BE MADE TO SHUT IT DOWN. I'M FLIPPIN PISSED!

I also have ordered several thing"s from Zulily and wish I didn't. I would say that 60% of my orders are wrong, cancelled by Zulily due to lack of quantity or my item was sent to someone else in a different country. Their customer service is horrible, everytime I've called with a compaint, they give me a $10 credit but, don't try to rectify why thing's keep happening to my orders. For example, I ordered 3 pairs of Emu boots for my Children, I have a 4 yr old and 7 month old twins. The boots for my daughter were cancelled 2 weeks after my order was placed because the vender didn't have the quantity and the boots for my twins were deliverey however, one size was wrong. I recently ordered a dress, 2 weeks later I received my package. Unfortunately, the package contained a shirt, not what I ordered and not my size. I called Zulily customer service, they tracked my dress, it was delivered to someone in Detroit, I live in Canada. I received a refund and $10 credit. I can honestly say, Zulily is the worst website I've ever ordered merchandise from. I am currently waiting for 2 orders. I ordered a pair of pajamas for my daughter on August 28 and it is now October 1 and i have still yet to receive them. After I receive my orders, I will no longer purchase items from Zulily.

I wish that I could give a NEGATIVE 1 star rating! This company just FLAT OUT LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS! Junk product, VERY slow shipping times (4 to 6 weeks), NO RETURNS, sizing charts are COMPLETELY inaccurate, etc. If you look up history about the "pony express" trail that ran from Sacramento California to St Joseph Missouri, the average delivery time was 10 days and that was in 1860... obviously using horses. No internet, roads, airplanes, etc. Why does delivery take so long with this sh*tty company? And when you finally get your order, why is it of such poor quality? Sorry to the readers of this post for being so crass, but facts are FACTS! 90% of the 5 star rating on here are posted by zulily employees that work in Seattle. They do this in a failed attempt to boost the ratings of the company. Its obviously an epic failure. Especially when the true customers give HONEST 1 star reviews. I predict that this company will fail in less than two years. Good luck zulily. Your stock has dropped from $74 a share to $23 a share in a little less than a year. I would suggest to zulily... stop grabbing for customers credit card numbers, and start rectifying the issues at hand which are blatantly obvious. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZULILY! If you do, all I can say is " I told you so". This company just flat out, honestly SUCKS! Keep your money in your pockets. Spend your hard earned money at Amazon, Target, Marshals, etc

Sketchy company. Their only consistency is POOR "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!
I have spent over $5,000 on Zulily in the last 5 years. I'm not exaggerating, I buy a lot of online items and for the last couple of years in particular most of those items were purchased on Zulily. Now, there are indeed a lot of awesome deals on there. Lots of rip-offs too but you learn as you go and its not too hard to pick up on how to spot which is which. Sometimes you have to do a little Google research, but it's not too tough. Nine of that bothers me, but what does. They have by Friday the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever come across. They don't even try very hard to fake being genuine. IT only takes few responses from them before it becomes obvious they are all formed responses and that your individual complaint is of no concern to them. They will offer you a $10 credit if you bug them enough but it's always $10 no matter how big the mistake on their part, or the hassle it caused you, or the amount said product cost. $10 is a joke especially when it is accompanied with judgement and overall oblivion to the true level of unsatisfaction the customer is feeling.
These practices are a reflection of the company as a whole and are definitely painting a picture of untrustworthiness and greed.

I went to the zulily site ordered a couple outfits. I had to pull up the size chart to see what would be the best fit, submitted the order. Once the order arrived I was so excited great deal then I see they are the wrong size. So I call to ask what is going on I ordered a size Medium which is listed as a 10/12 andnI received an 8/10...they basically say oh well that is the size I ordered even after I show screenshots of their sizes and size chart. I ask if I return the items can they send me the correct size as advertised 10/12 they say no...well okay then. So I just return sent it back on November 21st...here it is Dec 9th pretty much its night! I call them to ask what is going on with my return and refund status.she asks for my name and zip code. The lady states there is no return pending for me while I am looking at my pending return status on my account. I explain that is impossible. She finally finds the order and states 1 of the items was received and is being processed but they xant locate the other items I explain they were both mailed to me in one bag so that is how they were return. She explained I should have put them in separate things...I explain that their return instructions are pretty specific about using the same method they were shipped to you and returning them that way so I followed their instructions...now she sees them both and they are processing...ughhhh please
