Mostly I shop Zulily for clothes and find it's a great way to find good values on both essentials and a couple of brands that I normally pass by due to the regular retail price. Shipping has been prompt and ordering process is simple.

I've never tried to return anything and have only had one true "dud' of a purchase. Pretty good batting average for Zulily.

How to improve? A larger selection of natural fiber clothing pieces would be a treat.

When I ordered I did not realize that they have no return policy and do not actually take returns. Who does not take returns these days? So glad I only ordered $15 worth of merchandise. Also notified customer service asking about their return policy, they responding but ignored all my concerns, and said they could not accept returns of a sports bra because it was an "intimate" item. Also absurd! Learned my lesson on this one and will never order from zulily again!

I ordered 2 shirts and a dress a while ago. The prices are good, but would be nice to get better quality. The shirts both looked great in pictures, one was blue with ruffles. The ruffles sit flat, and looks awful, and the fabric just lays- has no shape to it. The second shirt was a poncho sort of look, blue with white details. It looks like there is a bleach stain, or some kind of chemical stain on it, which was really annoying since it doesn't come out it's also really stiff even after washing its still sitting up, and really awkward. The dress design looks like it should but the fabric is cheap, and much longer that expected (knee length dress that goes down to calf area). It took about 3 weeks to ship, which is absurd. Do NOT recommend.

Wish I knew what I know now... My card was promptly charged for the purchase, but have yet to receive my order. You can order from so many other online retailers (pay less) and receive the items in a day or two. How do they stay in business?

I've been a customer fo a while and can tell you I've ordered a lot. Unless it's a name brand don't order. I always google the items to find out price, sizing, different angles, etc. Sometimes it's a deal sometimes not. Revolving merchandise is cheap. Its usually items they can get in bulk from wholesalers.
However, I've had excellent customer service so far. They refund my money and give credit. From the other reviews I have to agree with shoes/boots being cheap and sizes are screwed up. Definitely made in China and are man made materials.

I have been pretty happy with my purchases of clothing. Thankfully you changed your return policy so you can return more item without being charged additional fees. Some of the clothing has been poor quality, or didn't fit in spite of using the sizing guide. I will never buy furniture from Zulily again. The coffee table I purchased was poor quality, and arrived badly damaged even though the outer box was not damaged. I have always been satisfied with customer service being responsive and working to remedy a problem. I shop on Zulily regularly.

Zulily has great prices on new styles. Affordable for ladies of all ages and economic classes. The only negative I've experienced is sometimes you have to wait a really long time to receive your items And sometimes they replace what you ordered with a very similar item, but not what you ordered. Those 2 things definitely need improved. Otherwise they are GREAT!

Yes- shipping can take a while and no- they don't accept returns. But I have ordered from Zulily numerous times and have always been more than happy! I have only ordered children's clothes and shoes from here, but I everything I've ever bought was very good quality. Only once did I have an issue with a couple pairs of shoes being too small. When I called, the customer service person was very friendly, and I received a refund and did not even have to return the shoes. Only took one short phone call, no hassle for me. I always find the cutest clothes for my daughters at amazing prices! Will continue to shop here!

Zulily has a wide range of products at great prices. It is easy to search and find what you want. Their credit card offers payment options that can help a lot with larger items by splitting the cost into three payments. Shopping is easy and exciting at Zulily.

I have used Zulily for a number of years and love some of their unique products. Their service either over the phone or by email is excellent but am beginning to use them less for the following reasons:-
1. Many of them are no cheaper than in the stores.
2. Some of the craft products are more expensive.
3. Shipping has gone up so that if the discount is small it takes away the difference.
4 it often takes a long while for them to ship something, especially when it gets transferred to the post office.

I ordered two skirts. Waited almost 3 months for delivery. The material was so thin it was see through, and none of the edges were finished. Threw them away. Didn't bother asking for a refund, I figure lesson learned.

I've ordered quite a few things, clothes and decor and have been pleased with the quality of the items. Sometimes the shipping is slower than maybe Amazon Prime, but not so slow I will quit buying from the site.

Buy name brands, and you will not be disappointed. I have had two orders with issues since I started shopping with Zulily (one was delayed beyond Christmas and the other arrived broken) and both times they credited my account.

Shame on me for not doing my research - one day curiosity got the best of me and I clicked on zulily.com. Had I realized that items could arrive faster via camel, I never would have ordered. What a joke.

I order off here all the time & haven't had any problems until just recently. I ordered a big fluffy tutu for my daughters 1st birthday and when it arrived it was ripped in the front. I had to safety pin it up. People asked where I got it from and I said Zulily. Now everyone things the site is junk. Maybe zulily should inspect what they send out before they send their items. I was pretty disappointed

I have bought a number of healthy snack foods, spices, and kitchen and office supplies -- the few times I had a major quality issue and sent Zulily a photo of the problem, they gave me a credit, no other questions asked. People need to be aware that shipping is not immediate like with full-price places. Generally I avoid clothing --- very little made in the U.S. and a lot of polyester. But for the upscale food and kitchen brands -- I think it is a great deal.

Zulily offers a wide range of products, brand names, and new "debut" brands on a constantly changing basis, at a discount from straight retail. I have found amazing bargains, items that I've never seen elsewhere, and occasionally hard-to-find items. I love my daily snapshot of "What's New" and the Daily Deals are awesome. One of my favorite specials is when Zulily offers free shipping for several months for a single low price payment.

I have ordered several times before and was always pleased. Yesterday I had a blouse arrive that had some defective stitching so I emailed them. In less than an hour they resolved everything and PayPal has been credited! Wow

Zulily has incredible finds. Both unique and staple items, very easy to navigate website, concierge available, great prices and Fabulous return policies! I just love this website, my absolutely favorite and I tell everyone about it all the time!

Takes too long. Can hardly even remember what I ordered. If clothing you could have moved up or down a size by the the merch arrives. Will not be tempted again. Really am not sure what the selling proposition is with this reseller. Price? Not, worth the wait. Doubtful they will be around much longer.

First be prepared to wait and wait. I order clothes at the beginning of a new season so my granddaughter actually can wear them or at the end of a season to put away for the following year. Buying name brands is safer.If I am unfamiliar with a brand I Google it to see if it is sold elsewhere, not just made for Zulily.The shipping charges are very high. Many times I would like to order a single item, but between the wait and cost I skip it. In general I have been pleased with my purchases but a return policy would be more customer friendly

Not only does it take a long time to receive your item, but if for some reason if your purchase doesn't work out, it is non returnable. I've been burned twice - shame on me!
I should have learned my lesson the first time!
It's a nutty idea! It's like buying a pig in a poke!

Every pair of shoes I have purchased from zulily for our girls have either not fit correctly or have started to fall apart after a couple of weeks. That doesn't happen with shoes we purchase even from Walmart. Very poor quality. Some of their name brand stuff is nice and at a good price like Laura Dare but I think all of their stuff is seconds or defects and some of it costs more than other places. Be sure to do a price check before purchasing on anything you buy from them. I saw a Small World Toys Haute Couture Fashion Studio they had for $34.95 with their 7.95 shipping of course while Amazon has it for $24.95 with free prime shipping. So they might have a bargain or two, but it can take months to receive your item. You have to be careful because some of their stuff is over priced and some of it is just plain junk. It usually states that they do not accept returns and of course they do not refund shipping. I have bought my last item from them. Not cost effective.
