Yes, the site looks great; yes, the products appear great: they're NOT! Delivery is a nightmare. Customer support is the worst! BILLED FOR PRODUCTS YOU DON'T RECEIVE! OMG! No, no, and "no!"

You would do better to shop elsewhere. The prices are not worth the hassle. Customer service is non-existent. Supervisors do not help.

Two weeks after I placed my order - it's still in STEP 1, in other words it appears the only thing that has happened is that I placed my order - I won't order from them again

Took 3 weeks to get a DVD, and it doesn't work right, picture messed up... it's been a MONTH and still haven't received the other items ordered!
