I decided to try Zulily for the first time about a month ago. I ordered 2 items that said they would arrive by Christmas (these items were ordered at the same time and were coming from the same vendor). Well I found out late this week that one of the items would not make it until sometime after Christmas (since no one could give me even an approximate date) so I had to cancel it. The other item has been "in the mail" for over a week and today, the day it is supposed to arrive" the delivery date is suddenly changed to Tuesday. I suppose if you don't care when your items arrive they might be fine to deal with. I guess its is on me as well, since I didn't really research them that much to find out all they are is a cheap knock off of Amazon. Next time I will pay the extra $$ and purchase through Amazon. Waste of time!

Save yourself a headache and stay away from Zulily! I bought two pair of shoes, both looked exactly as presented on the website however the quality was terrible. Neither pair of sandals lasted two weeks after receipt. I notified Zulily and their customer service was awful. They don't do refunds and they had no interest in making it right. No store refund either as I've seen mentioned in other reviews. I will not buy from them again and I will discourage anyone I know from buying from this site.

Most of my closet is made up of Zulily clothes. When I first started buying it was pretty good. I have noticed a BIG drop in quality and service lately, I have wondered if i was bought out by another company.
I have bought clothes that the color and size are not right, holes, smaller than they say. I don't buy anything from them anymore, not even the USA made clothes. Sad, I really liked this site at one tie.

I've purchased from Zulily several times now - everything has been great. Shipping is LONG but that's what flash sale sites are all about and that's why they don't offer refunds, it's not a "normal" site. Shipping costs are reasonably fair, if you bunch stuff together so buying a cute $4 ribbon is not worth it. You need to be smart about what you buy and how you buy it (make sure you don't need it right away and do the math!).
My only frustration is since I live on the west coast, by the time I wake up and look at the site, most of the merchandise is gone. That's frustrating. I'm not going to set my alarm at 6 am to go shopping online. They should have the sales "open" at say, 9 am PST (which is 12 pm EST) similar to what some of the other flash sale sites do.
All in all, positive experience (twice had to call for help and got FANTASTIC service and problem was solved).

This site is absolutely ridiculous... I can't even speak for the items because I have not received anything and it's almost been a month since I placed my order... I will NEVER shop here again... I'll stick with Amazon where I get my items in 2 days... even ebay where I've ordered items from China that are here by now... what a waste of time and money...

Merchandise took quite a while to arrive and when it did, it didn't fit. Zulily accepts no returns or exchanges on swim wear. Other companies sell swimwear on-line and accept returns or exchanges, even in store, swimwear if never worn is returnable. I didn't even try on the bottom of the suit. Just not a good policy, I won't order clothing from them again for this reason.

Since finding the Zulily shopping site, I have purchased many products - for home, bath and bedroom; toys, unusual gifts, wall decor, and much, much more. And I have contacted customer service on a number of occasions. Each experience was positive, and my issue was resolved.
Sometimes there is a longer delay receiving purchases but Zulily is really working to expedite deliveries. I am very happy with Zulily.

First and foremost, Zulily customer service is outstanding. Any problems that I have ever had with anything has always been addressed and resolved in a very timely manner. There is such a variety of companies and merchandise available. As with anything, you have to be careful when ordering clothing or shoes for proper sizing information. I really enjoy shopping on Zulily and have for many years now.

This business is a scam. I have shopped here for 3 years. Have spend in excess of $5000. 1) You don't get your item until 4-6 weeks most of the time 2) When your item arrives, there is a decent chance it is damaged or wrong altogether 3) the customer service is very evasive and asks you to email pictures, then doesn't respond. As soon as your order is 30 days old, they refuse a refund. But if it takes 4 weeks to ship, that's a bit shady, right? I ordered a rug, received wrong rug. Contacted Customer Service that very day, sent pictures as requested. The "correction" was that they were going to send a replacement. I never received replacement. No record of shipment, etc. Now that 30 days has lapsed, they have washed their hands clean of the matter and refuse any correction whatsoever. They will sit on the phone and argue for HOURS but they do NOTHING.

Stopped buying any items with motion or lights. They never work and these items are always not returnable. The 10 dollar credit you give over the phone to compensate is not worth my time to even call you. Especially if i buy a 40 dollar item. Will not buy anything electrical or battery operated from you ever again this just happens way to often with your merchandise.

My wife ordered two (2) electric cars for 2 of our Grandchildren. She ordered them last February and April months ahead of their birthdays, yes she is that organized! The problem arose after she did not open the boxes until mid June when to her dismay she found that they both were used and missing key parts.
Zulily Customer Care gave us a credit for one of the cars and replaced the second car. Customer Care does NOT get better than this!

Saw a sale, bought the product, received the product within Zulily's stated timeframe. What's not to like? I saved over 75% on the normal retail price and the product was exactly as ordered and in perfect, new condition.
I will definitely use Zulily again.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online merchant - I ordered 3 dresses as a gift for my cousin's baby who was celebrating her first birthday. The website asked if it was a gift and I said "YES" - well, the ordering and paying was easy enough... no problem there. The problem is it took over a week to even get a shipment notification, then when I got it, it came in 3 different tracking numbers - 1 package for each dress. Now, let me ask you this - if you are the recipient of this gift, and got 1 dinky dress, you would said "oh yeah right" but the objective was to give all three dresses together to make a "wow - thats a beautiful gift, all 3 in different colors and designs, how lovely"... so now, my cousin will get each dress separately thinking what a cheap shopper I am... not to mention it was shipped a week after the order and then another week for the product to get there! What a horrible shopping experience - stay away from this site.

I've ordered from Zulily numerous times and have always had a wonderful experience. As long as you go in with the expectation that it is going to take a bit (around a month) to receive your order, it's not an issue. The quality of the clothing I have ordered from here has always been fantastic. Brand names at bottom prices for the most part.

This company sells defective, low quality clothing.
Don't waist your money like I did on the same stuff that you can get at Marshall, Ross even much much cheaper.
Big waist of money, they take good quality pictures of the products but everything else is terrible from quality, shipping, return etc.

Truth be told, their clothing is the cheapest quality, made in China. I was so disappointed. Zulily has an extremely attractive website that makes the clothing appear fashionable. But what you get is far from what you see. The leggings I received were transparent you could even see the white tag through the pants. I paid half price $20. I have better quality leggings from Walmart for only $9. The tops I ordered were of cheap polyester, save your $$ its not worth it.

First off - be prepared for a long wait if you order here. By the time the clothes arrive they are no longer in season - in fact I had usually forgotten I ordered them! Quality and fit is seldom as described, and customer service is just a mess. Returns are almost impossible. My suspicion is most of these clothes come from China - which accounts for the differences in fit, quality, and inability to return. Prices are high for what you get. STAY AWAY!

I give props to whoever Zulily uses to photograph their junky clothing, because everything looks amazing in their website, but then you actually get the item and it's crap! And let's not even talk about the sizing, because I think they use miniature people as their size guides. Yup. Their stuff used to be decent, now, it's just badly sized garbage.

I don't think Zulily deserves one two or three stars but five stars. I buy all my children's clothes from them and have saved a lot of money PLUS I receive high quality products. Normally expensive brands are almost half do the price. What I do is I order the coming season clothes with one or two months ahead of time. Of course, if you are in a rush it won't work but normally the items ship within two or three weeks. I have always received ALL my orders and any issue that I have the customer service is excellent. I ordered a few things-a blouse that was yellow had spots with dark gray threads mending holes, a ring that was missing stones and was not sterling (as advertised) and a metal wall plaque that is so cheap I just ditched it. So lesson learned don't order from this company or you will be sorry. Waste of money.

I spent five minutes simply trying to get into the sight. I tried two different emails. I simply wanted to see what they had to offer. 7 attempts, 2 emails, and I gave up. Shopping should not be so difficult, or behind an iron fortress. Don't waste your time here. Stinks.

Zulily is a great place to browse and shop. The products/brands offered are a good variety. I used to buy more clothing items when my child was younger/smaller; now, i do not purchase clothing items as it is difficult to size different brands (i. E. a size 10/12 in calvin klein fits differently than a 10/12 in michael kors.)
I still do not like their return policy but a few items i've purchased - household, jewelry - have arrived damaged and a phone call to zulily resolved the matter whether they adjusted/credited price or sent a new item if they had in stock.
I buy perfumes, gift items, and 'boxed' items and have been, overall, satisfied at product selection and value.

I've gotten a lot of great deals and it's an affordable place for me to have a shopping addiction. My only suggestion is that they come up with a shipping program. I hate paying shipping everytime. It would be neat to pay a one time annual fee for shipping like amazon.

Everything I have purchased from Zulily has been a delight. The products are made well, shipping is quick and packed professionally. I love that I can break my payments into 3 different billings. That helps my budget (plus I can buy more). I can't wait everyday to see what's available next.
