There is not enough info on the items you sell.It takes forever to get merchandise. If your not happy and want to return you charge I believe $8.95 to return ...terrible! I'm never ordering clothes again mostly junk! Sizing is not accurate. Pictures of items are also not accurate. I always pay my bill and just recently requested only a $100 increase and was turned down. This infuriates me!

I ordered 5 solid-colored tunic tops from Zulily in similar styles. After one wear the fabric was pilling so much that I didn't know if I could wear it a second time. In an attempt to prolong the life of the fabric, I turned it inside out and washed it in delicate. That made it worse. I am very disappointed with the quality and would not order from them again. It made me sad because the tunics were a good fit and were very cute. But unless you are only looking to wear the item once, don't waste your money.

I give it No stars. I placed a $70 order of merchandise. The sizing on the items are at least 3 sizes too small. Please be very careful when ordering ANY clothing from them. I personally am never ever going to order from them again. Their customer service to me has been very unhelpful.

I used to love Zulily. The clothes were great and descriptions correct. Last few things I've ordered the descriptions were not even close to what I received. They were described as 65% cotton but the items that arrived had zero cotton involved. They were cheap trash that looked like Halloween costumes that come in a bag. The fabric was 100% synthetic. The medium was more like XL. They looked nothing like image online. I wouldn't be caught dead in or out of my house in these clothes and the return policy is s* They charge you to return and only give store credit. I only gave 2 stars because for non clothing items I have had better luck.
Tip for consumers:
Only buy clothing brands that you know. If you don't know the brand chances are it comes from China and will disappoint. If it says it's cotton don't count on it. Chances are it will be cheap synthetic printed on/sublimated trash. Think the cheapest Halloween costume material. None clothing items I haven't had issues with.

I used Zulily several times, and was generally happy with the service. Yes, the shipping takes a long time, but they are just the middleman. One of my purchases came defective, and I returned it. It took 3 times calling to get a shipping label! Afterwards, I received an e-mail informing about crediting my account, including shipping. But shipping was never credited. I sent 2 e-mails, and every time received very nice answers promising to issue a credit, but it never happened. Tried calling once, but no answer. Finally they stopped responding to my e-mails. Will not be ordering from them again.

I purchased two items from here, from 2 different vendors, a pair of shoes and a dress. As far as merchandise quality, the shoes were perfect, a brand name so that was easy. The dress was good quality, albeit a little on the small size, even with adjustments for the EU sizing. The thing to know about this site (among other things) is their shipping policy (which is clearly stated on the website)- they receive merchandise from other vendors and then ship it to us buyers. That takes time. It took almost 5 weeks for me to get my order.
I can only speak to the quality of the stuff I received. I do know, being a frequent cosmetic product shopper, that the cosmetic items are no bargain at all. Some of them are even more expensive than drugstore or Ulta prices

The Zulily staff tells consumers plainly on the site that they are the middle man. No one should ever be upset that things take a while, or surprised they order from a third party when they openly express this on their website. I think all related complaints should be dismissed as irrelevant due to the complainants ignorance about the true and posted nature of the company.

I've bought lots of times from Zulily and what I have learned is to shop name brands only. I read a lot of reviews of the cheap workmanship/fabrics their low priced clothing is made of and my experience has been the same. If it is a brand with it's OWN website, it is a safer bet. I only wish a $20 dress would look as cute in person but it never does and there is no return policy so buyer beware!

Don't. Just don't do it - shop around. Get the name of the item and the manufacturer from the Zulily listing and Google it. You will find it available elsewhere at the same price or below and you will be saving your sanity.

I found their customer service to be quite responsive and pleasant. I ordered 8 items. Every single item was cheaply made, seriously undersized and I have never seen such thin material. I truly believe the orders take so long because they have women in the back room hurriedly sewing each item. Blah! I was refunded on half my items and the other half was store credit which I will never use. In the long run, you'll spend more for less with this company.

I love most of the items I purchase through Zulily. I wish they had a free returns policy when things dont fit right. I end up giving it away because its not worth paying to ship it back for a refund. More reviews on everything would help to see if items fit is too small or too large, etc. Shipping can be a little long at times and not knowing when items will ship is hard if it takes a while.

Zuilly is my number one spot for ordering my professional clothing. I have recently branched out to order clothing for my infant granddaughter. I love all of the fashion styles, the prices are really amazing, and recently I got the Zulily CARD which allows me to split the payments into 3 separate time frames. Shipping is pretty quick and keeping track of my orders is easy, as is returns in that rare occasion I return items! I do wish they had a better offer of "free shipping" than the order and get free shipping until midnight of the same day. I often order late at night and that does not give me time to order other things...

My mother in-law bought us a gift card when we found out we were pregnant. After two weeks of no email verification code - the site told her to punch in her receipt number. I tried with no luck. I placed on order on January 2,2012. It took over 22 days to receive it. The tracking number was for UPS but I finally found the package at a post office in another city. Zulily explained that it take 10 days to process an order... that is absolutely ridiculous... generally I received my orders from other vendors before Zulily has ever processed one.

It is a "buyer beware" experience. No refunds, unpredictable shipping times, but if you see a product you know in a size you are sure of, you can get good deals-Crocs comes to mind. I have had bad experiences with brands I am unfamiliar with, and any seller that won't stand behind their products is a risk.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing an expensive purse. I have to wonder if this is a fake of a quality brand. The zipper zips roughly and looks cheap. So disappointed. Won't visit this site again.

I ordered 15 items from them in Nov. 16 for my Wife for Christmas. All items showed guaranteed Christmas delivery. All but one arrived by the week before Christmas. The last one arrived Jan 3. When I called Customer service about the Christmas Delivery guarantee I got through in 2 rings to a young man who was very helpful and courteous. He offered to refund the money and I asked him instead to just give me credit for future orders. Could not be happier with the shopping experience at this online retailer. They are all made in HK and shipped from there which is why I ordered early. I have seen some negative reviews about this place but my experience was terrific.

I've had a good experience with Zulily. I found that if you order cheaply priced stuff you will get something cheap. I order mid to higher prices for stuff and have been very pleased. Word of advice: if it says to hand wash-then hand wash it. Check the reviews and sizing info on every product and decide accordingly. I'm a regular shopper now

Item significantly not as described; zulily offered full refund which they claimed several times was completed. Eventually they admitted there was an error in the refund process and promised to fix it. But again, I waited and no refund. So, it appears that zulily may have lied to me not once, not twice, but numerous times. Shop elsewhere, people. Zulily offers some unique items but none of it is worth the almost-certain hassle you will encounter.

As I stated before I was trying to return something. I was contacted by two customer service rep's. Both wanted pictures of the curtains even though I had explained there was nothing wrong with them. I remained persistent and ended up with a third very helpful cuts svc rep. He explained why they wanted pic's but ended up giving me store credit which all I was asking for and having me keep the curtains. I guess you have to hold your ground to get results.

Zulily sells very nice goods at wonderful prices however the length of time it takes to receive them is frequently prohibitive. I'm never sure exactly when I receive them so it's hard to buy Zulily products as gifts.

Zulily is a great place to shop for products at fantastic prices! You will have to wait quite a while for the item to be delivered so give yourself plenty of time and also don't order clothing or shoes unless it's a brand you've tried before because the sizing can be way off from US sizing and not all items can be returned.
