I have been shopping with Zulily for years. Since they "merged" with QVC I have seen a decline in quality and shipping. Many of my boxes arrive looking like they got caught in a game of football... as the ball! Luckily, there hasn't been much damage. Zulily is good at taking care of you if you do have damages.
I love the all day shipping. It's fun picking out new outfits for my grandchildren.
Even if it's not perfect, I will continue to shop here.

I am amazed at all of the negative reviews about this site! I have gotten nothing but incredible customer service any time I had an issue. Regarding slow shipping -- yes, they are SLOW. But it clearly states on the site their shipping policies and the amount of time you have to wait before your order ships.
I have twice received items that were not of good quality. Each time I contacted customer service with a POLITE and detailed email, I heard back within the same business day. Both times my money was refunded, I received a site credit, AND I was able to keep the items (if I desired to do so.)
Give them a try. They are a product preview site -- kind of like merchants "testing the waters" to see how well each product will sell. That's why there is the delay when you make a purchase... Consider it "pre-ordering" something before it hits the market.

After reading all the negative reviews I was really hesitant to order anything from Zulily... but, I ended up ordering 2 pairs of shoes from Zulily. The first pair I love and they came in after only about 2 weeks (surprise). The second pair I love as well but the soles are very slippery (will have to do something about that). Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that they came in so quickly and were a very nice material. Now, let's see how my bill is handled hopefully no mistakes will be made. After reading the negative reviews about the clothes, though, I will absolutely not order anything from them.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with their products, YES shipping takes ages but that's how their site works!
These guys are truly amazing and their products to.
You are always guaranteed unique products and the chances of your friend having the same outfit as you is non existent!

On Labor day I took advantage of a sale and bought two pairs of flats and two boots from Zulily. I was worried from reading reviews but everything arrived in good condition and within eight days. The flats fit perfectly and one pair of boots do but the other pair is stiff and squeaks. However, that's a chance you take when you shop online on a site that can't offer item reviews. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of my products especially considering the great price I got them for.

I love Zulily. I have been shopping with them since they started. This is a flash sale site. The company does not have a warehouse full of merchandise. At the end of the sale, they place an order with the manufacturer. The items are then sent and repackaged by Zulily for shipping, in most cases. If you are a buyer who needs the item immediately shop elsewhere and pay more. Or you can shop their "Ready to Ship" dept. and get your item in a few days. When I first started buying from them I literally forgot I had ordered from them and was surprised to get a box of their goods a month later. I did not understand their business concept. I do now and shop ahead for holidays, birthdays, etc. I have made some mistakes and so have they with my orders, but their Customer Service Dept rocks. Also do your research on the brands if you are not sure of sizes, warranties or even competing prices. But most important don't be in a hurry to get the merchandise and have patience.
Tip for consumers:
Research, research....check the manufacturer...read the description...check the sizes...use a ruler to see the size...If the item arrives damaged contact Zulily immediately!

I've been a member for years, and really enjoy shopping Zulily. It's a little bit of a different experience because of their business model. It can take a really long time to receive an item, but once you learn to expect that you can get some great prices on quality items.
I've only had to contact customer service a couple of times, and each time they went the extra mile to make things right.
The Zulily emails are just about the only shopping emails I actually open.

Zulily has the most fabulous items and finds! I have found numerous birthday and holiday gifts that I haven't seen elsewhere. The quality of items I've bought has always great. They are a very professional company. They take care of their customers with a smile in there voice and quickly. I've had to return only one items, but the refund was a lot faster than most places. I didn't run into any issues at all. I will continue to buy many fun and functional items; all at great prices!

I have placed a few orders through Zulily and not had an issue. Today I received a pair of shoes that were HUGE for their listed size and didn't fit me at all. I emailed Zulily customer service expecting them to tell me as their website says "we do not accept returns on item." Instead - they told me they had credited my account and that there is no need to send them back, I should give them to a friend or donate them. A+, Zulily! Thank you!

I love shopping at Zulily. There is always a great assortment of products and can easily identify those sales I want to browse through. I have been purchasing regularly from Zulily for almost 3 years now and have been very happy with the majority of my purchases. I have noticed that the product variety and deals recently has been pretty much the same so would like to see some newer items.

I give you fair warning: I have only bought Christmas ornaments on Zulily. They are my hobby/obsession. So far everything has been wonderful. The pictures don't always do justice to the merchandise so my experience has been very positive. I am amazed by the variety of items, and how quickly some of them sell out. Prices are good compared to other sites with similar items. The wait time can seem like forever, but I like checking on my orders and counting the days. It's just like Christmas.

I have purchased many things with them over the last year and have been very pleased. I get many compliments. It's important to measure yourself honestly and check the measurements of the sizes before you order. Then there is no problem. Customer service has been great. Although they do not accept returns, if something is obviously wrong (wrong colour etc) then they can help. I have given a few things away which makes others happy because although it did not look good on me, it looked exactly like the picture on my friend. Yes they charge shipping, but you will see that clearly before you buy and yes you will then get free shipping for the rest if the day or until Sunday night if you order on a weekend. I like receiving these items, it's fun for me. I am surprised that every time I get a compliment, I have to laugh and say yep, I got it from Zulily.

Honestly, it is what it is. Delivery is often (almost always) slower--they state in their policy that they do not stock any inventory. Basically, they have to order it themselves and then ship it to you after they receive it. I have been stuck with some non-returnable children's clothes that were totally sized wrong; so I no longer purchase those brands with which I am unfamiliar. Have I gotten some great bargains? Yes, most definitely. I'm just careful about what I buy here. Also, I have had them be very generous on two occasions when they were not able to fill an order. (Once they even credited me MORE than the actual cost of the item).

Wow-this online store is one to avoid at all costs! I placed a order for 3 pairs of shoes-its took 2 weeks to process, finally called customer service and was told that two of the pairs were not available. Then it took me another 10 days to get my money back. Finally received the one pair of shoes-but it took close to a month! Very shady, great prices-but who wants to wait a month to receive your items?

I placed an order for two tshirts and one necklace in November for guaranteed arrival by Christmas. This was my first time buying from the site and will definitely be my last! I just got an email today that one of my items won't arrive by Christmas and the other item hasn't even shipped! I doubt it will arrive by Christmas which leaves me scrambling to find another gift. I wish I had found this review site before I ordered 3 blouses. Colors not as pictured. They are beyond cheaply made. Seams do not match. Ruffles are sewed on wrong and do not match. Two tops supposed to be a S and looks like XL. Hope my pregnant daughter can wear. Money down the drain! Wish they spent as much on quality of clothes as they do on photoshop and advertising! Just pass these cheap temptations up!

Their clothes are really cute, but I've purchased three dresses that looked very fitted and stylish on the models on their site, and then when they came to me they had absolutely no shape and just hung on my body like a $40 potato sack :( the first two times I thought maybe I just didn't notice the fit on the models well enough, but the third time I had enough and called their customer service to get a refund. They wouldn't refund the money on my debit card, they would only give me a store credit for the amount, which kind of irritated me. I was browsing again yesterday, and FINALLY found proof that I'm not crazy... the photographer/stylist forgot to take a clip off of the back of the dress on one of the models, so it proves that they do in fact alter the way some of their clothing fits to entice you to buy it! See the picture below. I am very weary of purchasing clothing from them now, especially since they won't refund you if something doesn't fit. Beware!

I have ordered from Zulily several times and almost always the sizes are either way too big or way too small, rarely ever the size it is advertised as on their size charts. I even measure myself before purchasing to be sure I am getting the right size and nope still wrong. I feel like I have wasted so much money because you can't return your items even if they are not the sizes advertised. This company is just a rip-off. I have only bought a handful of products from them that are worth the money and they were all kitchen items. If you are shopping for clothes go somewhere else. Even the clothes I have ordered for my children didn't fit them due to the sizing once again being off. I wish I had learned my lesson the first and second time but I didn't and ended up wasting way too much money on this horrid company. Yes the shipping time is also super slow.

I have ordered many items from Zulily. For the most part, I have been satisfied. The shipping times are very slow, 3-4 weeks sometimes. I have been happy with the quality of the items. Just be forewarned that most of their sizes run very small. I generally order a medium when I am normally an XS.
Their return policy is nonexistent, but they have been super-responsive when they make mistakes. When 2 things I ordered did not arrive by the guaranteed date, they refunded my money, gave me a $10 credit, and told be to keep or donate the items when they did finally arrive.
Bottom line: Zulily has good deals, as long as you can be patient and wait until they are ready to ship.

I don't understand all the gripes about the shipping times. They are very clearly stated on the website before you purchase, as is the no return policy for most things. You HAVE to pay attention to the size chart of each item in inches - brands can vary wildly in their sizing, so don't just assume your usual size will be right. If you do this, you'll be fine. Look closely at the pictures of the items, you can clearly see which ones are made of thin material and the like. They often sell brands you are familiar with for low prices and these can be great bargains. If you want to buy clothes very quickly, look elsewhere. If you want a bargain and don't mind waiting, give zulily a try.

Zulily used to be a company I trusted and respected. Multiple times now, I have received items that did not match their descriptions or the sizing was off. Zulily would gladly provide me with a credit. They say returns are accepted, but now they charge $6 to ship the item back and a $3 restocking fee. So anytime you need to return and item, you automatically lose $9.

I discovered sulkily one night and ended up ordering over a dozen things. I waited patiently and about a month later the items started to trickle in. I have never been more disappointed in my life. Every single thing was so cheaply made and looked tacky. Things were not even sewn even! Some things were tiny... some had strings all over them... cheap material... what a bunch of junk! Never ever ever again!

I have been a very good customer of Zulily for over a year. I probably order several items a week. I agree that the sizing is sometimes way off mark or the items are not as pictured occasionally, but anytime I call customer service they are very helpful. If I have a problem with an item, they either tell me to return it or to donate the item. I am given an immediate refund plus a $5 or $10 credit on my account. I just bought 3 beautiful lace dresses for $12.50 each, they fit perfectly.
