Just found out they ship in bulk. The item I ordered on 12-11-13 will not be shipped until 12-27-13. I was wanting these shoes before Christmas. This was a total waste of money. If you dont mind getting your order several weeks after you order then this site is good for you. I suggest you check out Zappos.com, you get your items in less than a week and they are reasonable in price.

Everyday there are new items including most from the day before. You need to choose your country, which gets annoying especially if you see the difference in pricing. That and the delivery dates which can take up to a month are the only negative I can say about Zulily. Overall I would recommend this site to do the shopping for that item you just can't find anywhere else!

I really love all of the different types of items that are available on any given day. My only complaint would be when I order something and the item/items are for some reason cancelled due to the item not being received by Zulily and then the same item shows up in the offerings within a day or more later of course after I have already ordered something similar.

I've been debating this year whether to order something from zulily and was just about to take the plunge, and then I remembered how I ordered something from a site just before Christmas which ended up being a scam site, so before I spent any cash I decided to check the feedback. So glad I did! Even though there are some positive reviews the vast majority appear negative and that is enough for me to save my money and spend it elsewhere.

I have ordered from them several times just like everyone else has; my first order was very cute fleece like waist length jacket. I received it rather quickly but the quality was very poor, the pockets came with holes in them! My second order was a pair of boots: I was so excited to have found this particular pair and would be able to wear them for winter (and let me just say my winter is literally for a split second, if at all,) so I ordered them at the beginning of December and almost 2 months later they arrived! Needless to say, they will sit in my closet until next year since our winter is over and we're back in the 80's! When shipping says 10 -14 business days you should actually double or triple that time; at least that way when it comes sooner you will be surprised. I really like the idea of this site but do not like the way they handle things.

I received two items today that I don't recall ordering. They said the order was placed more than a month ago. The style is appropriate for someone 30 years younger than I am so I can't imagine ordering anything like this. Their return policy is ridiculous. I would never order something with such a policy because sometimes things don't fit right or look right. The customer service supervisor all but called me a liar. Never shot this site. I know I won't.

Constantly getting "seconds" from this company. From miss marked clothing, ill fitted clothing, different colors all together from site pictures, now to reading glasses with manufactured rubs in them making them useless. Just not worth the reduced price to get inferior quality items. I have been ordering from them for about 4 years now so I have lots of experience with them. I have to say they do have great customer service, always answering emails is the best thing going for them!

The quality of their clothing is typically very poor so I quickly learned to stay away from that. I was recently duped when I ordered a case for an iPhone that was shown as an Otterbox. Otterbox is a reliable brand, my husband has one for his phone. I received my order today and instead of an Otterbox, I got a cheaply made flimsy plastic case from a company called Lifeproof. This item would go for around $1.75 on ebay on a good day. Thanks to their no returns policy I am stuck with a 'case' that will be headed for the trash can and I have wasted money. I am too angry for words.

One piece was broken in half when received. I called Zulily and was given full credit on my credit card. That was quick and easy, but the item is no longer available and no wait list. I'm disappointed that I can't get another set. I've spent hundreds of dollars on Zulily items and I'm well pleased with most of them. I buy lots of gifts to give for Christmas every year and will continue to do so. I love shopping at Zulily.

Bought a nook pebble mattress. Bought the mattress because for about two hundred less which i thought was a great deal. Well, i just received the item today. Box was damaged on one side and it was taped up. Im like could zulily.com be selling these items for less because these are damaged or defective b stock items. Not a very happy customer right now. I ordered a special occasion dress for an 8 year old girl. While the quality was good the shipping was so slow she had outgrown it by the time it arrived! Way overpriced. Next time I will just go to Macy's or Bon-Ton's, both near me.

Ordered items for Christmas in mid November and get an email advising if order delay on December 21st. For what I'm paying for the items I could have gotten them somewhere else tag would ship in time. Nothing like last minute shopping to get replacement items.

Buying from Zulily is risky. I have purchased about 40 items from them in the last 6 months. I had to give away or discard about 25% of the items because of poor quality or bad sizing. Nothing is returnable. Slowly I am learning to order only brand names that I trust. Also you have to be very patient as I have often had to wait up to six weeks for delivery. Finally, there is a single shipping fee for an order, but they have sometimes cancelled the one item I really wanted in the order. Buyer Beware!

I have read all of these reviews and would like to address certain issues. 1) complaining about how long it takes for your items to get to your house: when you read "how I works" on their website, it clearly states that they do not have a warehouse. They are ordering from companies who then ship to zulily. Of course it is going to take time. 2) for those of you who are receiving items that are poor quality or do not fit well, it is in your best interest to not be impulsive about purchases. I have filtered through many many pages before I found something I liked, read the size chart, and zoomed in all angles of the picture to see exactly what it looks like. I have purchased two dresses, and three shirts, and am satisfied with every one of my purchases. I would recommend this site to anyone. You just have to understand, and have time for scrutinizing shopping.

I get these ads on both my computer and my tablet. The dresses are awful looking and nothing a 77 year old would ever wear. Please target those people who might be interested in your unattractive dresses. I can't believe ANYone would wear them with pleasure.

Lousy company, rude customer service, the woman yelled at me when I told her I got the wrong item, bad quality, always wrong item and never refund your credit card, you get store credit to buy more lousy items. One star is too much for them!

I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered. Cheap, badly made clothes that took an age to arrive. You can buy far superior garments from an average street market.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter's pictures. The size was 1-3, it MIGHT fit my 2 1/2 year old niece, but it is likely too large. It didn't look like the picture, quality seems good, it weighs a ton! I also ordered a couple of outfits for my daughter and it has been close to a month and it hasn't even shipped.
In previous reviews people are saying they got great deals, I disagree, I think they are actually kind of expensive.

I had placed 3 orders with the company. After reading these reviews it scared me so I called customer service and cancelled all my orders. I don't want junk that doesn't fit, sized wrong and falling apart after first wash that's not returnable. With all the Buyer Beware I did not want to risk it. However, they were gracious enough to cancel my orders with no questions asked and I am giving a 5 stars for that. Thanks for all the previous posts, I wont take a chance wasting my money! I was reading one bad review after another!

I ordered a peg and bug outfit for my daughter and it was too little so I called to find out how to return it. The lady said no I will return your money for a store credit to use later and notify you when we have it in larger size. You keep it and bless someone that is less fortunate. I was blown away from her kindness and her generous heart to bless another child. Praise God their are still good people in this world.

I have ordered for me & one of my granddaughters & the sizes I ordered were what we normally wear, but were way too small! There is a no return policy, so I have wasted money & I'm stuck with the clothes unless I list them on eBay. I understand they may not be able to exchange the items, but at least give store credit!

I have been ordering from Zulily for about 3 years now. I love the diversity of the "shops" each day. I also generally find the prices to be awesome & almost always am pleased with the quality of the items I have ordered. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes some items to be delivered sometimes. I am happy they are accepting returns now, however, the return cost is expensive, which ends up deterring the return anyway, so It's kind of a moot point!
