I can't give this the full 5 stars as I've had some bad purchases. Some of the sizes are off and some of the styles are not exactly as pictured BUT honestly, the customer service team has made good on every single problem or issue I've had! They either give me credit or offer a resolution to my satisfaction. Like any website or offers, you have to shop around but for the most part, Zulily.com gives me the best price I can find on the web! Fun to shop and great variety!

Easy order though sometimes I don't order something small because of shipping. I don't always get what's expected in jewelry- I think it will be smaller than the real size. I would like to see pictures of items on people to better gauge the size. I have received wrong things occasionally but get them replaced easily. I did have a sweater come that had a salvage edge in the middle front. Took awhile to explain that to the customer service rep who had no idea what I was talking about, got it replaced though.

So disappointed, rug looks nothing like its picture, I could have bought this for less than half the price at retailers like walmart and still gotten a better rug, never again, I am waiting for them to return it and refund me

I love all the variety, I can usually find something for everyone. And quality has always been exceptional. Good prices, when I can't afford to go too high. I do wish delivery could be faster, but I still like to order here!

I have been a loyal customer to Zulily for about 7 years. What I love about them is that they feature items I have never seen anywhere else. Loads of great deals including many designers. Granted sometimes the items take forever to come but expedited shipping is available at a cost. I would say that I am probably one of their best customers. When return are available the process is easy breezy. I have bought countless things over the years for myself and gifts for others. LOVE IT

I love Zulily, especially the discounts and varieties. It's like a treasure hunt. I've been a dedicated customer ever since Zulily first came out. I get why shipping is slow because you all have to wait for the vendor to ship items to you which is perfectly understandable. Lately however, my items have been shipped to someone else or have gone past a certain time frame to be shipped and I'm a little disappointed in that. Also, the customer service went from excellent to just ok.

Great products, great prices! I am in love with Zulily! It's important to pay attention to estimated ship dates, sometimes that makes shipping seem slow. And I wish shipping was a little less, but I've found some amazing deals I just can't beat! Zulily is awesome

Love Zulily, best customer service around. Love all the lawn art offered as that is my addiction. Just have to keep an eye out on non returnable items. Also, I wish more clothing brands offered items made 100% Cotton as not a big fan of all the poly & clingy materials used. Buying clothing is hit & miss just have to find brands that work for you & save brand as a favorite so you get notified when they are selling on Zulily again.

I love getting my daily email and seeing what Zulily has that I either need, want or just have to have! I've found some fantastic buys on things I'd not otherwise have purchased, and I've learned which lines work the best for me. While I have had the occasional return, over-all it is always a good experience, and it's super easy to recommend it to friends! I work in a boutique, and get compliments on my Zulily purchases all the time! Like everything-it takes awhile to get used to just how Zulily works and to know the brands that work, but once you do-it's fun and easy.

My first time ever leaving a review for a company and this one is warranted, if I could leave it with no stars I would! Ordered 4 items on the same date. Took me close to a month to get the items. The material is cheap looking, see through and way too small as a size. Ordered a dress, received it tonight and the button holes are broken. Sweater I ordered as a large (normal medium to large size for me) and the sweater is so small it fits my 12 yr old daughter who weighs 63 pounds! Does not fit me. Ordered an expensive watch, it looks cheap and is clearly not worth what I paid. Will never order from this company again! Living in Alaska we do a lot of online shopping and this is truly a disappointing waste of money.

At times you might not get what you hoped for but other times you get a knock outta the park! Lots of hit and misses but you go in knowing that bc sometimes this stuff comes from China, etc. Lessons learned. I do a bit more research outside before committing to the purchase.

I was reluctant to try Zulily for the first time, because I'd heard about long delays and didn't want to buy something, then have it not fit when it arrives, only to have to wait AGAIN, or have it already sold out.
But my fears have been allayed. There are items which take a while to get there--if you need it in a hurry, look for the items with a rocket icon beside it--sometimes those show up before I start looking for them! I've had to return a couple of items, and the process is easy, no fuss, and fast. And when their items run out before shipping--you get a store credit above the amount of your refund! It's GREAT!

I ordered 5 outfits and they came about 3 weeks later. However, I expected the long delay. It does say on their site orders are not shipped until the sale is over. So if you order an item and the sale lasts another 5 days, your shipping time frame doesn't start until those 5 days have passed, regardless of when you ordered.

Ordered crocs for my son on 6/15/11. I got notice that it shipped only yesterday. It took 21 days just to ship. Now I have to wait another week before I get it, if I actually get it. It will be a total of a month or over since I've placed my order. This is after paying regular shipping charges. Will not order from them again. Do not shop here!

I was a customer for awhile... loved! The items and service... then spent a time away. Have TRIED OVER AND OVER to get help to reset my password (that was buried by time, I guess) and no intention of help... in fact, they have something called "I'm no robot" that insists you respond correctly to their pictures... so I could continue to shop... it's been days (5) with no response to many emails and asks for help. I'm "done". There are so many other sites available to us as consumers... I'm finished with the company that can't respond to even one question, much less help me secure my on line help. I'm done... sorry for all the companies that depend on them...

I'm so glad I discovered Zulily! They have a great selection of products from clothing to housewares to outdoor stuff to pets and even food! I love the discounted prices and I have to say most of my new wardrobe was purchased thru Zulily's vendors. Cute styles for all sizes and affordable prices. Can't beat that anywhere! And their customer service is awesome! I have had to return a couple of items and it was hassle free along with getting credit for an item that broke during shipping and they give you notices if the item ordered didn't reach their facility in a timely manner and then they refund my money and give me store credit for having to cancel an item that I didn't mind waiting for.
Some items do take longer to ship, but I don't mind since it feels like its a nice present from me to me when I get it delivered! And the free shipping offers are totally worth it!

I've been shopping this company for years and even though I've had issues, I still shop them daily. If there are brands you've never heard of, this is your go-to. I've discovered new to me brands and had no issues. I do like these price matching policy too. Not many companies do that. Even with COVID19 going on, shipping has been decent.

I've found lots of great things at Zulily. Most are high quality and available at a deep discount. I've been a Zulily shopper for many years. I like that many things are returnable now, though I'm still upset they didn't allow me to return a poor-quality item recently. Shipping can be slow, but I plan ahead so that doesn't bother me much.

Zulily is my online department store! I purchase almost all of my clothing from them including shoes and jewelry. Now I've started purchasing kitchen gadgets, sheets, towels, you name it. I have comforters to match every bedspread... I've purchased the bedspreads from Zulily! I can change my wardrobe and my bedroom to match the season or my mood! They are quality products at an economical price. The delay in shipping really doesn't bother me as I look ahead and determine what I need. I love coming home and finding the package from Zulily in my mailbox or at my front door!

I'm done now. After over a year of buying from zulily and getting increasingly shoddy products and service I just finally reached my limit. I ordered a pair of expensive shoes using their US to Euro size conversion chart and they came in completely wrong. When I complained the response was for me to send them back for a refund of the purchase price. Not my $6.95 shipping from zulily and not my $7.95 return shipping. When I complained about that I was told by the cheerful and completely clueless sales rep that Yes, I would have to pay all shipping for their error. After a run of not-so-great purchases and service, this is the final annoyance. No more zulily for me

They have stolen $85.00 from me. I placed an order on 11/27. Was charged the same day. 12/1 received an email stating how their shipping worked. At that point I knew to just wait. Today 12/20 I checked my order status. It is cancelled. I checked my bank account and have received no refund. That's what I call stealing.

Fell in love with a pair of Dolce Vita shoes and discovered they were on sale online in the states but not in Canada. Also, my size was sold out everywhere. Found and ordered them through Zulily and received them in just over a week! Free shipping with tracking info included. Very pleased with this site.

I have been able to find groceries, clothing, shoes, and jewelry at wonderful pricing. I have gotten wonderful customer service, except they only give store credit on returns. I always go there first when I am looking for an outfit or something for the house. The quality of the products is spot on and I have only had two pieces that where broken and it was taken care of quickly by Zulily. You can count of Zulily.

Zulily can be wonderful and not so wonderful. I've had good experiences with customer service, in particular. That said, purchasing on the site can be hit or miss. For example, I've had a bunch of items I've ordered mysteriously be cancelled. No explanation. Just cancelled. Sure, they refund my money, but it's happened enough that it's pretty frustrating. Another issue? Items that are never delivered. I report the issue and they refund my money, but again, frustrating.
I've gotten some amazing deals on Zulily. Is it worth the hassle? Probably. I've also gotten a bunch of duds, some of them not returnable. And for many items you will wait a long time to receive them, so be prepared. If you want something right away, look for their "Ready to Ship" marked items.
It may be the nature of the business as an intermediary between manufacturers and purchasers that Zulily has these issues. So if you're thinking about taking the plunge, consider all of the above before you dive!
