I've been shipped the wrong product and they said I must send them a picture in 48 hours in order to potentially get a refund. This is ridiculous for a product I didn't order. I still haven't gotten the items I ordered. Very, very poor customer service. Agree with other poster, should have read reviews before ordering. Simply awful.

Shipping with this company is horrible and they charge for shipping! This company apparently first gets products shipped to them and when sale is over then they ship. My first order was shipped to the wrong address. They left off my unit number even though it was in the computer. I've ordered twice from this company and it's taken 6 weeks to get my order. Difference in price (sometimes a couple of dollars less) is not worth the wait and shipping charges. Awful customer service. I will never shop with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would have chosen that.

Just received my last two orders from Zulily. Looked nothing like they were pictured. But I know better than to try and return them because they will charge an extraordinary fee to do that. I guess I'm stuck with them. Beware you may not get the items you're looking at and it will take you forever to get them

I visit Zulily daily! Some people say the drawback of shipping time keeps them from ordering. It doesn't bother me and If I need something for a certain event I know to shop in advance or go to an actual store (boo).
I have never been disappointed by the items that I buy. I know to shop carefully that is the key!

Quick customer service and if there's a problem they jump right on it. Quick delivery and timely updates in case there's a problem. I go there first before I go to any other place. They do not sell their own things, just provide a venue for others to sell their wares cheaply, so to get a good idea of sizes and what people say, use your ability to research the company before you buy the clothes. They have provided me credit and the ability to return items with no restock or return fees. They are very understanding and maintain the best concepts to making customers happy. If buying several items, purchase the smallest first to get a lower shipping fee and all other items that day or all weekend are shipped thereafter for FREE! Where do you get that? Anyway, they have a near perfect business model with no overhead. They're smart!

I understand that not every product is in stock when you order, but lately it seems that everything is WAY over 30 days out. And you don't know this until after you have placed your order. And their quality is not what it use to be. I'm done with them. They have made online ordering a nightmare for me.

This site said guarantee delivery by Christmas I ordered my stuff nov 20 it is now dec 5 and still has not left the warehouse. So in other words I wont have it by the time I need it. They didn't offer me any kind of apology or a definite time frame for delivery. It seems the more you purchase the worse the customer service is. I already received all my other packages from all other online retailers even the ones ordered a week later. Not a happy online shopper will not recommend this site for anyone else

I love zulily's products and their customer service representatives are the tops. My only issue is the packing. I have received several shipments where there has been damage to the products. Mostly this has been mugs which were not packed correctly. Another item was a lighted canvas that was improperly padded and the back and wires were damaged. Unlike some of the others though I received immediate help for my problems and a satisfactory adjustment to my account. I wish I were treated as well by other companies when I have a problem.

I recently ordered King size bed quilts from Zulily and when they arrived they were nothing near the color that the text and picture said it was going to be. I called to return them and was told I could only receive a store credit. If I had just changed my mind then this would not be an issue, but I was mislead and they are not standing by their product. Will not recommend them in the future.

As with many other reviewers, the item I received was not the item I ordered. It was a different manufacturer, a different fit, and a different design. And it looked incredibly cheap. It was similar to the one on their website but not what I ordered. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, because they agreed to take the item back. I don't really understand how a company like this can stay in business. It's my bad for not researching them first, but given how many good discount/online retailers there are (Sierra Trading Post being my favorite), it's hard to see how they manage to turn a profit. Unless it's mostly first-time customers who get burned and never come back. Lesson learned.

I buy from Zulily weekly and have been pleased with the products and services overall. The site has something for everyone, from beauty products to clothing to household goods. The prices are considerably lower than other venues and the merchandise is usually high quality. The company does charge for shipping, but only once per day. So if you were to make several purchases within a day, you would only be charged shipping for the first order. Sometimes the company runs free shipping promos or discount promos for people on the mailing list and/or who have the Zulily credit card. A lot of people enjoy the "Dash for the Deal" promos where specific merchandise is offered at a low price, but only for a certain amount of time. The site is fairly easy to use and there are new product/brand options every day.

I look forward to opening my Zulily emails just to find what's new. Their prices are 99% lower than other web sites. The only drawback is that there are no reviews to go by so I end up "highlighting" and searching other sites to find the information I want. I love the site mostly for their doll clothes which has the greatest prices and selections

Placed an order almost a month ago and was guaranteed that it would be delivered by Christmas. (the only reason I bought it from Zulily) 2 days before Christmas and I get an email stating they won't be delivered until after Christmas! These were my primary gifts for my daughter. Could've gotten them off amazon but because Zulily was a little bit cheaper, I decided to take the risk. Never again! Now there's no time to ship them from amazon either. I'll definitely never be ordering from them again!

Slow delivery. When it arrived the package in the back had been torn open as well as the merchandise inside. Called to report it, customer service could have cared less. Returned the product and they received it 4 days ago and still I have not received a store credit. I requested a refund to my account and was told no. They take you money right away, slow to deliver, charge you to return it. All they are doing is making money off of innocent people! What a crock of a company!

I made 3 different orders after seeing commercials and hearing about all the savings. I ordered 4 pair of shoes... 1 fit and were made very cheap. Some of my sizes were not what I ordered. Out of the clothing articles---awful! I (a 35 yr. Old woman) have a large shirt that my 6 year old daughter wears. Everything says made in China and is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!
Read up on the company before buying anything! I will never order from Zulily again!

I've ordered multiple times from Zulily. I've had an account with them since 2013. Shipping does take a long time but, if you read how the site works you would understand. It was great when I first found the website because I was pregnant at the time and I was able to order some maternity clothes for a great deal and not spend tons of money on them. Give them a try.

I can't even sign on. It just won't let me shop. I created a password and that is as far as I got. I don't think i was already a member, but if I was most Internet sites will have a message "Forgot Password?" Not this site.So Zulily I will buy my baby things at a user friendly site. Evidently, you make so much money that you don't care about your customers.

The only items I have ordered from Zulily were Dept 56 snow babies. The shipping takes too long and one time I was surprised when I opened this too big of a box for the box inside. It had been jiggling around all the way across United States. There was a tiny piece broken. Customer Service was kind to me and credited make the cost except for shipping. The items had been on sale so it was a good. I would love to order clothes from them but I don't dare considering poor reviews.

I believe your commercials perceive fathers to be incompetent in that they don't know how to spend money wisely. It seems there is a lot of these degrading type of commercials out there that bash fathers. This is a disgrace and I'll be certain to spend not one dime through your business. I will also boycott your services at my local union hall where my influences stretch further than you can imagine

I have purchased several articles of clothing from this site, and so far, the issues I have are relatively minor. You do get what you pay for, and knowing that no returns are possible, I always make sure to order things that can be fixed if there is a problem. Make sure to read the sizing charts, look at the material the fabric is made of, and I almost always order a size bigger than what is recommended. The last two tunic-shirts I purchased were the same size, but one fit perfectly while the other draped like a tent. Fortunately, a pair of scissors and a turn on my sewing machine turned it into a lovely fitted tunic that I can't wait to wear this summer. One dress I bought has a twisted strap, and uses plastic adjusters, but for the price I don't mind fixing that as well. I've done the same for mis-made garments purchased at local stores. I'll continue to purchase off the site... but I like having the odd sewing project to work on. :)

Zulily has great deals from housewares to clothes to kids toys! Only reason its not 5 star is because sometimes clothes are a hit or miss. I've bought some that are exactly as described and shown online and others that are way off. Returning is sometimes not worth it due to the $8.95 cost of return shipping. My experience has been about a B+ though, not bad!

I have bought a variety of things on Zulily - from clothing to toys. I love getting good deals on the site but the shipping charges are high, and if you have to return an item because it isn't remotely what the size chart claimed, you will be eating that cost again. I have done less shopping on Zulily lately because Amazon offers many of the same items at the same or very close in price, but without the waiting and additional shipping costs.

I have used Zulily to purchase dress and kids clothes - TWICE and boy what a blunder it was. Both the times I got cheap quality stuff which did not look like the one in the picture. The kids clothes was a complete joke. I ordered it for my 6 yr old and its so tiny that my 3 yrs old could not fit in. The dress said soft satin on the website but the material we received felt like plastic :( Will never be buying from zulily again.

I see a lot of negative reviews but I had a great experience. Out of many many items, I would say I didn't like maybe two. And that's just because they didn't look good on me. I know what looks good and flattering so I stick to that now. Quality has been good, things wash well, and I am not buying the expensive items. These are all in the lower to mid range price. I get compliments all the time. I buy very often. I recommend them!
