I ordered a Steve Harvey bag (SH53) and the design was not as depicted... clearly no quality control to meet or exceed Marjorie's high standards, and that is unfortunate. They did issue a refund minus shipping until I complained. May donate the bag to those who help the homeless.

I love shopping with Zulily. I look every day for great deals. They always have a variety of products. The few problems I have had in the past have been handled wonderfully by Customer Service. Their staff is very friendly, prompt and efficient. I will continue to shop Zulily.

The first time ordering from this company both items were placed on back order when it said in stock, when I finally got 1st item it's sized way to small and they tell me I have to pay for return shipping won't order from this website or company again.

Zulily has changed my life. I shop nearly every day and I love how the site is designed, very attractive with clever headings. Every day there are 5 or 10 sales that I'm interested in and I find things I need or didn't even know I needed until I saw it on Zulily. I love the all day shipping for one charge. To ne fair I must add that I haven't been as impressed with the quality and fabrication of some of their clothing and bedding items.

Every product that I have received has been of good or great quality. I have never had to return anything so I am not sure how that process would be. For the most part, shipping is an average time. Some products you do have to wait longer to receive.

Zulily has such unique things and great prices. I've purchased many things for myself and others on the site. Have I been thrilled with everything? No, but mostly I've been pleased. I especially like the baby/children's clothing. I'm glad that Zulily is now allowing returns. I also appreciate that when you buy something on the weekend, you then have free shipping the rest of weekend. I do wish they offered free shipping days from time to time. Also, you need to know that usually you won't receive your items for a few weeks. However, they are upfront about this so it hasn't been a problem for me.

I live in Alaska, and I have ordered from them twice... should have learned my lesson the first time. I ordered a small item on 4/8/11 and it has yet to arrive even though it "shipped" on 4/22. I tried to track it and they said it was transfered from UPS to USPS parcel post, which can take up to 4 weeks to deliver.

Just because we're in Alaska doesn't mean you should be paying $12.00 shipping charges to take over a month to receive something. The shipping charge cancels out the price of the item, should have gone somewhere local and paid $5 more.

My first experience with Zulily was today and resulted in multiple emails with support. I was told I had free shipping for the day after my first order, and then was charged shipping when I made another order minutes later. I was told it was supposed to have let me know it had an additional shipping charge. I advised them it did not --with screen shots- I guess I am just too used to the exceptional customer service of sites like FAB and PetFlow. These folks could really take a lesson from them... dropping the 9.95 would have gotten you a repeat customer that would probably spend twice as much next time. Now there is no next time.

Waited forever to get two little dresses. The quality of the material was extremely poor. We would have gotten better quality if we'd gone to Wal-Mart! Will never again purchase from Zulily! What a waste of money!

I will not order anything from Zulily in the future. Ordered Christmas present weeks in advance, at time of order it showed delivery for Christmas but it has been in processing shipment for weeks? I can only hope the Quality is better than the delivery which I would give a 1 star, Customer service rep was yawning on the phone through conversation with no real information on when it will ship other than you will receive it but its an estimated ship date. I hope it shows up in at least 2016? Customer support 1 star.

Good deals but the take forever to ship the items. Also you don't always qualify for free shipping within the same day as the state all over their website. And the customer service was no help either.

I am just really confused about the slow shipping of this company. Are they using carrier pigeon? I have been waiting for weeks and I got the items from my second order(placed several days later), before the first. The tops I got are great and I like the prices but don't order if you're in a hurry! I guess I am spoiled by Amazon's fast service. Not too sure I will order anything more

It takes a long time for them to ship the merchandise. You will receive your purchases in 2 or more weeks. If you plan to make a purchase for gifts, you have to order it way before the event. Their referral program is stupid. They don't completely state what their policies are for the said program resulting in confusion for those who intends to participate in the program. To simply put it, I don't recommend this site! You are better off with other discount sites, such as amazon, gilt, ebay, etc.

Ordered Feb 24, said 3 of 4 items were in stock and should arrive March 4. I sent an email on March 6, asking about status and asked if I could decline order... Just asked, via email. Without any response, I received msg through IM on FB with a refund which would not have been a big deal if it was not a birthday gift for my 7 year old child... Then I requested via IM that a CSR call me and rec'd a msg that they were too busy. When I called items I had ordered were no longer in stock. Management sent 2 of the 4 items without cost; however, it was not the dollie and me that my daughter picked out online. Will no longer use them. This time they reported that they were shipping all items together where as in the past, they have sent one item at a time.

No returns, shipping takes a thousand years, and every cheap piece of crap they sell is made as cheaply as possible in the cheapest sweatshop in the poorest country on earth and even the sweatshop workers curse the existence of Zulily. Some girlfriend of yours is going to tell you how awesome it is. It ain't. It's actually Russian roulette and you're old enough to know how that turns out. Just don't do it.

I love the variety available on Zulily. Prices can sometimes be high or different on the same product only weeks apart. Sadly I've been running into more frequent problems with the poor quality of items I've ordered.

I am a very loyal Zulily customer and tell people about Zulily all the time, as I have for years. I can honestly say the customer service is stellar. I had one negative (by negative I mean she was not friendly, helpful or polite and tried to get off the phone quickly) customer service experience in over 8 years. The other 100+ phone calls (that is pure guessing on my part) I have made with questions, etc... Have been handled with pure professionalism and kindness, going above and beyond.
My one criticism has always stayed the same: shipping gets expensive! For someone who loves the site and wants to go on daily, the idea of finding something I love makes me a little ill if I have to pay shipping again for one thing when I just paid shipping yesterday. I would love a plan like Amazon Prime with a one time payment for shipping. C'est la vie.
I still peruse at my seller's risk. The prices are too great! Love Zulily!

Ordered a blouse in early May. Took 22 days for delivery. According to the size chart I would wear a large. Their idea of a large looked more like a small. Returned item 11 days ago, can not track package now, and they are keeping almost half of what I paid for the item, plus getting store credit. I still don't have the refund.

At first I was excited with the cute, affordable offerings on Zulily. But the disappointments kept mounting up. My main complaint is the sizing criteria. There is one set of sizing measurements for everything. There are no measurements provided by brand. So, I order a medium and I swim in it. I order a large in a different brand and it's too small. No returns. They did, after an impassioned complaint, issue a store credit, so I had to try again, no other choice. What I have now is a pile of clothing I will need to donate since none of it fits. Will never buy from them again and I have removed their app.

I probably spend around $1000/year on Zulily. I have definitely received quite a few items I was happy with over the years, but it's about 50/50 and a lot of it just goes in the garbage. A lot of things show up looking nothing like the picture. They used to have a great return policy, but the last time I tried to return something, I got a note that said they were taking around $10 out of the amount I'd get back for shipping charges. I paid for shipping on the way here, would be paying for it on the way back and they were asking me to pay a third shipping charge. Ridiculous! I just tossed the item, which is probably what they were hoping. I used to order with confidence but have cut back significantly as I know it's a major gamble. The website's algorithms are terrible. Search function lacks capability.

I used to purchase quite a bit from Zulily but have stopped now. I appreciated the liberal return policy of credit issued if not satisfied. I'm sure there were abuses but certain there were also increased sale.The new return policy and very slow shipping are a no-go. As a mama of 10 grown children and nana to little folk, I can do better elsewhere.

I've learned to limit my ordering as most of the clothing does not fit properly, even the mens clothing. If you send items back it takes forever to get credited. The orders also take forever to be fulfilled and a lot of items are cancelled after waiting over a month! Amazon ships so much faster and some items are actually less expensive than Zulily.

I have placed over 15 orders with Zulily and love them! Yes, it does take awhile and there are no returns but knowing that ahead of time, I am not surprised. I have bought designer jeans and other items at a fraction of what I would have spent at a store that allows returns and speedy shipment. I did have an issue with one of the orders that came differently from the item description, and called them. They refunded the order immediately and told me to keep what was sent. Fantastic customer service!

As said by so many others, if I could give it no stars I would.

Ordered three items for my girlfriend's birthday three weeks before the date. One item came in, yet I never received updates on the status of the remaining items. When I reached out to zulily I received an email the next day stating there had been a delay in shipping but they would be in that week and sent to me. My girlfriend's birthday came and went, the other two items have yet to be shipped to zulily, one item not having any status at all.

This is one company that needs to broadcast their stocking and shipping processes up front, if I'd known they don't maintain inventories listed I would have ordered elsewhere. I don't recommend this company at all.

To all of those who gave 1-Star reviews: did you actually read the details of how the process works? They tell you just what to expect. If you want something right away, you have to shop from thr "Ready-to-Ship" section. They merely post items from other sites for a short time at incredibly low prices. I purchased several items from them, including quite a few toddler and baby items- I could never have afforded the regular prices. The quality was generally excellent, which demonstrated to me the difference in quality between cheap clothes and high-quality clothes. I know I cannot return anything, and they tell you why. So I am willing to play this game by their rules in order to have items I would not otherwise know about or afford; in exchange for that, I know I am gambling on what I buy.The low prices make the gamble worthwhile.
