I like the variety of goods available. I understand how your ordering system works (products are not actually in stock), but sometimes waiting 3 weeks for delivery is very frustrating. Also, I don't like receiving both e-mail and Facebook notification when an order is being confirmed and/or being shipped. Pick one or the other, not both, please. Personally, I would prefer an e-mail (Facebook is for social exchanges between friends, and not intended for commercial purposes).

Always check to see if item is returnable before I buy. I have received items that have been broken or missing and Customer Service has always made it right. Yes, I have gotten some junk, but overall I am pleased with what I have purchased. Some items come from overseas and get stuck in Chicago for almost a week which increases shipping times. I live in a remote area and online shopping is great for me.

I love the variety of available items on Zulily. I can buy everything from cleaning supplies, office and school supplies, kitchen and laundry to my wardrobe. That said, you have to have patience awaiting your purchases. Some can take weeks before they arrive. In general I'm happy with the quality of my purchases and have had to send very few items back. That's another draw back as well. You get Zulily credit upon a return, not a refund. I will definitely continue to use Zulily as one of my main apps to buy online.

I LOVE Zulily. Yes, they take longer to mail but that is explained on the Home page. And, yes. Their descriptions could be longer and more in-depth. AND, an American size 10 is much larger than a European size 10. I love their customer service. With that said, their clothes are different and wonderful. I've purchased wonderful items: linen dresses, bedspreads, children's shoes & clothing, etc., and have been pleased with about 95% of the purchases.

The variety and affordability of the items that Zulily offers just cannot be beat! There is always something new and unexpected and I absolute love shopping on the Zulily website!
The only issue I have had was with the shipping and packaging at the warehouse. I was receiving my fragile items in pieces for a whim let there and spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service complaining about their poor packaging practices. I didn't order anything breakable for a long time because of this. It seems tho that things have improved greatly in the last year and I now feel more comfortable ordering fragile items again.
Speaking of customer service, Zulily has amazing reps that are well trained to take care of customers! I have never been disappointed by them and will continue to shop the Zulily site! I'm very happy!

First of all when they say will get before Christmas then it should be delivered before Christmas. Still waiting for my item. 2 months!
I purchased a "Swiss Army" watch a few years back and it broke. Sent it to Swiss Army for repairs only to tell me the watch was not a legitimate Swiss Army.
I will never buy anything name brand here since they sell knock offs.

I love shopping at Zulily and do it quite often. What I don't love and happens to be frequently is when I order something, and the material is cheap or the item isn't nearly as nice as it appears or the sizes are larger than normal THEN I have to pay shipping to send it back. Zulily's customer service has always been awesome and very accommodating but having to pay for returns and shipment along with having it credited to my account is a turn off but I will keep on buying. :(

I'm done buying clothing from them. Over the last few years especially during the pandemic I tried to like them but advertising is always false. Nothing is ever as described and always looks different than the photos. Material is always different than what is described. I feel they vet their vendors. I have had good customer service and they either allow you return the item without paying for shipping or give refund and just donate the item. It's just all a hassle. I've recently tried for the last time. If they upped their game and got quality vendors and clothing it would serve the company as a whole much better.

Received my order with a Cowl Neck Cardigan. They have to pay me to wear this jacket!
Cheaply made, no words to describe how bad the quality was. The label on this jacket should be called "Simply Junk" instead of "Simply Couture". I have regrets now for not reading other reviews before placing my first order on this website. Never again!

They brag about their referral program, with store credits and stuff, but after my mom and brother made their purchases through my referral link, Zulily refuses my referral credit just because my mom and I have similar e-mail address, and they have policies against that. They assume it is one and the same person, which is just crazy talk, in other words they’re calling us liars and thieves. That's just utterly unacceptable by my standards. You’ll never have my business again, Zulily, and I WILL tell all my friends to stay away from your cheap way of conducting business – I’ll make sure of that. Shame on you!

My biggest problem with Zulily is the wait. They try to sell enough products to place an wholesale order and we wait while they grab interest on all of our money they are holding.
Then, they say " no returns" how can you purchase a bra without trying it on? If it is wrong fit, you are just out of luck?

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy anything as a gift, because you never know when it will arrive. I Had to buy another gift for my sons 1st b day because Zulily said, ready to ship. 3 weeks later it arrived.

I have ordered tons of things from zulily. It has been hit and miss. Usually when I order name brand items such as fisher price or burts bees, the items are a good quality. More often than not however, I am disappointed in the items I get. I have learned NEVER to order clothes from them. They are either poor quality, or they don't fit. They are very nice, but will NOT give you a refund for anything.

I have ordered from Zulily and had some good luck. However, I am now seeing the same items in stores and online for the same or even lesser prices. The original prices are bogus. I would prefer to buy the same items from businesses that send them quickly.

I do have to say, customer service has been nice. They will not take returns, but they will give you credit most of the time. Still not really worth it.

So this is my second review. Initially I had given zulily 3 stars. I really liked 2 of the shirts and a pair of pants that I received. Well then I ordered from them AGAIN... yes I was hopeful. NEVER Again! Every item I received (palazzo pants, jumpsuit, leggings and tunic) were not what I expected. I will not wear the palazzo pants or the tunic due to size and poor quality and there are no returns (which they make clear up front.) So I gambled. The jumpsuit and leggings I will wear but they definitely do not look like they did in the photos online. All 4 items are cheap and poorly made Can you say flea market!?! Unfortunately I'm awaiting one more delivery from zulily. That will be my last and final order. The main problem with their clothes is the quality. Cheap cheap cheap.

I placed an order and waited 4 weeks to finally get an email that said the items were no longer available... ridiculous. How does that happen? I clicked "not applicable" on the ratings because there was no service or shipping or returns involved and I'll never know what the value or quality may have been, so how can I rate them?

I've been a Zulily shopper for over a year now and they have some great stuff! You have to understand before you order that it's not going to come in the next week. If you're looking for something quick, go somewhere else. They do have ready to ship items as well. :)

I don't understand the negative reviews, I think people expect too much for price paid. I've gotten some amazing deals on leather handbags and clothing, not to mention accessories, that are quite interesting and not usual hiked up prices from Department Stores. I suggest people see the item for what it is, and there is always the option for faster shipping.

I called - very pleasant person told me she is sending me return label but still waiting.

Since then I have been on pain for 10 minutes twice - no one picks - they have one song 1-2-3... Playing hope one fine day I can reach them!

Online shopping must have easy way to return!

For the most part, I love what I get from Zulily. Prices are very good and most items meet or exceed expectations. When a glitch occurs, their customer service has been very responsive. The only thing that bothers me is when I click on a new today category because of the item shown, that item can be very hard to find!
The one negative is shipping time can be considerable (for those of us used to 2 day delivery), but I like to things the items I order are worth waiting for.

I really love this site because it allows me to afford luxury items that would otherwise be beyond my ability. I have only had to return one item and it is disconcerting that returns and initial shipping are not free, so if you have to return something, you're paying for shipping twice. I also dislike that when you return something, you get store credit rather than a refund. It does take a really long time for some of the items to ship out, but if you read everything, the site tells you when the expected shipping date is, so this should not be a surprise. I feel that it's worth the wait to get such an awesome price. I think people would feel a lot better about the site if returns were free and if the cost was actually refunded.

Twice I have ordered items that were "in stock" only to be sent a message several days later that my order was cancelled because they are out of stock. I have stopped ordering clothes because of the problems with sizing. If you have to return an item you end up spending more than the item is worth. Shipping charges are ridiculous.

I have bought a lot on Zulily and some items were okay as far as quality goes, but recently I have had some really poor quality items. For example, I just received a comforter set that looked beautiful on the Zulily site, but I pulled it from it's packaging and I was mortified! It's made extremely cheap! Seams are not sewn close enough together, material is more like a cheap nylon, like the kind you would see with a child's cheap costume. The batting is free to move throughout the comforter. There are no spots that are sewn to keep the batting from falling to one corner. What appeared to be faux fur or fluffy ruffles in the pics turns out to be single strips of some sort of cheap material. Again, these strips are sewn on with a single thread and the edges are raw and already shredding. This comforter can never be washed, it would just shred! I guess I should just spend the extra money and buy the real thing from an actual retailer...

I really love Zulily. I've been ordering from them for some time now. My one tip is do your research with the stuff you plan to buy. They have good quality and bad quality merchandise. They have brands we know and love and brands that are not really brands. If i like something I research the true price on amazon or ebay. I read reviews on the product. I've been happy with all my orders. I did get the wrong brand for a pair of leggings once. I called customer service and they gave me a full refund and $10 store credit and told me to keep the leggings. I didn't have to ask for any of this. Very helpful.

I ordered some outfits as I am going away and really liked the styles online.
I was careful to check the sizes and chose ones that would give me lots of room so that I could make them smaller, if needed. Well, my sewing machine will stay where it is as these clothes are far too small for me. I cannot tell you what a disappointment it was to lift them out of the box to see, just by holding them up, they are not true to the size they are supposed to be. I would say they are 2 sizes too small.
I have never ordered clothes online before and this company has taught me never to do it again. Any company that stands behind its product would allow me to exchange this box of clothes for a bigger size but not this one. Now I just feel foolish for having been so gullible. I should have saved my money for clothes that are true to size. It was an expensive lesson and one I will not soon forget.

Although the shipping is slower than molasses in January. Zulily does and outstanding job in notification and never questions the customer. Their prices and quality are amazing. They have a wide variety of things for the home, to children' s clothing. All at excellent prices.
