This website is part of my daily routine, I log in at 9am faithfully daily. With that being said it is a new store everyday, you can go back to the previous days as well but it is a new store everyday. You can find everything on this site.

You should know that shipping is $7.99 when the item is available to ship and if it qualifies for faster shipping then it will cost more money. Also know Zulilly is also owned by HSN/QVC. Shipping can take a while like weeks and if you want to return there is a $7.99 return fee off of your purchased items and you can only ship back up to 4 items at a time.

Prices are comparable and sometimes not low enough to buy but there are times where there are unbeatable prices. All and all it is a great site to shop if you know what you want.

Best shopping site. Have purchased clothing, household, plants, holiday and jewelry and many, many gifts from this site. If a problem with a shopping site within this site occurs its fixed better than you coukd imagine and FAST.

Great Products and customer service reps are great. Love all the apparel, shoes and jewelry I have purchased. I called customer service as the necklace I purchased was damaged and it was replaced in a few days. Thanks Zilily.

Zulily is the site I use to purchase just about everything! People ask me all the time where I get my outfits and the answer is always Zulily! I also get lots of things for my grandchildren, from toys, playhouses, clothes to stocking stuffers.

The only complaint I have is that some of the clothes coming from China are not well made.

I have purchased many things from zulily. I have purchased many boys dress suits and dress shoes. I have purchased fitflops and crocs. I have purchased toys and educational workbooks and other books and even magazines I have bought household decor. When I have not been satisfied they always take care of me promptly.

I live in a very isolated town. There aren't many choses for shopping. I have to go to Lubbock or Amarillo, TX to get anything other than basic supplies. Zulily is my life saver! I can find things for my family and have them sent directly to them. I can find things that I can't find here. I order for me as well. I love the free shipping after paying for it once. I will continue to use Zulily.

I have been satisfied with very purchase that I have made. I thinks it helps if you really pay attenion to the details on the product to be sure its what you want. I like that when ordering it tells you when an item is going to ship out, thatI way I can decide if I want to wait that long.

Items take longer in some cases, and the items don't show where they are made and shipped from. When the items are shipped from out of the United States the items are cancelled and no reason is given other than they are cancelled and a credit will be given.
I feel we should be informed about items from other countries.
I will say I have had to work with customer service in the past and they were very informative, if they didn't have an answer they found one for you, and I appreciate that from Zully. I have had to return some things that were not quality, but for the most part, everything is very nice. I love Zulily! I buy so many things from them and the quality has been great. I mean ALOT of things! I love the return policy and have purchased shoes to jewelry to children and adult clothing. I love that so many things are different an unique items! I always get asked where I have gotten someone and laugh as it ususally is ZULILY!

I've put in probably over 100 orders over the past 2 years. I've learned over time to order name brands or do some research before purchasing. For example, sometime I check out Amazon to compare prices and sometimes Amazon is cheaper. Every single time I've had a problem with an order, the Zulily customer service has refunded my money, not expected me to return the item and usually given me a store credit. So, if your order is time sensitive, yeah, don't order it from Zulily because it can take a long time and yeah, once or twice they have run out of stock on something I really wanted--but heck, who cares. I just absolutely love this site--I pretty much buy everything for my house and family from Zulily at this point.

I bought a Cole Haan popper jacket a few months ago and was very happy with the quality, price and shipping. Because of this, I just purchased some more shirts from Zulily.

I received my order in the expected timeframe. Today I was reading my emails and to my surprise I found there was a fiasco about my order. My orders was delivered to the wrong address, so the person called Zullily and alerted them. Zullily sent me an email to notify, which I didn't read at the time. Also they ordered a replacement free of charge. After I received my order, they cancelled the replacement and to my surprise they gave me $15 store credit. All I can say is "WOW". I think I am a customer for life. It is not about the store credit, it is about the service. Thank you Zullily!

I LOVE shopping Zulily. Like they say, "It's a new store every day!". I have ordered over 100 items from Zulily! I LOVE when they have their BOXED sale. During BOXED sale I order all my bulk items like paper towels, toilet paper and heavy items and they are delivered right to my front door. No need to haul all of those items to my car and then out of the car...

This is the best online shopping I have ever used. Customer service is exceptional. I bought these cute little tea cups and put flowers I. Them for a birthday... they were a big hit!

Love the last chance! Best deals around. Did most of my Christmas shopping on Zulily. Found some very unique gifts. I could spend hours on this site. Also, their customer service is top notch.

BUT... as a very frequent buyer, there should be an option for no shipping charge, and/or free returns. I have held myself back from some purchased for that

Very unique and different items on Zulily in comparison to the stores, my only complaint is the shipping charges are expensive, or I would probably order more!

Almost two years iv been purchasing off Zulily and I have not one complaint yet! Products are great! Customer service is excellent! Guess that's why I keep coming back!

IT is disappointing when something can not be shipped but Zulily always refunds my money plus gives me a $10 credit. That is outstanding customer service.

Have always been happy with my purchases for great grandchildren or myself. Plan on doing more shopping with the upcoming months leading up to Christmas
