I've ordered twice from this company within a week from one another I should have waited for the first order to arrive to see the quality of the product. The sizes are not true especially in the shoes. I ordered my son a 8.5 as I cannot find them anywhere in my city. When his shoes came they were smaller than an 8, I also ordered shoes for myself and exactly the same issue. I ordered 3 items from 3 different stores or sites all the items that came are made in China, another words that why they can sell them for so cheap! Going to try and return them lets see what will happen.

I used to like Zulily until lately I've had bad experiences. I ordered a pair of boots and didn't receive the same as pictured in the website. Instead they sent a fake copy of the boots they were advertising, nevertheless pointing they were shipped from China. I don't like websites that show something they don't have in order to make you buy. It feels like they changed ownership or they sold the company to China because now most of the shipping comes from China. Also they do not specify where their shipments come until you make the purchase and it's shipped. I am not doing any more business with Zulily. Thank you.

3 Buster Brown 12 months outfits were ordered and delivered within 3 weeks - that's OK. They are undersized and there is no way to return them so the money spent will be at the advantage of a stranger who buys them at a thrift store.

No return policy, items take for ever to ship and a lot of the items I have received are broken or very poor quality.
I am sticking with Amazon. If I see an item on Zuilly I will search Amazon and buy it from there.

Nice to stock up on things with the shipping costs that are offered from Fri-Sun Nights
(My dogs are happy too, they are Golden Retrievers. My second one is 1.5 years old and blind, he really loves Zulily deliveries.) (How can a blind dog know that Zulily deliveries are "mostly" for him? He can't read the package, LOL)

Zulily has so many different varieties of things. I found a lot of one kind things I could find anywhere else. The only drawback is that products don't ship out very quickly. But I just buy things for like Christmas or you know you don't need it right away. And their customer service is wonderful and very helpful.

Multiple times wrong items were sent to me and a lot of clothing I received was cheap. Haven't ordered from here in a while since then. Plus shipping is expensive compared to other sites... And shipping takes FOREVER (about a month)

First they cancel your order without a courtesy call or mail! And then when you finally call them they put you on hold for 3 hours and rather than help you make the situation worse. The guy I spoke to did not even try to find out what my problem was before making it worse! Needless to say it will be my first and last time!

Really disappointed. Most of the items have not arrived and they were supposed to be sent out days ago. The size charts are wrong. Yes, I have been measured. The dress chart said up to 38 inches hip and 28 waist but was wrong, example. I wear a size 4 in banana republic. Yep, could barely get my arm though the dress. My daughter, wears a 0/00 size, it barely fit her! I wish I could cancel the rest of my order!

Sizing of clothing is ridiculously off. Adult sizes look as if made for children. Quality is VERY poor - junky in fact. Based on this my first experience I will NOT order anything from Zulily in future.

Today I just called the toll free number to complain re finding a hole in a child's jumper which was to be a gift. Kimberley, the zulily employee, was extremely helpful explaining that I would receive a full refund within 3 days and to keep the jumper as it was not a large cost and they could not resell the product. After reading the bad reviews I had not thought it worth complaining but was totally surprised! Will continue to order from this company

I got lured into this site by having to give them my email before being able to look at what they had. Every low priced item was either out of stock, or had sizes no one wears. I tried to find something in my size, but the only items in my size were expensive ones. I believe that one of the phony sale items actually exist.

I wish I had come here and read reviews before ordering from this company. Looking at the pics on the site, I fell in LOVE with so many of the dresses for my granddaughters, but decided to start with only two. I am SO thankful for that. It took five weeks to receive the dresses and although well made, they must be made for very short, chunky girls instead of the size I ordered. My girls are average size and height, the pic on site showed both dresses hitting just above the knee and fitting a little loosely. The dresses I received hit both girls a hand length below the rear end and both girls could almost fit in one dress. They're HUGE! I'll never order from this site again and I will make sure the people I referred here is aware of the situation. The only thing I can do is buy leggings or shorts to wear under the dresses and have someone take them up so they can wear them.

I have shopped with them since 2012. I've learned to search the products out elsewhere online mainly Amazon or Wayfair for larger products before committing to purchase. I do this to compare prices, availability and delivery times because as stated by many Zulily can be EXTREMELY SLOW for delivery times?
That being said I have often found lovely things that I was able to stash away for future gifting. I especially love their baby clothing selections often very unique items that the recipients have loved!
Never purchased personal clothing, shoes or such because of no return policy - too risky!
Customer service always very helpful for me.
Like any online shopping - use common sense!

If only I had found these reviews first. They are conveniently NOT with the items to order. When I received the awful tunic ( which is nothing like the picture shown), then I found the reviews totally separate from the pictures and read your comments about the poor quality, etc. of your purchases. The cable-knit side pocket is see-thru and cheap looking. It sags and the neckline is very wide. I don, t think I will ever wear it, so I wasted $40!

I have been ordering from them for a few years now on a pretty regular basis and have been quite satisfied with what I received. Granted, the turn around time is far from great, but they do let you know that the items come from the manufacturer directly to them once the promotion ends. Zulily then packages these items and they mail them out to the customer. On occasion, the descriptions have been inaccurate, ie., stating "leather", however, when the item arrives, the label states "manmade." Same with them stating "cotton" when in actuality, it's rayon, poly, etc. I notified them on these issues and they have been accommodating. Even with them providing clothing/shoe sizing chart, not all items pass the accurate test... I'll still continue to shop with them due to good pricing once I compare prices elsewhere.

I love the variety that Zulily presents every day. The only thing I dislike is the length of time to get the purchases. I don't know what the operating model says, but 3-4 weeks is an awfully long time. The site advertises things that would be great to have in a couple of days, especially for holidays but then it seemingly takes forever to get them.
I've had good outcomes with brands but it's still the delivery that seems to take forever.

If you're a discerning shopper, you can occasionally find something worth buying on this site, but I think the women's clothing looks cheap and tawdry, for the most part. And the shipping charges offset any savings on the costs of items you purchase. Usually, you can get better deals shopping locally, by watching for sales.

I order from Zulily regularly and have rarely been disappointed in my order. Their products are of good quality and mostly reasonable pricing. The only disappointment is that when I place an order it would be nice to have more days to order with free shipping. Maybe at least 2 days instead of 24 hours. Certainly would allow enough time to view the next day's sales.

The only draw back to ordering from Zulily is the turn around time. Somethings come quickly and others take forever. You also have to watch carefully to see if items can be returned. Most items I have gotten are good quality.

I like the variety of items on this site. The shipping costs area little high. Returns have a fee and you only get store credit. But the deals are great and 95 percent of the stuff I've gotten has been keepers.

You can find some awesome values, but some of those good prices don't quite match what the picture of the item looks like. Then there's the shipping... don't plan on receiving your merchandise in a timely manner because you'll be disappointed!

I have purchased many items from this site and the majority have been great! My complaint would be that the items from China are all over the place in sizing. Even with the comparable size chart I have had several items arrive that are way too small. Sending it back is just too costly so you do take a risk... especially with shoes. I would hope that this will be corrected by using real American sizes to base the imported items on for clothing and shoes.
